devilangel13 Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 (edited) Hello! should i use this one instead of the 1.6 version to correct the nude Thief withotu schlong? Edit : my bad it don't work with the armor that was added on nexus after... I gues the Mod would need an update for that ^^" I saw that there is a patch for Immersive Wench but i guess it is obsolet with the new version too? Any idea how to correct the schlong problem with male thiefs? Edited June 7, 2024 by devilangel13

Any idea how to correct the schlong problem with male thiefs? Hi, TAWOBAE does not provide a male thief outfit (Yet). So the problem, you describe, is from another mod. From your description of the problem, it could be anything. Can you describe the problem in more details? I provided with the latest version of TAWOBAE the latest version of the patch. The patch distributes TAWOBAE items to the wenches, nothing more. I hope this helps. Cheers

I'm using MO2 as a mod organizer. I cant find a file with that specific name in my meshes folder in either the overwrite folder or the data folder. There are files with names like WolfHeavy_v1_0.nif in the overwrite and data folders under meshes/armor/shitty. The Wolf armor shows up fine in the game. I have no issue with invisible wolf armors. Nordic Carved is my only issue. The missing armor versions appear in Bodyslide and have been built. but cant be crafted. They are missing for both male and female characters Hope that helps somewhat.

nunyabidnez Posted June 23, 2024 Posted June 23, 2024 So, I have the issue some others noted back a while ago about some males appearing naked with no hands. I've verified that in each of them, they're assigned a bikini armor. In some of the provided solutions, the authors stated they had a TAWOBAE.esm that they had to repatch, but I don't have that in my load order? I'm assuming that means I've screwed the pooch somewhere? If not, does anyone know the most definite solution for this issue? I suppose I could just console loot each nude amputee and replace their armor with something else, but won't that just revert back when they reload into a cell? Thanks in advance for any advice or information.

There is no TAWOBAE.esm in my mod, there also should not be anything overwriting the .nif files in my mod, they are unique. In my load order i use some patches for some mods and those patches need to be after the bashed patch, because some NPC outfits can be changes by the bashed parch.

So, it seems to be just about any bikini style armor distributed to male NPCs? I've checked several who are naked, handless and footless and they've had everything from steel bikinis to hide bikinis. The only one that was different was one NPC who had obsidian, he was still naked but he at least had both his feet and hands. I've attached a couple screens, as per your request.

The behavior is identical to the problem, when the outfits were not build in bodyslide. Can you double check, that you have build outfits for your female body (3BA or CBBE) AND for your male body (SOS or HIMBO). In you meshes folder there should be for every outfit version female and male version (xxx_0.nif/xxx_1.nif for female and xxx_m_0.nif/xxx_m_1.nif for male)?

I'm thinking of dropping it if not, as now that I've rebuilt all the outfits, I no longer have nude males. They're all wearing those stupid briefs that come with Himbo, regardless of my SOS choices.

For the version available, you can choose between HIMBO and SOS body. I am planing on dropping the SOS body, because it is ...well dated, and HIMBO is in every respect superior to SOS. Back to the problem at hand. Do you see any working male outfits? If you use MO2 and your meshes-folder for TAWOBAE is in the "overwrite" folder, try to move it into your regular mods folder. How did you determine, that the NPC have TAWOBAE outfits? You said, you checked it. Are you familiar with xEdit?

Most male NPCs are ok and have the appropriate armor and all applicable body parts. It's only those who are assigned a bikini armor who are coming up naked and amputee. How I've verified the outfits was through the console, using showinventory. I messed around with xEdit back when I was still playing oldrim, a long while ago. I probably know just enough about it to get myself into trouble, lol. I used to use it to clean masters and stuff like that, not much more than that.

If you see some male TAWOBAE armors on NPCs, then the problem would be with specific armors, if you do not see any male TAWOBAE armors on NPCs, then the problem is more of a load order or mesh. Were you able to check the mesh folders and the nif files?

I'm assuming that's what you were asking about xEdit for? I think I'll just try to wipe it all and start again, probably be easier for me than trying to figure out xEdit without breaking everything. I'm thinking I've got more than one issue, as I just found some other males who are naked, but have their hands, no feet and holes where their schlongs should be. I also found one female NPC with the black face bug, and some of the wenches I have from Immersive Wenches are naked as the day they were born. They've got all their body parts, though.

To check the path is easy, when you build the outfits in bodyslide, you get a message: something like "data was safed under c:\xxx\yyy" you need to check this path, if the .nif files are there. Usually with ModOrganiser 2 everything is saved in your overwrite folder. 1

When looking at TAWOBA armors in BodySlide, I notice there is no option for male presets? All it has are female presets. Should there be an option for male bodies? And as far as pathing goes, there definitely seems to be an issue. BodySlide is saying they're being saved to Skyrim/Data/Meshes, but I don't even have that folder. Mine is ran through MO2, and all my meshes are in ModOrganizer/Skyrim/overwrite/meshes/yada yada. Are you saying those should be in the mods folder instead? And, should BodySlide be reporting the files going to MO2 instead of Skyrim/Data/Meshes? Thank you again for your assistance and patience. EDIT: If I look in the actual Mods folder in MO2, each of the armor / clothing mods does have it's own Meshes folder, in the TAWOBAE meshes it does show what I would assume to be both male and female .nifs? An example would be bikiguard_f_0.nif and then bikiguard_m_0.nif. I don't know if that information helps at all? Edited June 25, 2024 by nunyabidnez

Those are relative paths, because you use MO2, everything, that is created by an external tool, that is started from MO2 UI and does not exist yet, lands in the Overwrite folder. You found the overwrite folder. Go to meshes\armors\shitty and look, if there is for every .nif file, that ends with _0.nif and _1.nif there is a file that ends with_m_0.nif and _m_1.nif. ( _m indicates the male variant). If so, open one of the male variants with nifscope or in bodyslide. Because of your question above, the file will be probably empty. If they are empty, resolve the problem above and buil the outfits again and check the files, untill they are not empty. When they are not empy, copy the folder meshes\armors\shitty to the same folder inside of the TAWOBAE folder in your mods folder. If the _m files are not there, the building of the outfits failed and you need to resolve the problem above. I'm not technically savvy enough to adequately detail what I'm observing. This screenshot is what I was talking about when it comes to presets: When I look at just one of the TAWOBAE armors, it only pops up female presets for the armor. This is the naming of the original mod. I am not at my pc now, but i think in my mod i named the femal outfits either CBBE 3BA Ebony or CBBE Ebony (see picture). Yes! there should be also a "HIMBO Core Physics" group. You need to open it. Take a look at the picture Spoiler When opened, you should see something like in the picture. Then follow the procedure: 1. Click on HIMBO 2. enter in the outfit filter "HIMBO SE". Now in the window below you see every outfit, that has HIMBO SE in the name. Select every outfit in the window (use click and then shift click to mark all entries, just like in windows). Click the <<Add button below. 3. If you have done everything correct, you should see the outfit names in the "Members" window. 4. Save your work and close the group manager. In order to load the data, Bodyslide need to be restarted. Now you should see the male TAWOBAE outfits and be able to build them with your preset.

Unfortunately, it seems to have inverted my issue? Before, I had a body but no armor and no hands or feet. Now, I have armor, but I appear to have no body at all, just the head and neck, and a huge flopping dong hanging out of the armor. I'm assuming that's related to this issue as well? If not, I'll resume my efforts elsewhere and stop taking so much of your time.
