I am wanting to ask out of curiosity and just to get a feel of timelines for future use, when is the expected or hoped availabilty for a mostly finished version aimed for? I understand a date cant be given exactly but just kind of trying to get a feel for realistic expectations

Like "Okay guys, this is all done, nothing left to do with it anymore". If you mean when I'll put it up as a regular Download, sometime relatively soon. I'm thinking when the next two main quests are done: that should be when the most important parts of the mod are ready to go, and I think will be v0.6. For example, the client stuff isn't out yet (v0.5) and that's a critical feature of the mod. v1.0 will be when the vanilla questline is done and I start with the brand-new content. As for dates, 0.4.2 this weekend (wanted to do it early this week but got too much stuff going on) to try to fix some issues people are having. Then 0.5 "when it's ready": one quest, but the main focus will be the client system and that's going to be rather complicated. 0.6 after that will be another main quest, or maybe two if I get the second one written in time, and increasing the client base.

If you haven't done it yet, do a Check for Errors just in case. There aren't too many things that can cause crashes on startup, but I don't know of a reason why any of them could be relevant... 1

I thought so, but if they did then why do I keep regenerating their heads to get new files? Besides that, there will eventually be a point where there are new custom NPCs, and I don't know if there's a way to downgrade SE headparts to be compatible with LE. 1

And when they are given a date and it is not kept, as is to be expected, they put pressure on the modder, the modder gets stressed, cans the entire projekt and noone wins. That probably wasn't your intention but it's still best to make no promises, as you just saw since you were only given *soon™. 2

Sorry if I've overlooked the suggestion and/or you generally dismissed the idea before, but - if (when) the player did the Companions quest and/or is a member of the Companions, why not set up a "special event" for special guests (for instance the guests at the Thalmor Embassy plus Elenwen) including two "feral" werewolves (vulgo: the twins not only having fun with the player for free but get PAID on top of it... with that clientele the money should be quite generous...). A radiant quest which naturally would end the moment Farkas, Vilkas or both are not werewolves anymore. On another train of thoughts: would it be possible to put two "specialists" for the more obscure Dawnguard (Death Hound, Gargoyle, a group of Falmere with their pet chaurus , reapers and hunters) and Dragonborn (bound Lurkers and Seekers, maybe a (drunk) netch as well, or a group of rieklings with their boar(s)) creatures - namely two "gentlemen" who should be VERY grateful the player saved them from being permanently tortured by Molag Bal in Coldharbour (Arch-Curate Vyrthur) respectively have their soul linger forever in Apocrypha (Miraak)? The latter already HAS a working follower system via mods, don't know if that could be used - and as for Vyrthur, theoretically it should be possible to "revive" him after his death (or have the player finding him in Auriel's Chapel after Dawnguard ends regardless of the side chosen - as a punishment from Auriel, who can be VERY bitchy at times). Ok, rethinking it whil I'm writing, Vyrthur is the "easier" candidate, and you (and we all) would have the oppurtunity for "special shows" with a whole group of Falmer (and Chaurus pets) as well as Death Hounds and/or Gargoyles all unter Vyrthur's control... who knows, he'd even like it... Having Falmer and even typical "vampire" beasts as (sometimes for parties and/or for good customers used) attractions could toggle some Vigilants as "haters", any work (see "werewolf party" above and/or other side quests) with the Companions could trigger a group of the Silver Hand (maybe a ranting survivor, whom noone believes when he/she rambling about the Werewolves being Farkas and Vilkas (since they change before any customers could see them and change back once they are safely out of sight) and the two are seen regularly as "normal" customers. Just a few ideas, I don't know how hard it would be to actually program these scenes (but hey, who of us does NOT want to have a real Snow Elf Vampire as their pet... errr, business partner?)

Not entirely sure I follow, but having some random quests where a Dawnguard/Apocrypha "specialist" wants the player to do something involving those DLCs' creatures makes sense.

So far people have said it works in LE, except for NPC heads which I seem to keep breaking but hopefully not anymore starting with the patch that's landing later today, and I'm trying to keep it that way. But it's not official: "do so at your own risk", etc. 1

Well, I can confirm that it works on the LE version only requires unpacking and repairing the heads, but after that it works fine. (At the moment) 1
