Burma is a huge mod, 3dnpc is touching everything,wet and cold,frostfall,wheel of lull, falskarr,Wyrmstooth,Vigilant,Etac,Helegen Reborn,moon and star,i could list more. Your load order looks good,I think you're pushing too hard unless you got super rig.Personally I would start with removing 3dnpc,to each their own. And I never did Bruma with maxed outed LO, tis really big mod. Since you use MO, try deactivating 3dnpc and Bruma, +patches and start a new game, I bet you get in.

Has the game ever loaded? If so what did you change? If it has never loaded see below. A dose of common sense: It is a lot more difficult to trouble-shoot a game with 253 esps than it is to do so with 10 or 20.

I don't use crash fixes and I have had this mod in load order since Burma came out, easy enough to install and uninstall so maybe worth a shot. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/46465 This mod block infinite load screens, I started using it when I ran through Burma cause my load times went to shit and would not load sometimes,never uninstalled cause never had problems with it.

It's a good computer really, and when I merge plugins it still runs pretty good. That was on SSE though.

My own resolution to this was : a plugin with corrupted data. Once I repaired the install of that one plugin (after hours of trying to find wihch one it was), i could play again no problem. I don't know if it's the same case for you, but if it is... good luck.

I'll try going without those two mods, and see if it changes anything.

Takes a minute sometimes, but almost has a can't fail ratio to it. First test would be to go into game with no mods, minus alt start. If your not good there piddle dicking around trying this or that would almost certainly be wasteful. After that its a process of adding mods, in chunks,till you find mod screwing you(could be bad mod,could be load order)
donttouchmethere Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 My bet is on: > a misplaced patch (in LO) > missing patch > patch for the wrong mod version Missing master would crash the game right away FNIS animations => check if you are close or above the limit or if you have errors there => usually causes CTD on game start and not stuck game load screen too many FNIS animations with FNIS XXL can cause endless loading screens => Animation Loading fix helped me with that, but only for ingame loading screens Sometimes merging mods can break them and can cause this odd behavior too. No, mod was installed right. But some data in it was corrupted (checked in TESVEDIT) : the file header had been manipulated and a master deleted then re-added apparently, so the dependencies inside the mod were all broken, preventing the plugin from loading despite the master list being fine. For example, if you delete dawnguard.esm in your plugin file header while there are still some dependencies on it in your plugin, the resulting lines will be something like "error : X not found". But if you manually add dawnguard.esm in your master list AGAIN, the dependencies stay broken, but as the masters list is fine, the mod managers and else won't detect the problem, the game won't either so instead of getting a CTD you get an infinite load between the Bethesda logo and the main menu. If that happens to you, you have to re-download the clean plugin (and make whetever modifications you want again) or repair everything by hand, entry by entry... Yeah, it sucks. I really hope it never happens to me again.

How do you know a master was deleted and re-added? If you go through all your plug-ins in T5E and do a 'check for errors' on each esp you will more than likely find quite a few that have errors. Yes, an author making a mistake exists, in that case you can tell him/get an earlier verison. Yes, fucking things up myself by accident also exists. A master being manually removed changes all the overwritten records in the mod to an error message, while not causing CTD but still preventing loading. You can try it yourself. Better not save the changes made afterwards, though. I'm not sure it's the only source of corruption, as skyrim CK can do that on its own, but it's at least one.

Bruma for itself is not very stable. 3DNpc neither. Both together - well. And let Steam check your file integrity. Often works.
