shardoom Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Most of it would be creating dialogues in FONV, (probably geck work, though can be done in Xedit) ripping voice work from one game, making sure the file type matched what NV requires, setting up a file structure and then creating lip files. Not hard work at all. Very time consuming perhaps, so I can see being upset about people not wasting the time themselves and releasing 'her' time instead. Still none of the 'assets' were hers, only the time spent. Very little is more valuable than time though so I guess I do understand the grievance. (Only if they do actually have permission from Bioware/EA. Without permission they would be just as bad as the people ripping them off IMO)

You can get this content all over the place on most any content. It is easily findable and obtainable with a few post here or some comments there. The reason I mention this is if the game companies had a problem with this content they would crush the web sites that had them. They don't. However if you even post the "raw" data.. they will crush you in a heartbeat. Most sites that have this content will not allow any transferring of this data, posting of it or otherwise mentioning of it because of this. This is in many cases the best I can describe it would be "fan art" or along those lines. Same as someone posting a video using some music and some sound effects from Star Wars. Now a days nothing will happen not because Lucas and his lawyers aren't aware it is going on but aren't so concerned with it. However if some other company even tries to name their game anything Fallout.. BAM!!!!! lawyers are invoked and threats are given and they won't back down. Look that one up on the web I am calling it fan art because a non professional MODIFIED the original files to suit a different purpose so that they and other "Fans" can enjoy their favorite parts of a game, movie etc in different formats. These aren't PROFESSIONALS or done for PROFIT or used by a company. They are the very people these companies hope to get more money from in the future. I am glad that you at least can see why some might get upset on reposing of the work they did to port some assets to a game for others to enjoy. Many don't even give the original person that did the porting any credit as they think .. "Hey they stolen the assets so they are just as bad as I am for re-uploading them somewhere else" If you think importing assets from another game is easy.. go and just try to learn how it is done.. you will soon realize that just getting the assets to a compatible format is hard not to mention sometimes just extracting those assets can be a pain in the ASSets.. . In case someone is wondering why this long response here on this thread .. What does it have to do with "is there a mod that" .. Well keep the author's rights in mind when sending or perhaps even giving someone a copy of a file, re-posting or metafile etc. Understand that they did a great deal of work to get their mods completed and without them our modding world would be much more bleak. KainsChylde is correct the first thing that came to mind was Niner and I haven't even used that mod but the look clothing and such are very noticeable.

I could be wrong on mr you found a blue cap and didn't react

I could be wrong on mr you found a blue cap and didn't react I have played with NVEC for so long I'm not sure if this is vanilla or part of that mod, but I get a star cap for every 10-15 Sarsaparillas drank. Semi-certain it's the mod, I don't think vanilla gives you a cap and an empty bottle when you drink a soda. The problem with Project ARES is that it was the basis that Daughters of Ares was based from. In the original mod, Andrea's "body" isn't really a body, it's a bodysuit on a basically albino character. If you use a mod like Sexout Sex on Andrea you will see what I mean. So an ordinary "change fade to black to a sex act" plugin won't accomplish the job you want, as you'd just end up with the weird albino again. A plugin for Andrea would require a little more work than that.

An older mod here added Fox races to New Vegas, it being one of my first mods, I would love to see if revised and ready to be port over to Fallout 4, when the time comes. What I'm looking for is a modder experienced in modeling, textures, and some animation. The original author created a good base to build off of, and successfully got facial animations, for the most part, working correctly. Goals -Introduction of a Male version. -Realistic textures of the fur, for all race variations. -Animations of the tail. -Improved synced facial animations and expressions. -Improved teeth (The original did utilize this, but were more like pointed molars. ) -Multiple Variations of the race for both Male and female. This can be related to color or body damage; like scars or wounds. I can provide reference. -Revision of the tail and ear. The originals were alright, but were too cartoonish for my taste. A more appropriate model would be great. -If possible, a tail and ear set this isn't an in game item. Like the Kajiht in Skyrim. *If it can be done, can someone still switch out the nif file for another body, for example roberts or T6M? -Remodeling of the face and body: The original lips were a bit chunky, however another author did manage to correct this. -Digitigrade legs (not really a priority ATM) Body association: Preferably breezes for males, along with an optional vanilla choice. Type 3 for females would be good. If you wanted to do a complete custom body, we can discuss that over message. References: I can provide images and custom race mods from similar Skyrim work, along with other resources, that I hope can be achievable in the New Vegas engine. I will message you my images. I'm open to just about all modders taking this up, but I would like reference to your past work, even if it isn't Fallout. Weapon mods, texture packs, races, are all good examples! If anyone has ever gone about attempting this before, please provide some tips. It requires a key to enter it, but I can not figure out where it came from? open the console while looking at the ship, then click on it with your mouse, it should display id at top of screen. First 2 digits will match with your mod load order as listed in fomm.
