- Wait until affinity hits 60 (Affinity is an internal counter you can't really gauge, only by asking how she feels about you and knowing which lines correspond to which level)

I like the character mostly, but I wanna play too. She kills all the baddies (or goodies) before sole survivor can even sort out targets. it becomes a game where SS travels around watching a overpowered "companion" kill everyone.

That is why there is a great amount of options in her controller holotape to nerf her HyperCombat and alter her combat routines.

That may be the case with a pure vanilla game - but as soon as you have installed some mods that massively increase the number and strength of opponents, you'll be happy if you have companions like Ivy with you...
..because otherwise you hardly get 1-2 shots at the opponent before you are flat yourself
I mean mods like "Fusion City" or "Depravity" or "Dr. Nick" (with the 50 ways to die)

What exactly does the option to remove extreme stuff remove? I really wish the customization was more advanced for specific tastes. I want to get rid of the scat stuff only but I'm worried it will get rid of other stuff. Funny stuff even.

 

Also is there a way to stop her from teleporting out to take a shit every few minutes?

 

Other then that. This mod is looking as awesome as ever. Stopped playing fallout for years so the last one I had played was 4.0. I was skeptical about a new voice but it's grown on me fast. Don't think I could do a playthrough without Ivy.

so I'm running Just Business on my playthrough which requires Extended Dialogue Interface, but apparently that can cause issues with Ivy, is there a patch to make Ivy XDI compatible?

Ignore any warnings the mod throws, a patch for XDI is not needed for Ivy anymore.

I finished "Into the Deep" and teleported to Ivy's place. Now I need to talk to Ivy.

Start a talk, she only says "Was that weird? That was weird.. right" and camera slides to the right. No other actions can be performed :-(((

Please assist.

Sorry for the late reply! Try to reload the auto save that's made just before going back into the cellar. Otherwise, try speaking to her again.

I've reloaded bunch of autosaves and even played whole quest again ?

No luck. Tried to downgrade to 5.3, then restored 6.0 and loaded original save back.
