It works with other NPCs, but not my player. She can get pregnant via Debug, but not give birth.

Oh, I thought you were implying the Black perk. But, no to either of them. White perk, and no Frozen Pregnancy perk.

 

EDIT :: Okay, so, despite getting the messages from the debug, not even NPCs give babies.

I play as female. It actually affects both player and NPCs. The debug allows both to get pregnant, and while it has NPCs give birth, it doesn't work with making player give birth. It just says the debug command failed. In the end, neither result in a baby.

 

Around nine-ten month mark, the labor quest starts, the doctor immediately goes to work, screen fades out, fades back in, doctor congratulates me, quest ends, no baby.

Do not have lootman.

Forcing a labor quest doesn't help.

 

My game doesn't crash, so I'm not sure if I can get a papyrus log.

Experienced same problem, and do some testing:
for humans all work as intended: impregnation - labour - child item - child - npc (have some multiple armor items problem, they grow in number for some reason, INV_* script need more care)

For the doggo - labour quest and 'normal' labour has give the same result: fade-out, fade-in, and no doggo is spawned. 

if i manually spawn FPEDogmeatie - it will be fine and even can be grown to adult doggo.

so, I burrowed into sources and find that:

I was not talking about a buffout log but this... (I copied and paste it from somewhere else)

 

Navigate to C:\Users\YOURUSERIDHERE\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini

Open with notepad, hit ctrl + f, type in 'Papyrus' (or add it to the bottom)

You should get something like this:

Change all 0 values to 1, this enables Papyrus logging, logs are stored in C:\Users\Stephen\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Logs\Script
It won't tell you what caused the crash but it will show if there were any scripting problems and help you point to what is causing your CTDs.

I completely forgot to ask but which births are not working

normal human baby (made during sex with no perks)

modded Human baby (made with injection or perks)

Human birth work perfectly, problem with creature "made with sex". Not know nothing about "injection".

ok then, I should be posting a new version today sometime, (I am currently working on DNA Transfer syringes, basically the same as racial perks but with creatures)

also I finished off the Pregnancy Pheromones (which allows you to smell like the father (so friendly to deathclaws if pregnant with a deathclaw))

 

so try the update when I post it (both parts)

 

 

btw the DNA Transfer is the last thing I am doing today (but it may take a while to do it all for creatures)

doesn't matter, you will get the papyrus log regardless (crashing is completely irrelevant here)

like I said, buffout log does generate on crash but papyrus log doesn't (it generates everytime you play the game if the logging enabled)

I should be posting the new version in the next couple of hours (after I get the FOMOD/zip sorted)

 

WDF is 2.50beta, FPE is 3.66_full.

 

EDIT :: The file is 2 days, 12 hours, 11 minutes, but I have this horrible condition I call "Restart Syndrome" where I compulsively restart my game for seemingly no reason.

ok, well I am going to post my next updates in the next hour or so (I am waiting for a minor thought of something I really need to fix that I normally get when posting a mod)

also I will be writing up the changelog for three mods

 

so the release files will be the following...

AAF_AutonomyEnhanced_v2.60b (minor update to remove masters and change over the outfit framework to the new version)

AAF_FamilyPlanningEnhanced_3.70

Wasteland Dairy Framework v2.60 (I haven't worked on the older versions of FPE_BabyAddons or FPEAIOCreatureAddon) so those will be done in the new year.

 

 

update-> I knew I forgot something

while making a changelog, I realise that I forgotten to work on some minor stuff (adding commands to MCM, More messages(the messages for Harley from Depravity broke)

It has been a while, because more than a few things happened

 

v3.70 (I think I have everything together) *I am not sure but a new game is recommend

Finally Fixed Creature Breeding (I bloody deleted a Else in one of the If Statements)
DNA Transfer Script - Allows you to impregnate NPC with Creature while having sex
Pregnancy Pheromones - Marks you as friendly if impregnated by them
Added Messages to Limits
Added Comments
Added more Messages and message types (for the player) such as Swinger, Enclave, Raider and Brotherhood of steel
Fixed a issue or two with naming (added more names as well)
Added commands to reset birth limits edit->(while I will keep this, I might change it to a slider because I would like to easily see the current number)
A command to toggle ghost mode (incase aid objects simply stop working) edit-> still don't know what causing it

Hey @Invictusblade, I don't think you get this enough so I just wanted to say THANK YOU for your hard work and your dedication to this mod. I know you've had a stressful year with personal matters and COVID, and the bugs plaguing this mod certainly hasn't helped, but I think I speak for many here that we truly appreciate what you've done and that we hope you continue to make it better and even more stable. If anything, this latest update is a nice Christmas present, so again thank you! ?

so I am making small updates to the mod. it is not ready yet (I haven't done proper testing yet)

 

1. Marked Forever - basically "Pregnancy Pheromones" but it lasts forever (while the normal one lasts until giving birth) *there is a mcm command to remove this

2. Synth Settlers - added an option to deny or allow hidden synth settlers from FPE Activities (because Lore says that they are sterile)

3. DNA Transfer into Condoms - if you have sex with a condom and you have a dna trait of a deathclaw then Deathclaw DNA is produced after sex.

4. DNA Transfer single use option - if applied then having sex (condom or impregnation) will remove the DNA from your system.

5. More messages

6. Minor other fixes
