I just remembered another rare but possible cause when I was looking over the change notes for the next version (which is not yet published):  "Offering service now checks for being stuck in combat, which interferes with the scene."  You've probably experienced being stuck in combat and unable to mine ore because several minutes ago, a slaughterfish saw you or you shot at a deer that ran away.  Just mentioning the possibility.

Are you planning to add new dialogue to "Confessions of a Slave"?

As Lola slays her first dragon in the Western Watchtower and later earns the Greybeards' approval in High Hrothgar, becoming a Dragonborn, she becomes the Master's sex slave.

Or will the Master and Lola have a conversation each time Lola completes a main quest?

I'm not sure what you're asking, but this mod is neutral toward the main quest line because with alternate start mods the PC might not be dragonborn.  So, this mod does not have content specifically for dragonborn characters.  Players are still free to play a submissive Dragonborn who needs strong guidance.  Players might decide that the owner is the real dragonborn character, or that both of them are dragonborn.  This mod does not make any assumptions about that.

I just went on a book stealing rampage in Dragonsreach and grabbed a copy of Submissive Lola somehow. Was that supposed to happen, because I thought I was supposed to grab it in Riften off Haelga?

Besides the one under Haelga's bed, copies exist in Dragonsreach and the Bards College for players who prefer to start with the book but not have to travel to Riften.  Perhaps your owner will teach you that greedy fingers have a better use.

You might try it in an isolated place with no other characters around.  If you use other Sub Lola add-ons, it's possible that one of them received the story event but dropped the ball and did nothing.  You might just have a glitched installation that reinstalling might fix.

 

No, it should work every time.  Something is messing up the proper functioning of the mod.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I do stand up, but then nothing happens. 

 

For testing purposes, I have removed SubLola, created a "clean save" and reinstalled the latest version. I also disabled all events in Kalmah's Extension. From my short testing, everything seems to work ok, but unfortunately the "May I be of service" part still not...

 

I have attached the Papyrus log. The logging was running during the "May I be of service" attempt. Is there anything in there which could help?

There's no output from this mod, though that isn't surprising.  It only logs key events.

 

You do have a lot going on, 50,000 lines in 3 minutes.  You might try a quick new game with an alternate start and a reduced mod list.  Grab a follower, get enslaved, and see if offering service works.  It should.  From there, add back blocks of mods and try again until it fails.  You might find the problem that way.

I need more information to be able to answer.  What is the current quest objective?  Where are you and who are you talking to?

This is a quest to bring 3 bards and perform as a quest for the obscene fairy. I brought Lisette, Viamo, and Pantia and went to the Bard College Amphitheater, but there was no obscene performance.

In your quest log, click the quest to make it active.  This enables quest markers.  Then, notice the quest marker at the back of the amphitheater.  You have to move near it.

Are you sure that you're supposed to perform outside?  That objective says, "Act out a scene from a bawdy play on the stage outside the Bards College with [Master]."

 

Otherwise, you should be inside the College if the objective says, "Act out a scene from a bawdy play at the Bards College with [Master]."

 

The amphitheater location uses the place where the Effigy of Olaf appears as the objective spot, in the center of the amphitheater.  You can move yourself there in the console with "Player.MoveTo 0905B3".

It's implemented as an optional power, so you can make it the active one and use the shout key.  A secondary benefit is that if you do this in cities, you never risk accidentally shouting in cities, injuring townspeople, upsetting guards, and making your owner look bad.

Hmm... Even if I hit the console and move, the scene doesn't progress. Is there any chance that this is conflicting with the Bard College expansion pack? Or dawn of skyrim director's cut? Ah, I completed the Bard College entrance quest

Quick question - the export settings tooltip in the MCM states that some settings cannot be exported. Which settings specifically?

Can you enable playmate to whip the pc by her own will ?  Actually she does it only when master orders it

A small number of things are assigned in the MCM but are not practical to export and import, such as the ending time of each service day and who your playmate is.  People probably wouldn't expect that stuff to be saved, so I think I'll just remove that statement.

 

A few other settings will be exported but situationally excluded from importing.  For example, the owner's title and alternate title require that you be enslaved, so importing prior to enslavement will display warnings that those settings weren't imported (you can re-import after enslavement).

No, because you serve the owner, not the playmate, and you have to obey the owner's rules, not the playmate's.  As you mentioned, the owner can delegate punishing to the playmate, but only when the owner thinks you deserve to be punished.  Set the chance for that punishment delegation to a high value if you want to see a lot of it.

Onto a question, I think I just made a mistake. I updated from version 2.1.11 to 2.1.13 but I completely forgot to take note of my load order rules before doing so. I know certain mods must load after Submissive Lola, but now I can't remember what... could you kindly point to a list or area that suggests load order for popular mods with this one? On this particular playthrough I she iAFT just because that's what I had going when I started this playthrough, and I'm sure I should probably load that after Submissive Lola?

I don't think it exists, otherwise I would have found it in the tropics, but it's worth asking anyway. Do you know if there's an add-on for Lola that adds Beasty?

It's just the add-ons linked in this mod's description.  I don't think any of them have any (or much) bestiality.

I don't believe that anything has to load after this mod, other than Sub Lola add-ons, of course.  SLTR doesn't overwrite scripts or change vanilla behavior, so only mods with a hard dependence on it would need to go after.  Similarly, only SLTR's required masters (SexLab, DD, ZAP) must load before it.  So, your current load order is probably okay.
