Sexout FleshedOut (SOFO)

It doesn't change all that much, but it involves dialog with the Doc, Sunny, Trudy, Chet & Pete. Which means you can't murder the town residents in order to get on the Powdergangers' good side for Tryout purposes. I'm not sure if it's strictly needed to do that in order to get the powder gangers content started, however. I never actually got around to playing that side of the Tryout mods.

If you do Ghost Town gunfight but you or a companion don't shoot any Powder Gangers and just let the town handle it, your rep drop with the gangers is minimal.

Give the townspeople some better weapons. Or use other mods like the turret mod to dispatch of the PG in a heart beat.

Played a few hours, told him i was going out, came back with new companion and he wasnt moving.

was working fine before and not installed any new mods.

 

tryed to res'actor and disable in console but nothing seems to work.

Normally, when you enter the house, he comes to say something to you. Did that happen? If not, maybe his packages got messed up. Try loading an earlier save, maybe. If you do, and play with SCR, turn the debugging slider to 20 & it will spit out messages that I need to know about. Or you can type "setdebugmode 1 xx" in the console (xx = sofo's place in the load order).

So I feel like I'm stuck.. either that or I'm finished. I played it rather organically (no walkthrough) and guess I took the rape trauma path.
I'm guessing once you're able to get him in bed, you're finished?

I'm guessing by "debugging slider", you mean the "Scanner frequency"? I always wondered what that thing was about.

Yeah, once you're in a sexual relationship there's little else going on other than the freeform bits (chat, cheesy comeons etc). So, congrats, in as far as you can complete sofo, you did. There are always plans to add more stuff, but atm that's still in the planning stage.

 

By the debugging slider, I mean the the slider in the SCR menu. Setting it to 20 toggles on debugprint readouts that are in most of my scripts. Otherwise, the console command does the same.

THink it has to do with this error:

SOFO: peeping package started
SexoutNGBES: actorB (Jean) already having sex, aborting.
SexoutNGPCQ: Ignoring spurious call
SCRMainF: SCR Starts at 10 seconds, 9 seconds

This was transcribed from the console, that copypasted per se. Some transcribing errors may have happened. Tempted to post this in the SexoutNG thread to see if they can help since seems like something more than just SOFO.

Yeah, I don't think that's a problem on my end - the "already having sex" bit sounds like a stuck ng token or something. "Spurious call": no idea. Was this done right when you loaded a save? The "SCR starts at..." bit also looks like SCR hadn't initialized yet, but I could be wrong there.

I'd rather you took it to the Sexout technical support section than the ng thread, really.

Apparently it came back. It's every now and then that it won't let me use the bed.

 

Sometimes when I approach, the prompt doesn't come up at all.

The prompt not appearing is probably because your Lust isn't high enough (min 20). It's also delayed in path 4 until the roleplaying stuff becomes available.

About what you said before: that really is an ng thing, I think. Since you had the readout of the package having started, the masturbation should be happening already.

Yes, although it won't do anything about the dance tracks - they need something that lasts longer than the 2 seconds SOFOSilence is.

About Elvis, I always thought the Elvis reference was a bit of a breach of Fallout lore - imo, rock 'n' roll never happened in the Fallout world, but they just couldn't pass up a reference due to it being Vegas.

I doubt it, because "say once" & "say once a day" flags on topic lines aren't reset that way. And I use them extensively.

Hello everyone. First i am french and my English is not great, sorry for that.

I have a problem with SOFO (or not ?) and i can not solve it. Difficult to explain in English but i'll try.

 

First, i have no problems with the other mod sexout for sex animations when several sex animations do not follow automatically.

For SOFO i followed the story 2 (slutty) and i have no problem but when i story 3 (compassionate) here's what happens in picture.

 

1: I spoke with him and i'm going to bed.

2: The first sex scene is normal.

3: He speaks to me and i make a choice.

4: The second sex scene takes place normally.

---

5: The second sex scene ends and he comes to me and starts the third scene (he does not speak). My camera "jump in the air with graphic bug" and the body of my avatar disappears.

6: Third sex scene is finished and my avatar has disappeared and my camera is bloked.

 

Finally the doc goes to the room without saying anything and i must open my pipboy to see my avatar and i can move again.

 

Well, I tried that:

 

1: clean save.

2: remove all my mods one by one.

3: remove all (even falloutNV ...) and reinstalled everything properly. (SexoutNG, SCR, Mods etc ... with tutorials again.

4: Remove all and reinstall again with only SexoutNG, SCR, ZAZ, Lust, Checkmeout, ClothingEval, Fleshout.

 

But the problem is still there, I've probably forgotten information or i done something wrong.

I have no problem with sex scene one by one but two follow automatically when i have a big concern.

Odd that this should only happen in P3 - all the bed sex sequencing is controlled by the same quest & scripts, and P4 is the only one that's a bit different there.

 

"5: The second sex scene ends and he comes to me and starts the third scene (he does not speak)." --> no speaking? very odd indeed, because every act results in a callback dialog. There used to be some callback issues with bed sex that had to do with the post-sex dropdown, but I thought those were fixed in ng, and I can't remember anything in the recent updates that would introduce them again. What version of ng are you using?

 

What would help figure this out, is if you turn on debugging for sofo by sliding the debug slider in SCR's MCM menu to 20, turn on debugging in NG's MCM menu (not scanner debugging), and follow the "scof" instructions in the second post of this thread, then go through the sequence again.

And no, the doc does not speak before starting third stage .

I found a little fuckup in the callback dialog there. I can't explain the flying in the air though, but there's a chance fixing the callback sequence doesn't cause that to happen.

I just had a disappearance of the "doc", but I think the loss of character has nothing to do with SOFO, it seems that this is related to "populatedcasino" on nexus.

 

I had another quick question about SOFO:

He wrote that "groovatron" is required (data only), but if i'm not mistaken this is a link to groovatron for fallout3 and not for falloutNV when there was a version for FalloutNV.

Should we also install falloutNV version groovatron ? I tried it and it fixed a little problem of "head" for the "doc" when he walks (he often stared at the ceiling ^^) and since installing groovatron for New vegas it no longer does, but maybe it will create problems for me later ?

Ah, I need both actually. I think I need the sweeping or crying anim from the FO3 one & some of the FNV ones. The FNV download says the data from the FO3 one are required, so that covers both, strictly speaking, but I'm gonna make that more explicit.

I don't need the esp of either (and you know that there can be problems with using the esp, as the sexout guide says).

 

I've also noticed something of a head/neck problem without sofo even in my LO. With me, he sometimes keeps looking at the floor, like he's ashamed of something.
