Why not just look on Reddit? If you can't find anything cool on there, you aren't looking hard enough.

There are a lot of items on there pertinent to the name of this topic and there are no terms being broken to suggest Reddit any more than there are to suggest Nexus.

It works on my machine. Try downloading the latest Fluffy or installing it manually.

Playing devil's advocate though, one could argue that publishers let it run for so long that acceptance can be assumed. 

I mean DOA characters for example are basically public domain at this point, and not only for DOA games either (straight ports,  often sold for horrendous sums, and KOEI doesn't know anything of it?)

It works, you need to revalidate your gamefiles in Fluffy before using mods after every update.

Except it's not the publishers letting it go on. No one in the mod communities report these individuals, so companies like KOEI or Capcom aren't aware of the paid mods.  They keep an eye on the most well known sites like nexus, but forums like this or reddit, or private discords?  Add to that, many of these paid mods are on foreign sites, where copyright laws are different or may not even exist.  It's easy to think game companies are in complete control and fully aware of what is done with their games, but the reality is, they're not.
