Your game isn't on the beta branch (1.2.12).

 

If you want to troubleshoot yourself: disable all mod, then start the game see if it crashes. Then enable one mod and do the same. Enable mods one by one, testing each to see if the game crashes.

It doesn't crash normally when i run the other mods without Captivity Events. It only crashes once I activiate Captivity Events and DCE and CE Animation. I even tried turing off ROT mods and it still doesn't work.

Hello all hope you doing well.

I may be a bit stupid but it cant get the game to even start up this mod enabled.  i have unlocked the ddls, sadly that did not solve the Problem. my mod list is rather short and im playing on the stable branch. 

if Annone has an idea on how to fix that, i would really appreciate the input

Did you download the beta version of this but running normal game version? That could be the problem

Please tell me how to randomly run different animation options. (2-3 animation options).

You have the beta version of Captivity events but you are running the previous stable. If you run 1.2.12 then download the 1.2.12 captivity events.

If you know wich ones you want, you go into modoptions-> CE Optional Events, and then I wish you luck finding them and unchecking the others

Was thinking about hopping back into bannerlord once more with the latest updates + War Sails. Anyone know how well this works with the current patch at the moment? Or am I better off just waiting a while for an update?

It doesn't. You'll have to wait until BadListener implement boats handling.

If you use your eyeballs and read the previous posts, it doesnt. Wait for the update or rollback Bannerlord to a previous version.

Are you planning on adding content through the new event system they introduced? Can you trigger scenes via those events? I have no idea how it works internally but I think it might have some potential.
Also, something that always pisses me off is how the text, specially when it's on the longer side, covers the images in the background, I don't know if that can be solved in any way but it would be great if it could be.
