I got a problem with latest version of sexout/resources: no animation at all they just stare on each other for eternity, sometimes I saw animation proc for NPC but not for my character, I reinstalled Sexout/resources/extender/skeleton/nvse several times but no effect at all. I'm pretty sure that I fucked up with mods somewhere but I can't get where

1) Did you install BOTH files for sexoutNG? Core.fomod (attachment at the bottom of the 1st post) AND the data.fomod (mediafire link at the top of the page). The data.fomod contains all of the animations, and this is a common misstep with sexout (not installing both files).

 

2) Are you using the correct version of NVSE? It must be version3beta2 or later. And must be manually installed in the falloutnewvegas folder (where the falloutnv.exe file is located). Do not use a mod manager to install the downloaded package for NVSE, it will install in the wrong folder.

 

3) The NVSE extender must be installed in the ../data/nvse/plugins folder. Again, don't use a mod manager to install the downloaded package, it will put it in the wrong folder as well.

 

These are the most common issues seen when installing sexout and when animations don't run. Double check these to make sure. If you still have an issue check back here. Your sexout mod order appears fine by the way (and thanks for posting the load order, and in spoiler tags, too).

1) Yeah, I installed both.

2), 3) I installed latest verison from silverlock site and it simply crased my game after loading, I don't know why, 3.2 works fine. I never use mod manager to install stuff, always do this manually if possible, but for sexout I used it, since it is fomod.

I installed everything required for sexoutNG (NVSE, NVSE extender ect..) but when I added the NVSE Extender it would always crash, so I tested it with no mods and it worked, later I deduced that it was Sexout itself that was causing the issue, did I do something wrong and how can I fix this?

This just happened to me. I discovered that I need to use NVSE Download (beta version 3b2)instead of 2b12.

Install NVSE 3b2 according to the instructions on silverlock.org.

Install the NVSE Extender into fallout new vegas/Data/NVSE/plugins. If that folder doesn't exist yet, add it.

IMPORTANT

Make sure its "plugins", not "plugin". The "s" matters, I personally pulled my hair out for two days the first time I installed the extender because of that damn "s".

Did astymma finish his plugin for the positioning? If so can some1 point me to the right direction?

Not yet. The major problem is that Prideslayer and I have been taken away from having much free time to mod by real life. Since I'm waiting on Prideslayer to make a change to SexoutNG before I release a positioning plugin, it might be a while. I could probably half-ass a release now but it would be nothing more than a hack that would be made redundant the moment Prideslayer added the changes in.

 

With that said, if anyone else wishes to run with a positioning mod project, I'd be happy to help them with advice and code and could get them started by explaining the existing position code that's already present (since Prideslayer and I wrote it).

Thanks for all of you and prideslayers's efforts. I only got basic java knowledge and have no experience in coding for mods so ill just stay put patiently for now. And again tyvm for all your efforts!

It seems that the word sexout is the trigger, as Loogies Tryout stuff is still there. Maybe if the archives were more neutral in their title it'll work.

I just filed a complaint about their removal of SexoutStore because it doesn't have anything in it that violates their TOS. Not sure what to do about the Data file. Can you really go into the archive and say, "Here, this file right here is pornographic content"?

Um... I may or may not be the only one getting this, but the link to media fire for the data leads to a file removed page. What's your plan for the data file if I'm not the only one getting the message? Don't get me wrong, I know it takes a lot of work for even a small mod, but with the Data file as the base of all the plugins it would help to figure this out soon. I look forward to seeing more fantastic work. Oh, and I'm sorry if you answered this already, I simply didn't see anything regarding it.:)
