There are a lot of items on there pertinent to the name of this topic and there are no terms being broken to suggest Reddit any more than there are to suggest Nexus. 1

Except it's not the publishers letting it go on. No one in the mod communities report these individuals, so companies like KOEI or Capcom aren't aware of the paid mods. They keep an eye on the most well known sites like nexus, but forums like this or reddit, or private discords? Add to that, many of these paid mods are on foreign sites, where copyright laws are different or may not even exist. It's easy to think game companies are in complete control and fully aware of what is done with their games, but the reality is, they're not. 2
