Hello! First time posting here but I've been using L.L for Skyrim and New Vegas for a little while now. I'll take this time to first say thank you to all the talented and motivated modders out there, especially the ones that appeal to the negative Z value of my moral compass. :D 

 

I hope I  am posting in the right place, but I can pose my question in a "Is there a mod that" format. 

 

Is there a mod that can/will make my Fallout new vegas experience something like a remix of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas? We have the lizard people covered. IMO Fallout New Vegas is the perfect setting for an acid trip gone bad. You've got hookers, monsters, depravity in droves, corrupt authorities, gambling, and any miscellaneous debauchery I have failed to mention. 

 

I have Sexout Drugging and "drugsarebadmkay" installed and the effects of the latter are pretty amazing with ENB. Which reminds me of another thing. A modder or modders interested in such a project could create an Acid Trip ENB? Why not? They have that hell on earth one. :)

 

What I am really wondering is whether or not anyone plans on expanding on this, be it expanding on Sexout Drugging, a quest(s) add-on incorporating either of the two, or even something entirely unique?

I like this idea.

 

Some of the dreams in my Another-Kick-in-the-Head mod are somewhat psychedelic, but its confined to them not the actual wasteland. I've been thinking of adding an optional feature where after taking too many blows to the head you start hallucinating in reality, and could trigger that from drugs as well buts somewhat outside the mods scope.

 

 

It would quite easy to do if you want to try modding yourself- you could for example create a quest that starts when you do enough drugs and ends at some trigger. Then you can attach dialogue to the quest meaning while its active the various Mojave NPCs have alternative dialogue. You can add a script to the quest which adds a random chance to get whatever other madness you can think up every hour (or whatever)- spawn some creatures/NPCs, add graphical affects, make you black out and wake up somewhere else, remove/change your clothes, etc.

I'm going to go  in a different direction for a moment, but I need to ask this since its bugging the piss out of me know since I've started looking for it.

 

Does anyone know if there are other Nun outfit style mods available for FONV?

To be blunt, its not cutting it. The nun hat clips horribly even with the basic vanilla races.

 

Has anyone maybe resized it for there own use and is willing to share or maybe someone have a lead on an alternative version of the mod?

I forgot about that. I only need the wipple, so as long its part of the outfit it would work perfectly. I'll dig it out.

Yeah, you could probably split that into a separate headdress and add it as headwear, the Mantis retuxture was something I whipped up using Paint.Net, could probably be done better :)

I was originally trying to just resize the damn thing itself. Its one frigging part, but as my first attempt... I'm clearing doing it wrong. I think I'm missing a Nifscope plug-in or something.

Hey guys/gals. I recently reinstalled my Fallout New Vegas. Mods and everything. I had a interface mod where it shows the time on the upper right screen and your primary stats IE: Weight percentage, Radiation, and other things. That was on the right side. I cant for the life of me remember the name of the mod. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you. :)

Is there any martial arts/HtH combat mod for FNV? Even in FO2 there were different kick and punch styles with different damage and AP costs and animations, which you can choose to use in combat. For example, a (very satisfying) kick targeting the groin would potentially knock down your opponent. Although I suppose, being a Bethesda game, it's very unlikely to find such things in this game.

Unfortunately, it is not implemented for use with VATS. 

 

Its just a simple animation replacer for vanilla unarmed combat. 

 

I played around with it for a while, but then I got really sick of the initial stance and the fact that the whole mojave wasteland was now kung fu fighting lol

Unfortunately that's not what I'm looking for. I want something that can be used in VATS, so you can target a certain area of body and also lets you choose how to hit there.

I don't have the time myself but if someone wants to expand on SexoutDrugging or even take it over I'm happy to let them got for it :)
