Some self troubleshooting for you to try New Game Always try a new game first. Especially if you enabled modding on an on-going save/game. "NO_F4$E" F4SE installed incorrectly or modding not enabled in Fallout4Custom.ini. Infinite Black Loading Screen This is very likely and in most cases, a pop up from some mod loading in faster than your game. Usually AAF's popup when installed, cheat terminal's popup and/or others. This happens because the game's pop ups (Not to confuse with the notifications on the top left of the screen) pause the game itself. Simply press Enter key a couple times to 'confirm' the popups and let the game fully load. Problems with using the "Home" key in AAF Make sure you're not using Power Armor The game needs to be run at least once through steam after installing it (not your mod manager) so that proper files are created. AAF was never properly installed in the first place: When starting the game for the first time there will be a dialogue (pop up message after character creation) after all the mods have initialized, showing that AAF has properly started. Home is hidden behind a function key on laptops, usually labeled as [FN]. Another mod has registered the use of this key (A mod conflict). Non-standard / broken keyboard. UI mods interfering with AAF. AAF Force Start command Open console (usually the `/~ key found on the upper left of the keyboard). Type in: stopquest aaf_mainquest Exit console. Wait 5 seconds. Open console again. Type: startquest aaf_mainquest Exit console. Missing rufgt's Animations.esp Probably have AAF SEU XML Addon installed, which has Animation XMLs in it asking for that .ESP. Naked NPC Spawning when pressing HOME Uninstall Dongs of Fallout, it's incompatible with AAF. Replace with BodyTalk or Atomic Muscle. Skeleton Problems (Stretched out/Detached Penis/Genitalia) ZaZOut or CBBE Knee Fix installed along with ZaZ Extended Skeleton. Remove them and keep ZaZ Extended Skeleton only. [061] No available Actors found within the scan range Missing patch(es) for custom race, incorrectly installed AAF and its mods and/or no animations installed at all. Removing transition due to error Mod Order (MO2's left panel) / Vortex Rules issue. AAF ERROR | Animation ID XXX not found Missing animations. Animation Id not found often is also a file load order issue, often when there are patches for animations and one of them is different version than the other. AAF ERROR | AnimationGroup ID XXX not found Probably incompatible patch and/or fucked XML files. Actor Scaling Scaling can be enabled in AAF\AAF_settings.ini and in Atomic Lust installer. AAF UI fonts look like blocks A mod is likely modifying UI fonts and should be removed. One such example would be 'ModoFonto - Classic Fallout 4 and New Vegas Fonts'. Installing F4SE Manually Buffout 4 Installation Requirements: Buffout4 Address Library for F4SE Plugins xSE PluginPreloader Incompatibilities: Achievement enablers (Already built into Buffout4) BakaScrapHeap Installation: 1º Install Buffout4 and the Address Library via mod manager. 2º Extract the xSE PluginPreloader manually into Fallout 4's main folder where the Fallout4.exe is located. 3º Change its loading mechanic by editing xSE PluginPreloader.xml with Notepad++ and then changing this: <LoadMethod Name="ImportAddressHook"> to this: <LoadMethod Name="OnThreadAttach"> Or this if previous doesn't work <LoadMethod Name="OnProcessAttach"> Dependencies: Install/repair the MS VC++ runtimes 32bit[x86] AND 64bit[x64] in this order (first X86, then X64). i know theres instuctional vids out there. but one says one thing and one says similar but might vary. can some just tell me STEP BY STEP how to install this? ive tried using NMM. Ive tried manual but most likely misplaced a file or two. #1 which is the preferred method?? if manual can some one please tell me how. which folders need to be where please? I cant progress with this issue holding me back.

Whenever i start a sex scene while playing as a male character the actor just stand there and do nothing, but if i use a female the animation just go fine

I uso the AFF Beggar/whore mod and when the sex animations starts the penis looks weird and out of the characters body like in the image, can somebody help me please??

The Home key to open the AAF menu, for Fallout 4 for example, just outright stops functioning for no reason, does anyone know a reason why or a way to fix it?

I've yet to see very much dominant male player stuff for this game. I've been wondering if there are any AAF anim packs for female feral ghouls and male players or female monsters and male players. Whether it is dom or sub doesn't matter; its just that as fun as it is walking around getting dicked down in the Commonwealth, I would like to be able to sometimes be the one on top. Stuff seems to be sure rare for some reason.

I haven’t played fallout for half a year, now I installed it through nmm f4se, msm, high heal systems and lux menu + customization, I go into the game through f4su loader, and there is no aaf in the mod menu. I don't understand what's the matter. Last year, I installed everything through nmm and the mods worked perfectly. Just in case, I unpacked the aaf archive into the fallout folder and additionally did the same through the nexus (I just installed the archive already), but it still didn’t help =(

Well, I kept searching for this kind of mod that gives item "cum" to player after each sex scenes but what i found is "Four Play Community Patch" and "wasteland dairy" mod can make it possible. But both of them needs other master mods, especially wasteland dairy needs FPE that eats too many scripts in game, so I don't want to install this things. And I tried to modify Sex Education mod to give the item "cum" instead of Exp after scenes, but it was impossible to me to do that. So is there any mod that give player character some item after AAF sex scences?

I got Rename anything so I could give names to my settlers, and it's easy to use! But, it kind of broke, which I found on the forum that it was an auto-renamer XML that AAF has. So, I reinstalled AAF, disabled the renamer, and went back in, but they still kept getting renamed. For example my resident doctor, Dr. Song, kept having her name swapped to "Cool whip Obrian" every time I opened the AAF New scene panel. A little testing and I found that NPCs that AAF never picked up in the list of nearby usable actors were totally fine, but any NPC that it had interacted with and renamed was pretty much glued to it. If I had to guess, the renamer changed the core name of the NPCs, or has that info saved somewhere? What am I missing?

I just downloaded AAF (F4SE and looksmenu with it) and Creature pack 3.01 but when i try to choose scene i dont have any actors even my character. Do i need to download additional stuff or am i just doing something wrong?

Anyone figured out how to get AAF to reload its xml files without reloading a save? Stopping and re starting the main quest leads to a very unstable game. I've tried calling some of the AAF loading functions with no real success. Any pointers? An edited xml file located in MO2's overwrite folder will be picked up fine with a game save reload but I want to hot load the new edit from code. I've tried the fcf and hlp console cmmands and I've tried pushing from the CK.

Anyone help me. Dont know why but the PageDown and PageUp doesnt seem to work with AAF. I tried to use virtual keyboard with AAF and it worked. I dont think my keyboard is the problem as i did a check online and the buttons worked fine ( Dont think NumsLock is the cause as i enabled it during the game ).

Hi I installed AAF and RenameAnything and as I've read into the description during installation AAF is able to adapt the menu listing of the actors according to those who have been renamed with a custom name. I tried reinstalling it multiple times unchecking and checking the box which said so but still nothing. The actors are listed with their original spawn names no matter what. Is there a fix to this? Thanks
