On being child-like:

• In the console, the race is just set as Beherit Race.
• She uses the FemaleCommander voice type. (Same as Aela, Legate Rikke, and Adrianne Avenicci)
• Well.. we are talking bout a horned, winged, red-skinned follower here. She isn't as all as most characters, but is not as short as the child race either.
• Unless the author comes out to clarify, or if there is some way to verify the files, I don't think there is a way to pinpoint whether shes a child or just a petite follower.

 

Edit: As mentioned earlier, I am merely providing a link to a thread here in LL (which, as of writing, is still standing). If the moderators deem this file in violation of Rule 14, removal of the original thread will render my links useless.

Huh, during my test I did not find FPS drops. Granted, all I did was summon Beherit and a bunch of enemies in the LAL cell using placeatme. How did you figured it was the custom skeletons? ?

Only from experience with other followers that cause lag if they come with an own skeleton.

Means as long as you are close to them they kill the fps by about 15-30, as soon as you are further away the fps drop recovers.

The fps drop starts slow and rises over time.

Not all custom skeletons cause that, but Beherit caused it for me.

Mod started on a japanese loli site and was moved to ATF. Changing the voice and NPC type doesn't change what the mod was intended to be and the EN_Hawk skeleton pretty much removes any argument thereof. Same with Raeza. Giving her angry lady voice doesn't hide the loli skeleton or mesh.

My setup seems child/faery/too-tiny-tits skeleton/mesh proof.

As soon as I install one of those, FPS child protection kicks in ?

Anyways, if she has a skeleton/meshes that interfere with my setup I can't ignore that.

With nearly 300 followers ingame I also don't think more are needed lol.

 

She is in a cage near whiterun, closing in on her caused lag right away.

Added her to a full party of adult elves and she started to steal my fps with her demonic powers, until I was down to 10fps (from 60).

Leaving her behind only a few 1000 units recovered the fps back to 60.

Giving her any outfit removed her wings (seems they belong to the skeleton or meshes, couldn't see them in inventory with "remove underlying" outfit)

Loverslab does have a rule against child content, but not against petite followers no? And this Raeza follower seems considerably more child-like than Beherit, but I get that perception is subjective. If you do think that the content is problematic, do feel free to report it to the moderators. After all, there is no point in us arguing about what we think is correct, as neither of us can be the judge. The link is here.

I've seen many good looking follower mods, but for the most part I don't really use them. Essential followers feel kinda cheaty, and non-essentials makes me feel shitty when I inevitably kill them by mistake or get them killed

The heck, I've never even heard of ATF before this. Even google just returns a bunch of AFT results, and some misspelled 'ATF' threads here on LL.

 

Though, just because someone uses their resources, does not mean they cannot create an adult follower. Same thing if they were to start hosting bearded old man followers, it does not automatically make it a child content, regardless of what the site usually caters to.

Actually Yes it does, when nudity is involved.

As I said earlier, that character has child like proportions, large head, small body(height), flat chest and narrow hips.
 

Here's a test for you, install the mod and try to interact with the NPC using SL. I bet it doesn't work.

 

 

The EN_Hawk skeleton 27X mention, I'd never heard of but I am pretty certain that "EN_" is for for ENfant and it was used to use in mods like CoTS and RCoTS which both apparently had this issue with FPS drops.

You are right and wrong. Yes, it is subjective how we see this follower. Ignoring any evidence of assets used. However, the reason the follower was made, the lore behind it's race or any such race (see Tera Elin as an example) makes no difference. Rule 14 isn't about censorship, it's about protecting the site and users of this site. Backstory, lore or whatever is not important, what is important is that to an "outsider" or one of the many that was like to see this site taken down, that is a CG image of a naked child in Cosplay.

 

I have now reported the original thread, like I should have done when I first saw it. Not this thread (or you, you just linked an existing thread and are only playing Devil's Advocate here, the way I see it) I mean the thread where the follower was uploaded and 2 or 3 people are asking for this follower to be ported to SSE ??

I see, thanks for clarifying. I'm not a modder myself, and have practically zero knowledge on the skeleton types, save for whats needed to run the dependant mods.

That was what started the discussion. We did not mention anything in regards to the lore or backstory of the follower. My point is purely in regards to the perception of what is child-like. Let's say a female breton follower that is flat-chested at 0.9 scale. Whether one sees it as a prepubescent teen or an adult is really on the eyes of the beholder. No one can say for sure what an "outsider" will think.

 

Hence, as I have reiterated times and again, it comes down to what the moderators think. If anyone on LL sees a content they feel is questionable, report it, and have the moderators decide on whether it is staying or going. Having an argument with people that did not create or upload the file to begin with does nothing to help.

It just happened, wouldn't even know without SLS.

I use mostly follower packs to fill those empty taverns with life and have some travel the land.

Also with all those devious mods I often loose my whole party and need to get some replacement quickly!

(I roleplay that I have to collect them all again instead of just clicking on "summon all" and "followers wait forever")

With NFF I can only have 10 at any time.

Never thought I need that many, but it seems my actual setup is too hard without them, at least in the wilderness.

I didn't really want to continue with derailing this thread but... That dialogue is not from SL Framework.

If it lets you follow it through with animations then I would say I either completely misunderstood how the "child" protection works in SL or it just doesn't work.

The way I understood it is any character below 0.93 in scale (and Beherit is 0.8) would stop SL from working. Unless a patch is applied to remove these, in which case of course the test wouldn't work.

From what I can tell it is scale and keywords, as I have run scale 0.7 or so normal nords and not had any problems.

 

I had decided to try a very short ass female, I got kinda put off when finding my self face to face with a bog standard wolf, especially as something in that set up, changed the amount of knock back you could get, damn things were pushing me around like I was nothing, which got tedious after a bit.

300 ridiculos I have more than 1.500 in stock and far more than 300 installed. I have more than 150 uploaded here on LL , so I think half you followers are mine the problem is I can't remember them all. They come and go.
