I'm having a similar issue, and have considered most of the suggestions here, but to no avail. Hiya, Check the guides in my signature for your version of the game. Start with a small amount of mods, make sure game is stable, expand from there. Be sure to read all mod descriptions on download page to grab all mod requirements and the mod is relevant for your Skyrim version (LE vs SE). Sometimes a freeze like this might mean a mod is looking for all Skyrim DLC content, for example. Alternatively: Disable half your mods, taking care which ones, so that you are keeping relative requirements enabled, mark down which ones you are disabling, test. Repeat this 1 group of mods at a time until you can get the game to load. Then add mods back slowly until you get it to freeze again. Then you can narrow down the problem.
