I looked up on what you meant by skirt issue and saw some clipping, probably caused by incorrect animation weighting, which could be fixed, but I'm not experienced with weighting armor. Did some digging and found no fix, sadly. You can try to google how to adjust animation weights on outfit and try it on your own (or leave it as is).

Very small mod with only 3 outfits in it, since all of the color variation is done using another mod in-game. I tried converting it myself following the guide found on the 3BBB page perfectly but still had no luck since I suck at this stuff. 1

I wouldn't have been able to find few mods for myself, was it not for this thread; So just from that point of view, I would hope for it to say alive, so others can get the help if possible.
