Player Slave Encounters (Updated Oct 18)

I'll try a clean save or something. >.<

 

What the mod does, is chests no longer have that unlock thing. Instead, you click on your collection of lock picks in your inventory, and if you have enough, and your skill is high enough, you will make a piece of wire, a lockpick, a better lockpick, etc, that you equip as a sword. When you "Attack" a chest with it, then there is a chance to unlock it. So I'm not sure if it would mess with it or not. It doesn't seem like it would.

 

Edit: Grr. Removed the mod. opened up and saved, then quit and brought it back up and loaded. Still no dice. And it wasn't in a bash patch. (I don't use it, shoot me. ) Ugh. Dun wanna do a new game. >.< Have to redo all my settings. I use the alternate start mod, and just leave a character there in the ship with all my settings already customized, I load her and then just changer her race when I want a new character.

 

Edit 2: Trying a new game, getting myself enslaved, just waiting to find a lockpick...

 

Edit 3: Nope. Still not working. So I have no idea what is causing the L key to not work when I have a lockpick. Oh, I'm on normal slavery mode, if that makes a difference. :\

 

Edit 4: Encountered another issue. Enslaved by a goblin on the road. Imperial patrol comes along and kills goblin. Game crashes everytime, as soon as the goblin dies. (Edit: Crashes three times. XD 4th time was the charm. Nevermind about this one.)

Hay I've been having a rather odd problem.

I'm up to the part in the first Lord Pellham encounter where he gives you your maid outfit but the leg/wrist irons keep overriding it and so I get my outfit changing back and forth every second between the cuffs and the maid outfit. 

Anyone know how to fix this?

Try saving and restarting Oblivion, it worked for me to break out of the loop. But just in case, don't overwrite any previous save.

I've been having some trouble on Hello Sailor. Each time I start it, the madame has no torso (Just a head and legs), and I see big missing mesh yellow things where the other slave/whore is. As a side note, I don't get the bound walk, or at least not the gag, leg irons, collar, or arms behind back (I get the wrist irons). I have tried multiple times to put the mesh, texture, sounds, and esp into the data folder to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Having problem with shack or chest my items are being put in after enslavement.  Its either half or all the way buried in the ground; have lost my gear numerous times because of this forcing me to reload.  Anyway making it rez above ground or making it larger?

Don't know if you want more than this, but you can still at the very least look at your inventory and other stuff by pressing the f1 - f4 keys, even though tab is disabled. ... Now that I think about it, I haven't even tried equipping anything while a slave, and accessing that menu...

Ichabod, your mod is awesome and it is fantastic that it has come this far! Like many other players, my character in Oblivion has completed pretty much everything there is to do - but this mod allows for some unlimited fun and i'm sure we're all truly grateful for that, so Thankyou!

If you are still thinking about development, I leave here a humble idea for some other encounter you could consider:

 

- The player being renowned warrior and having amassed such fame from the Oblivion crysis around Cyrodiil (quest revolving around this theme) etc., once captured, could be led to a slave auction (maybe some remote outlaw town?) She would be sought out by some royalty desperate to own such a person for himself and to feed his personal fame and financial interests among aristocracy.

The player could continue to develop into some sort of personal bodyguard with other "tasks" of course.

 

 

I realise this does resemble Tea Party, but I think it could have however a more in-depth story driven quest leading to a progressive release of the slave as the master would trust the player more and more as deeds are accomplished for him until maybe a multi possibility ending ?

Anyway... just an idea

 

I second Shinobi556's suggestion! That would be a fantastic addition to your already fantastic mod. A slave auction with outcomes based on reputation (if possible) sounds exellent.

Yo - I thought i share a strange solution that worked for me to fix the sleep capture issues Contessa mentioned. Only moving the esp to the very end didnt fix it for me, had to do a little more.

 

 

 

1. Made a clean save

2. Installed PlayerSlaveEncounters_v0.63.esp with the following load order:

88  PlayerSlaveEncounters_v0.63.esp

89  Bashed Patch, 0.esp

8A  LoversIdleAnimsPriority.esp

8B  LoversAnimObjectsPriority.esp

8C  Lovers3dorgasm.esp <-- Last mod

3. Made a bashed patch

4. Loaded my save, turned on slave mode, etc then saved and quit

5. Changed the load order to the following:

89  Bashed Patch, 0.esp

8A  LoversIdleAnimsPriority.esp

8B  LoversAnimObjectsPriority.esp

8C  Lovers3dorgasm.esp

8D  PlayerSlaveEncounters_v0.63.esp <-- Last mod

6. Remade the bashed patch

 

I have no idea how or why but this solved it for me and got enslaved instantly and ended up in the whorehouse

DOH! Re-reading through the posts here. Didn't even realize that I was still running just OBSE v20, does this require v21? If so, then I might know why I've been having issues, hah. Since v21 is still in beta, and not up on the main OBSE site, I'd certainly recommend putting up in the description as to whether it is v20 or v21 that is required.

 

Edit: AND I'm using pluggy 125b, should probably get around to updating that too, right? To 132? Or is 125 fine?

when i gag another person (NPC)  they still come at me and try to kill me.  is this supposed to happen?

are they enslaved already, or are you just running up to a random person and shoving a gag into their mouth? if its the latter i dont know why you wouldnt expect it to piss them off.

 

 

Well when you put it that way! XD  still i thought that the bonds wouldnt enable them to attack.  learned that the hard way!

Tried getting the most up to date ESP, turns out I already had it (I'm assuming that's the one in the main post, unless I missed another location to dl things from) and it still happens. 

Also tried Samu's suggestion, both saving and loading and saving and restarting the game didn't fix this. 

 

Dose anyone have anything else I could try?

Hay I've been having a rather odd problem.

I'm up to the part in the first Lord Pellham encounter where he gives you your maid outfit but the leg/wrist irons keep overriding it and so I get my outfit changing back and forth every second between the cuffs and the maid outfit. 

Anyone know how to fix this?

hmm, you could try removeing the cuffs out of your inventory with a console command... if you dont have them anymore "something" cant equip them anymore i guess... but no idea if it would work atall.

 

roughly skipping over the .esp it might be these two console commands:

Player.RemoveItemNS IchWristIrons 1

Player.RemoveItemNS IchLegIrons 1

 

but it could cause a billion problems later if something else tries to equip them again later or so...

a few more commands that might come usefull then:

player.AddItemNS IchWristIrons 1

player.AddItemNS IchLegIrons 1

 

player.EquipItemNS IchWristIrons

player.EquipItemNS IchLegIrons

 

Player.UnequipItemNS IchLegIrons

Player.UnequipItemNS IchWristIrons

 

 

Having problem with shack or chest my items are being put in after enslavement.  Its either half or all the way buried in the ground; have lost my gear numerous times because of this forcing me to reload.  Anyway making it rez above ground or making it larger?

 

well oblivion dropped item and ground collision detection is not realy "perfect"... especially with steep angles items tend to fall through then.

if you know where the bag is and cant reach it you could try the console command:

tcl

it toggles the player collision detection (or for whatever you have selected i.e. a npc... can (!) work too if a slave trader is stuck trying to walk up a steep hill too.) so you can fly through the ground and grab the items, then fly up above ground and use tcl again to get collision again.

 

no idea how wrappyone changed his rapers to drop items from higher up so they dont fall through the ground less... maybe he can throw the code how to do it to ichabod to try to spawn the loot bags higher or so if its a bigger problem.

 

 

is there a way (console command?) to enable the inventory while your enslaved?

 

i think its one of the "disablecontrol <number>" functions... but i tried it with "enablecontrol <number>" or player.enablecontrol ... but i think i am missing something. maybe i didnt try the right number or maybe its not even what disables the inventory...

well maybe someone knows if its possible to enable the inventory somehow.

 

Don't know if you want more than this, but you can still at the very least look at your inventory and other stuff by pressing the f1 - f4 keys, even though tab is disabled. ... Now that I think about it, I haven't even tried equipping anything while a slave, and accessing that menu...

oh didnt know the f-keys do anything... this is enough already, guess i dont need to fiddle with the console then to check the inventory.

Whenever I get teleported to the slave camp the game manages to get past the loading screen and start rendering the area and then crashes

In General:

 This plug-in is created with obse 20 and pluggy 125. This plug-in has been successfully tested with obse 21 and pluggy 132.

Load-order (especially with a bashpatch) may be a key here. I don't know.

 

The bag:

 It is actually placed at the players feet as apposed to being dropped.

Does Lord Pellham engage you in a second conversation about the maid dress (how you look in it)?

Ichabod has cleaned up this problem in version 63 so we may be able to narrow down what is interfering with the quest progression (and looping you at that spot).

 Insure you have all requirements as listed in post #2 and that they are functioning correctly.

Double check that all meshes/textures/sounds from this plugin are installed in the proper folders.

What other aspects of PSE are working for you? Have you had successful PSE encounters with creatures?

This is my first time modding oblivion like this, the actual getting kidnapped in my sleep part works, as does my character getting raped before being led to the camp.  In my case I tested it at that island right in front of the imperial prison.  When I was lead to the boat to get teleported to the camp thats when the crash happened.  The camp actually loads far enough that I can see my character as well as a few others and what I think are cages before it crashes.

I also have the same problem with the bedroll in anvil that everyone else seemsto.

 Based on what you show as your load order- I am honestly not sure how you are able to run any LwPK plugin.  Carefully check This link about a working order of the mods. And check requirements for each part of the LoverswPK system.

 It sounds like a variable did not get set properly when the slave camp transfered you to Lord Pellham. Could you reload the autosave from that point and try? Thank you.

hmm for som reason the Hunter that comes in barely have any arrows. I think i only saw him shoot 1 arrow but after that hes been shooting air. As in doing the whole pull bow animations and shoot nothing from it.

I tried out Sibling Rivarly just recently.

 

Found I was enslaved for about 3 to 3.5 days by the Countess of Leyawind. Found that odd given that the terms were for 2 days. Does "waiting" actually extend the time?

 

Would love for the Countess to take you to come kind of elite Hellfire Club or Club X whilst enslaved. A little bit of hanging perhaps - like in the beginning of Hello Sailor?

can i use console commands to initiate events?  ie.  force a mobile slaver to appear nearby?  I have them activated but the only time i see them is when i sleep outside (I think thats a MS)

By what kind of creature do you need to be enslaved to get the randy hunter to show up? Is any creature outside ok?

Windu: Any creature will do (except in Cracked Wood Cave). He is set to appear on the same schedule as the trader. He may not appear in water interiors as the whole zone is registered as valid and he just appears in the null zone behind the walls.

 

Mountain: Not really. Set IchSlaveQuest.TraderToggle to 1 should spawn the trader if you are already enslaved, however people have had issues doing that.

 

Darsie: It could be up to 3 days as it uses whole days to determine the time. Also you will not be released when in the private quarters (to stop them beating you immediately on release). You can wait the time out.

 

Pikachu: It sounds like your IchSlaveQuest.PlayerWithQuest variable has not set to 1. That is used to stop the standard slave quest code running (activities, equipping irons, etc). Do you get randomly used by Pellham? I.E. Not at bed time
