Invictusblade Posted January 18, 2022 Author Posted January 18, 2022 (edited) so I am adding a new perk/virus to the mod based on the mod Boston Breeders it called the Breeder Virus because of BB, I am going to add an object to the alien cave and it does the following it will be controlled by MCM with a 1X(disabled), 2X, 3X, and 4X modifier Increases the speed of pregnancies so month 1 will look and act like month 4 (there are issues with this but I am not sure if I can fix them) see image increases the chances of pregnancy to 2X, 3X, and 4X of standard increases the chances of viability to 2X, 3X, and 4X of standard it should be able to spread via sex so you can infect others is everyone fine with this also I decided to add an option to toggle notifications or messages boxes for monthly messages, mostly because I added more details Edited January 18, 2022 by Invictusblade 2

For a while I thought impregnation was only working when I was "fertile" because I only ever saw chance notifications when it was the fertile chance... but yesterday I saw one for an NPC mentioning the normal (much rarer) chance and it said she was impregnated. Now I'm starting to think that it's the notifications which are buggy, only displaying when impregnation occurs and being hidden when it fails. Edit: It's also possible some other bug is causing invalid chance calculations (maybe the math results in a negative percent or something?) and that causes the notifications not to display, so without notifications nobody's noticed the "wrong" percentages. Usually you have to wait 3 - 4 game hours to check the status that way and get the correct results but sometimes it'll tell you you're pregnant right away. I don't remember which of the older versions it was 4? or so versions ago that it (the notifications) seemed to work perfectly all the time but the last few versions it hasn't worked at all or only worked sporadically. Not a big issue but since you're already checking on it I'd also like it if the notification from the hotkey told you at least the father's race. Might want to keep a synth baby to grow into a settler and not so much a super mutant

(this has the default message, Joke Messages, and A Chance of Either Message) because I didn't really look at the default message function and it turns out to have multiple functions other than a simple impregnation message.

(assuming 4X is enabled) *going to test soon Increases the speed of pregnancies so 1 days per fpe month will now be 0.25 days per fpe month (so if a FPE month is 3 days long then a breeder month is 0.75 days long) increases the chances of pregnancy to 2X, 3X, and 4X of standard (instead of what I originally did which was 100%) increases the chances of viability to 2X, 3X, and 4X of standard (instead of what I originally did which was 100%) 2

Invictusblade Posted January 20, 2022 Author Posted January 20, 2022 I will post an update in the near future (today or tomorrow) with a couple of changes AAF_FamilyPlanningEnhanced_3.8 ---------------------------- Added Breeder Virus which causes Faster Pregnancies, higher Viability of any offspring and increased fertility Added a keyword to remove a couple of papyrus errors (I think) Added positive effects to Monthly perks (cheat) Added a MCM Options to toggle monthly messages to either Notification or Message Box rearrange the conception messages. (I didn't realise that the function had multiple outputs) but I will add a couple of things to the message system for the newish Project Mojave Companions mod as well as messages so most likely tomorrow

But in my MCM menu there is no option to change morphs after creature impregnation. Am i missing something? Also i might be terribly wrong but doesn't this mod let you have creature babies after you go through labour? For some reason my game give me "White Baby" after Rad-Scorp had it's way with my player character.

For creature impregnation, you're probably going to need Wasteland Dairy Framework (from what I could tell, the old Chosen Clue plugins for muties and puppies stopped working with FPER some time ago).
