doesn't seem to work anymore, I know you're not the creator of the pack but i figure if I can get this manually I can finish the install hopefully.

i have created "Gradients Overhaul"; that's an outdated version; here is the most recent version: https://www.nexusmods.com/darkestdungeon/mods/1250

 

watch out for those modpacks, a lot of those mods are out of date

Hi there! Thanks for the new mod skins! 

I have a question about your Rescuer reskin:

Am I supposed to overwrite the original mod completely or delete the heroes folder of the original rescuer mod and put yours in its place? 

 

I saw that the animation files are names "Houndmaster" instead of Rescuer. Is that intentional?

overwrite and replace on the original; also remove the modfiles to make it work;
or unzip into another mod that is above the rescuer

 

i could rename one by one the sprites from houndmaster to rescuer and modify the .skel filesbut it's additional work that I won't do for a free mod; so i leave it as it is, it is  functional

I'm not sure if I did this right, but what I did was paste the files from the download into the folder with the rescuer mod. I went and took a look, seems like the rescuer files are still there, and these ones are labeled houndmaster? And then there was another folder with some houndmaster override file? 

 

I don't really understand the technical stuff, but do you know what I did wrong?

activate it in your load order in the first position,

and unzip there all the new mods i makes. 

so you will no longer have the need to modify the original mods

hey, I'm having alot of trouble getting the Dark Chaplain reskin to work.

At first the class was just a big white square, I fixed this by deleting the png's of the original look and reinstalling the reskin.

But now, While it's no longer a white square, The ability's are all locked and i cant unlock them in the guild hall as there are just missing.

I have got all of your other reskins working fine, it's just this one that's giving me issues. 

Possibly the issue might be because i am using the rebalanced version the Chaplin, as the original is touted as being Busted OP. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2435798182&searchtext=The+Chaplain+REBALANCE

 

Edit: I might have just dug my self into a hole as i thought by Resubbing to the mod it would refresh the install... So i deleted the entire folder to start again... It didn't refresh QQ Now's it's just a perma empty folder.

Hello! I am a big fan of your palette expansions and reworks and wanted to thank you for taking the time contributing to the DD modding community!
I was hoping I could convince you of reworking Anaertailin's profane knight into the Female Crusader class mod instead of the The Chaplain because the chaplain is broke AF as far as balancing goes and is not fun to play.  Not sure how difficult that is to do, but thanks for possibly looking into it!

Sorry to be a bother, but I tried the Shadow Walker class mod with Anaertailin's ninja rework and get the following errors before the game crashes:

 

Assert Failed:

there are two downloads; you have to replace both in the original mod; first the modification and then the fix; maybe you forgot to delete the modfiles

I understand there are two downloads, but still having issues

1. installed the mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1542315540
2. downloaded https://bit.ly/3j2H6J5 [SHADOW WALKER (anaertailin) by Dan] , unpacked and moved/replaced to the original mod folder
3. downloaded https://bit.ly/372PalW [Shadow Walker skins fix´s by Dan], unpacked and moved/replaced to the original mod folder
--> Booted up the game, class/skins show up fine in Town, but when entering a dungeon I receive the errors linked in previous post
4. removed mod, started over clean and tried extracting both downloads in same order to the mod folder instead and still receive same errors unfortunately

Shadow walker is only mod running for testing
