Yeah, people are replacing textures, etc. That's low hanging fruit. Animations? Scripting? Backend access to the engine like an API? These are the things you need to do active lewd modding and they just aren't there; and before you start with 'BUT CDPR RELEASED SOME TOOLS'...the releases by CDPR are trivial, and don't get you to lewd town.

 

The tools are the software equivalent of table scraps; you can sate your immediate appetite with them, but they ain't a four course meal with champagne.

 

CDPR is not Bethesda. They're not. They talk about modding, and supporting modding...but the fact is, all they do is talk. They use modding as marketing fluff. So I mean, if you're expecting lewd/sex mods....you've got a looooong wait, and you may not see them. If we do see them, they won't be on the same level as you see with Fallout or Skyrim.

i beg to differ, it has nothing to do with the company, rather when CDR decided not to support 3rd person mode, this had by itself killed any hopes of this being another skyrim or fallout.

Seeing as CDPR is still fixing the games various issues, and haven't, as of yet, given a firm release date for the v1.2 update, texture edits and simple script edits are about all we're capable of at the moment. The few individuals that have a firm grasp on the games mechanics don't come here.

 

Cyberpunk uses a completely different game engine than Skyrim and Fallout, and is much more difficult to alter. Even a simple texture edit can be difficult because colors are reused in a wide variety of items in the game. (EXAMPLE; the MaxTac helmet color is also used by one of the motorcycles and several of the buildings trim pieces.) Until an easily useable mod kit is made sex mods won't be happening.

 

I've updated my Advertising Altered mod again.  I've redone a couple of images and added a few more items. --- Approximately 1/3 of the games ads have now been changed from their originals.

 

I'm still finding it hard to believe that I'm the only person uploading any mods to this site, a couple that were here have since been deleted by their authors.

Which was my main point here; and as CDPR's history on releasing robust tools capable of doing the kind of work one sees in Skyrim/Fallout/Oblivion/etc is dismally fucking poor...the chances you're going to see a sexlab, sexout, or even an AAF for 77 are fairly slim.

 

If it happens, great. Welcome surprise. But some people in here are neck deep in magical thinking here....and would bet their rent money that getting full on sex modding for 77 is only a matter of time. That would be a critical mistake, because in no time flat you'd be homeless.

 

Yes, there's a halfway decent 3rd person cam mod at this point I believe? (I uninstalled 77 for the year, until CDPR unfucks themselves) But that's a far cry from /surrendering and then being fucked by a bunch of people/ like in Defeat. The best sexmods in Bethesda games are possible for a variety of reasons, but one of the chief reasons they're as robust as they are, is because the tools allow the use of the scripting engine, coupled with the script extenders. Cell design made ahem, 'easy' with the CK/GECK means you can create new areas, and construct more complex things. As bad as it is, you could almost say that the CK, with xEdit, NIfskope, etc compromise a really kludged together IDE for bethesda games. It's why we have what we have.

 

When CDPR releases tools giving people access to the backend of the engine, and game...when you see at least some kind of an integrated system for developing things within the scope of the game itself, even if it's barely an IDE of some sort...then you'll see some serious shit. Till then, people can navel gaze all they want about what could be...and it won't make a bit of difference.

 

It's not a fun truth, but it is a truth. The sooner people grasp that, the better. It might not shake out that way, we could see a better direction emerge, but it's unlikely...and people need to realize that.

Seeing as that 'fucktard' hacker screwed things up for everyone by hacking CDPR, I don't see it happening any time soon. Personally if it had happened to me, NOBODY would get anything until I had proof that the hacker had been fed to, and greeted by their god from the ass end of a sow. But I have a low tolerance for hackers out to fuck people over to fill their own pockets.

Sometimes download from this forum is a problem but waiting it fixes itself

and the good thing is that the links never expire since the author does not decide to replace or delete the file

I don't see any intentions from CR to reveal access to the quest-, dialogue- and animation-engines - so I expect that Cyberpunk is no followup candidate for Skyrim in terms of deep modding - neither for adult nor for vanilla modding.

Seen it, the way society is going, I figure nudity won't be a big issue in the future. I just can't wrap my head around porn for major ads except for possibly on Jig Jig street, whether it be 50 years in the future, or 500. More sexualized sure, but not just porn for the sake of porn.

 

Unless Night City turns into clothing optional, with mods such as NPC's gone wild taken to the next level. With every character you come across having a nude body replacement, and the ability to strip the clothes off of them, or you see people going at it, fucking in the streets, true porn is going to seem out of place outside of Cyberpunks red light district.

Where is the problem with them. One replaced katana with a flamingo and the other was skincare for main NPCs

but the author of skincare repost that mod in another page and that new one is still available

Good watch, thanks for the link. I generally agree with what is said (if a little to philosophical); the game succeeded on its story but failed on its technical execution. That in my experience is unusual for games nowadays, with big publishers who tend to suck the life out of storytelling.

 

CDPR got a in over their heads I think with the technical scale which was leagues away from any experience they had on the Witcher, but that did not hurt their writers who were able to produce a compelling story even if it got marred a bit by the games limitations near the end.

How easy are the advertisement images to tinker with? Is it hard getting to the files and replacing them? (i.e. how hard would it be to make my own.. lol)

 

I like the idea of Night City as the type of place where they don't even bother with censorship and just show hardcore pornography right on a billboard.

As far as i know it's only messing with console and (un)packing tool. So, no GUI at all. Can't name it hard, but uncomfortable and not so obvious.?

Hopefully this is truly my final edit to my Advertising Altered v1.7.1 mod. Fixed a couple of issues with some of the ads not being saved properly with the v1.7 upload.

 

Had to remake about 1/3 of the ads to follow the new altered image layout CDPR made for the games 1.2 update.

 

This should be the last correction needed unless CDPR changes things again, but if you do find an error, please message me. It is difficult to inspect every ad in every variation because they change every time you reload a save game.

 

Please read which items I changed and stop messaging me with questions I've already answered about which ads were changed.
