spirit13 Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 Hello everyone, just a quick question: What are exactly the requisites for having a War of Domination casus belli? I've been playin with this awesome mod for days and I'm been unable to trigger it.

Could the religion be added in the custom character builder or Advanced Cheat Menu without breaking the rest of your excellent mechanics?
Monedeath Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 I double checked to make sure. She evidently cloned herself/unleashed a doppelganger for that encounter. And I guess you responded to my previous post before I edited in a report about the cost reduction for Abice Maritus evidently not being applied with control of the relevant holy site.
Shane843 Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 Maybe add a thing about not starting as a culture with the Polygamous or Concubines Feature to Known Bugs? Just so we dont see anyone else coming here to complain after starting a game in Ireland.
quedices77 Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 FYI: I keep looping through the "Find a book to read" and the "Unmarred and unholy" events without getting the "spell" after switching to the RM religion through the CK3's Change Religion interface. Could be an incompatibility with other mods...

Baronies is often "powerful vassals"... Especialy if you did not bestow counties to some one ) It's easy for them to be a powerful vassal if you are only one :) Edited February 15, 2022 by 919973FL 1

Marry someone. Show them the book. 2. Give them a county or a barony. Wait six months in-game. 3. Give another female character a county or barony. Show them the book. 4. Release the Keeper of Souls.  -If more than three counts as vassals: 1. Revoke one of their titles. 'Tis better to be feared than loved. 2. Give it to a female character.  Larger domains are much more complex, but a small domain can load the full mod in ten minutes or less. 1
sss1sss11 Posted February 15, 2022 Posted February 15, 2022 "Find a book to read"Â Â What are the conditions for receiving this event? I can't find it.

That decision is to re-acquire either the Spellbound secret or one of the Magister traits. It only comes up after a character's died.  To start the mod you need the "Acquire the Regula Magistri" decision. 1
Gabe Lincoln Posted February 16, 2022 Posted February 16, 2022 The "Mulsa that can be dominated" notification is not working on vassals of vassals. Also, the conversion to Mulsa doesn't work on foreign rulers.

Before the update it was, but now it is not, even if I start the game only with your mod and Сarnalitas. Maybe it's the lack of localization?

idkwhattoputy Posted February 16, 2022 Posted February 16, 2022 (edited) So one of my wives had an event where she cheated in the stable and begged for forgiveness? is this on purpose?   Also I had one of my wives declare a war of tyranny for trying to imprison her lover Edited February 16, 2022 by idkwhattoputy
zargod Posted February 16, 2022 Posted February 16, 2022 Would it be possible to include with the mod a text file that gives a list of the requirements (including which holy place for which variant of the religion) for all the decisions, interactions, CBs, etc all in one place? As this mod gets more extensive, it's getting increasingly hard to keep track of them all.
Gerfeniks Posted February 16, 2022 Posted February 16, 2022 Is there a way to implement inheritance laws and suzerain/vassal gender laws from the REGULA MAGISTRI mod to vanilla game religions/decisions Cause this mod is totaly fucked from the last update and those are the only things that worth something in it. That new book shit and the need to have two strong female vassals is a pinnacle of stupidity =/ Dev, sometimes all you have to do to not screw up is do nothing.  I hope you at least will keep updating vanilla version of this mod.

lazlo Posted February 16, 2022 Posted February 16, 2022 Not sure if anyone else has run into this, but I've encountered something where you're only allowed to marry up to 3 spouses if you're playing as Ireland. I think it's because the culture allows for polygamy and that overwrites the tenet/doctrines you get from Regula Magistri. Could be wrong - I was up late playing last night and don't remember perfectly, but that seems like the most likely reason given the changes to culture that came out with RC.

And it makes sense - you can only dominate your vassals, not someone else's. They are my vassals though. Just checked and you can dominate vassals of vassals. It just doesn't give you a notification about it. This lady is a mulsa, but it doesn't give me a notification about being able to Dominate her even though I can. Also, Queen Sybille of Lotharingia is spellbound, but hasn't switched to Mulsa despite me having Freed the Magister. Edit: Are there any plans to make a compatibility patch with Carnalitas Dei? Or is that something I'll need to get someone else to do? Edited February 16, 2022 by Gabe Lincoln
Gagi114 Posted February 16, 2022 Posted February 16, 2022 @Gabe LincolnI don't think vassals' vassals give the notification, my muslas' are all my direct vasals. Could look into it later on. As for foreign rulers, you can't convert them. Use Domination Casus Belli to go to war and make her yours.
