A very interesting mod, but am I the only one seeing downsides to it ?  I mean, it's just debuffs right ?  Couldn't you add some advantages to balance it ?  For example being unkillable at advanced stages of the mod

The idea is to avoid the SPIRIT FRACTURE effect, it is not supposed to be a good thing. Avoiding the triggers alone adds a lot of new gameplay.

 

Once it has triggered you want to remove it as soon as you can but that can sometimes be difficult leading to further difficulty removing the effect as your character becomes more and more useless and horny.

 

Keep in mind this is just a first version with the core functionality and some extra fun features for you to find. There will be much more to come in future versions.

 

If SPIRIT FRACTURE becomes too bad, you may just need to start whoring or begging until you can recover through reabsorption and start your adventuring again. The SPIRIT FRACTURE effect will only progress if you are careless.

I am checking for the mod with the following function: https://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=GetModByName_-_Game

 

I don't see any reason it would not return an index if you have a mod under that name installed. I am going to swap the method later anyway after some advice from Hexbolt so try again with the update I post.

Is a fix possible for this problem?

Hit reset in the MCM for now, I haven't had the issue of one falling through the floor myself yet.

 

There is a plan to deal with gems lost like this in a future version coming soon, where they will be eventually handled by different events.

I was about to report the same issue with FHU, so instead I'll wait for a future release. What's odd is that all the MCM options are enabled, but it looks like they should be disabled if I'm reading the script right.

The options are enabled by default, but they won't do anything without the mod installed.

Make sure you don't have 2 sets of RaceMenuMorphs installed.

Well I did try that to save up some .esp slot but removing RaceMenuMorphsUUNP ended up breaking RaceMenuMorphsBHUNP, leaving it totally empty of sliders. Is that different with YGnord ? And not only Bodysliders were missing, Important Face sliders too. It basically left me with the basic mouth and nose options etc. but no actual tweaking really.

Hmm something must be going wrong with RaceMenuMorphsBHUNP, it should be providing it's own sliders so you dont need the UUNP ones.

 

Not experienced that issue myself ? Have you got up to date XPMSE / RaceMenu / bodyslide?

 

I'll let you know if I have any other ideas.

 

EDIT: If you have SMP on all NPCs atm it's gonna cause some major load on your CPU.

I did install the new XPMSE with the new BHUNP when i tried it. Racemenu hasn´t been updated in ages so I´m up to date there aswell. Although Bodyslide has been updated this september appearently which I didn´t notice but I´m pretty sure it wouldn´t change anything. The update seems to be about Outfit Studio mostly. Doesn´t hurt to try though!

That´s why I´d like the YGnord race . My game kind of wanted to die at all times ?

 

I ended up switching to Special Edition due to BHUNP not working nicely (fps issues and crashes) but I´m not sure if I feel exactly at home in SE. 

 

Are you using SE or LE ? I´m kind of asking around because I´m not sure where my road is gonna go. Staying with SE could be good in the longrun but I don´t see much improvements from LE atm and I can really get a better looking Skyrim in LE than SE before my fps just dies.

Yeah not sure why else it wouldn't be showing.

 

I'm using LE but nothing wrong with SE, I just haven't taken the time to set it up. If you have SE setup I'd probably have to recommend sticking with that. The vast majority of mods can easily be converted to SE if they are not readily available using Cathedral Assets Optimizer.

No merged patch is required for that mod, it does what it does by overwriting the native scripts rather than Activator records. It will work without issue.

So there is no problem except with the MCM display, so FHU will be working for you both. I'll have the MCM display fixed in the update tomorrow.

I know this is probably asking too much here, but would it be possible that when you're in the spirit fracture state you're also unable to change into a vampire lord/werewolf state? just a suggestion If not no big deal ^^

cant wait for more updates looks promising. actually gives me a reason to role play a dragonborn, before this mod it didn't feel right to role play powerful dragonborn while also playing a slutty/drug related campaign.

I'm on SE, and Apropos isn't available as far as I know, so this is good news.
