Welcome to LoversLab.  I think you forgot to put any content in that post.  Next time what you want to do is use the keys on your keyboard to type in a message into the text input field prior to hitting "Submit Reply".  Since it is your first post on the forum, perhaps you forgot to do that part.  :)

You can even do cool stuff like making a whole ass sentence be big and colorful!

I laughed a little too hard at this post! Made my evening, lol

Noob here. I may be a loss cause. I can't even get fusion girl to work. I have it downloaded along with zaz skeleton. Other mods seem to work no problem but I'm seeing no change to character models at all? Any advice

Have you built the body in bodyslide yet?

I haven't its just empty when I click on it so I thought  had to have fusion girl set up first. I'm working on it now but I don't have the tools folder that bodyslide tells me to look for bodyslide in    example - 2. Go to Fallout 4/Data/Tools/BodySlide.

can I simply create this folder and drop bodyslide into it? I currently only see the folder in the mod manager folder/fallout 4/mods/bodyslide/

What version of Fusion Girl did you install, and what mod manager did you install it with? Did you miss the questions in its FOMOD installer menu for "Base Body Bodyslide Files: Installs the Base Body files for Bodyslide..."?

I downloaded the most recent version FusionGirl-0223. I did select base bodyslide files when installing fusion girl yes.

MO2 is mod manger I'm using.

Someone more familiar with MO2 will need to chime in (I'm a Vortex user), but it's my understanding that MO2 puts BodySlide files somewhere else, and you won't see them appear in the game directory (instead there's additional configuration you'll need to do in BodySlide to tell it where to look).

Here's the quick way.  Click Data on the right, and then in the filter at the bottom, type Bodyslide and hit enter, then navigate to Tools > Bodyslide and right click on the Bodyslide x64 exe, and choose add as executable

So I got fusion girl to show up in bodyslide and set the body and saved it. But I am still not seeing it in game with all mods in the correct order? I see the outfits/bodies in preview and am saving the body to the data folder am I messing something up or am I still missing a step?

Can you elaborate as to what you mean by "not seeing it in game?" Is the clothing they're wearing in-game the same clothing you rebuilt in BodySlide? If you built them with morphs and you installed and enabled BodyGen configuration from ZeX-ZBG, then LooksMenu is going to randomize their body shapes around the preset you built in BodySlide.

I have a quick question: the guide links, in separate paragraphs, 2 different versions of Buffout, which are Buffout 4 and Buffout 4 NG

Which one should i actually use?

For these purposes it likely doesn't matter, Buffout 4 seems to have ceased development around a year ago, while NG is a newer fork of it which is seeing continued development. For the most part it seems NG's just got additional debugging data (and support for Fallout 4 VR which isn't really relevant for AAF users at the moment).

So, it's fine for me to just go my merry way with the og one?
Also cause i dunno if i'll be able to switch them in the future without chaning the run

EDIT: Or should i pick NG just cause it would be wiser to "invest" in the newer, growing one?

To be frank, I hadn't even noticed there was an "NG" fork until you pointed it out. I upgraded mid-playthrough from OG to NG and am not seeing any ill effects so far, but I certainly can't make any guarantees (I'm on a throwaway playtesting save anyway so I don't care too much if it goes slantways on me).

Mmmmm, i guess i'll try this newer one just to be sure.
Would i need the VR address library listed in the requirements even tho i don't play vr or nah?

No, if you look closely, it says use the VR version of Address Library if you're playing Fallout 4 VR, otherwise use the normal version of Address Library.

Yeah, i did see that, but i wanted to be sure, last time i modded a bethesda game was 4 years ago, lol

Thanks for the help, chief

I was actually referring to the nude body. When no outfit is chosen it continues switches back to vanilla body. Do I have to go from rebuilt clothing to no clothing for it to take effect? I guess a better question would be how do i test if its working.

Because I've been using the fast start mod to take the the character out of the vault and then remove clothing as my test. Assuming its not working because its still vanilla nude body.
