Real-Time Body Physics (DirectX 11)

For those of you with gshade not working, you just rename the gshade's d3d9.ll to reshade.dll, and it works for me. I think RTBP mod detect the dll file with string or name "reshade".

It looks like the latest RTBP update messed with how it interprets the default nude top from EVE 8.2. Breasts appear warped and are no longer looking natural. It affects only the nude top, as the other MYOBI EVE tops have mixed results. Some work fine, some don't get physics at all

I have the same problems with RyuK_, my EVE top messed up with RTBP. RTBP makes the breast unbalanced with EVE mesh. It looks rather weird.

Oh yeah, I know what you guys are talking about! Sorry, I forgot about that problem. I'll get it fixed very soon.

Edit: I've figured out what the problem is. Here is a modified DLL with the fix applied:

RTBP v0.4-p4 (no dbghelp, eve 8 fix) 2022-08-28.zip

CPVC, I cannot thank you enough for continue to help us! Unfortunately, I'm still getting the corrupted files error and a prompt to repair my game. I've tried a few of the dll's you've provided recently (including the most recent that fixed Eve 8.2) and I'm still getting the error. I've removed ALL of my mods to ensure there's no conflict.

Big thanks for that! Also, I have to type in "setEnabledSpeeds true true false false" on the GUI all the time when launching the game because it doesn't pull that one configuration from the config file for some reason. I do that because I take photos very often and the breasts keep floating between poses. They also lose all physics in CAS after entering the game. Opening CAS from Manage Worlds before playing a household still have the physics, though.

Edit: It did fix for the nude top but there are several other MYOBI EVE tops that are still broken in the same way, Including a few MAXIS tops I adapted to EVE. I can send the packages if needed so you can investigate what happened. It would seem this update broke more than it fixed. Sticking to p3 for now.

For some reasons, my breast physics work but not my butt physics and I have no clue how to fix it. When I go into CAS and select a trait to make the sim move, their butt is just a block in place while the rest of the body moves. In game, the butt physics do not work either. I've tried adding different bottoms with body selector and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling properly but to no results. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hey! Thanks for this fantastic work i gotta try!
The link for the installer is just down.

Edit: My fault. The link on the support page is not available but not on the DL page itself!

I have installed and uninstalled multiple times, using several different versions of this mod, but no matter what I do I always have this same issue with the butt, which is really ruining the (otherwise awesome!) mod for me. Looking through this thread, other people seem to have solved the issue using different bottom parts in the WW part selector, but I've tried a few now as well and none have made any difference. Any suggestions?

RTBP's butt bone creation algorithm (Good name for a band?) ignores border vertices. This fixed the issue with the gap issue between top and bottom meshes in the lower back.

The latest version of Wicked Whims has mesh pieces divided by part. RTBP detects these vertices as border vertices and doesn't touch them.

I guess I'll need to find a way to detect this and fix it.

This one breaks the nipple piercings again. Now the left nipple piercing is below the nipple (WW body with Noir Dark Sim piercings). I reverted to the previous fix, and it was returned to the correct spot.

Having this exact same issue with the butts, should we wait for a fix from you or is there anything we can do? I've tried changing bottom parts on wickedwhims but the issue still persists.

noir milky boobs and gumdrop nipple boobs by i forget who stopped bouncing last update :( i believe the gumdrop nipples is a remesh of noir milky boobs.

*edit gumdrop nipple is actually fine. but the noir milky boobs stopped bouncing. I've noticed some different boob meshes will bounce fine and stay working fine and others eventually stop or don't ever work. I wonder if it's just how their meshes were based originally.

I just reinstalled SIms 4 and I am only running this dll (no reshade) and no bouncing at all.

I have Hokusay modded BB upper female mesh, but i think it is not about that...

dont know what to do.

Edit> Some final lines of the log

Spoiler

[INFO 03:01.607] New sim buffer detected. Vertex count: 3407 associating with sim #30

I think it maybe some body mesh or something that is messing with this awesome uber plugin, I only updated the script and core mods, the sliders and body files are the same as in this year march.

Edtit 2> Go to "The Sims 4\Game\Bin" in there go to "GraphicsRules.sgr" open it and look for "setProp $ConfigGroup EnableSoftwareSkinning" if it is at "True" change it to false.

I have an AMD RX 6600 not an intel GPU.

You log entries indicate that RTBP is unable to detect the breasts. The custom mesh you're using is not officially supported, so it's not guaranteed to work with RTBP. I'll look into adding it, though.

how can i make it works with reshade, seems like it replaced the d3d9.dll from reshade

Install ReShade, rename ReShade's "d3d9.dll" to "reshade.dll", and install RTBP. RTBP is designed to work with ReShade, so it will detect the "rehade.dll" file and piggy back off it if it exists.

Was having issues with bounce after the last update but just fixed. I removed all mods except RTBP and the bounce still didn't work. Then I read this -^ Edtit 2> Go to "The Sims 4\Game\Bin" in there go to "GraphicsRules.sgr" open it and look for "setProp $ConfigGroup EnableSoftwareSkinning" if it is at "True" change it to false.

That solved the issue for me. I'm putting my mods back now and if I get the same issue again, I'll report back.

Edit: Just came back to say this fixed my issue. I've added my mods back and everything is working well. I also improved my bounce settings. Thank you for this amazing mod.

Still can't launch the game with any recent version of this mod and the latest update of the game itself. If I take the d3d.dll out of the Game\Bin folder, it launches fine. If I remove my entire Mods folder except for that one, it cannot launch the game. It crashes right to desktop and nothing else happens.

Hello! there seems to be an issue as though the mod is registering 2 butts and causes this blurry effect and the boobs are wonky as well they move the torso rather than the boobs and the boobs are uneven...?

Hey! sorry to bother you but Gshade has recently had an update and now it no longer works with RTBP. Is there anyway to fix this?

I'll take a look as soon as I'm feeling better. Sorry you guys haven't heard from me in a while, but I caught Covid and it hit me hard. Really hard. I've been out of commission for around three weeks, and I'm still not back to 100%.

I'll get back to working on RTBP when I recover.
