Hi,

Thank you for your work.

About Apropos2 Rape Descriptions, you say: "based on 0.6.14, make sure to download the right version of my DB", which means I have to choose version 0.6.14 instead of the new release 0.6.18 if I want natibusAmator's Rape Descriptions?

For me at least with the latest version, files get installed directly into the Data folder, rather than getting put into Data/Scripts and Data/Apropos. This is on NMM because I'm too stubborn to change. :P Easy enough to just create an extra folder, repack the mod, and reinstall, but a bit of an issue.

Yes, although you still need to apply the NONCON DB over 0.6.14 of mine.  There's a chance that it'll work over the most recent version of the DB, but I can't be sure...I made some changes to the synonyms, I think in 0.6.16 and that's likely to screw with the NONCON DB.

I'll probably go back later and forward port those text strings into a mainline distribution at some point in the future, but it's not currently at the top of my list of things to accomplish.

This can be fixed for NMM by opening the .7z file in 7-zip and deleting the Apropos\db\fomod folder (the fomod folder didn't exist in .17 and earlier.  Also the empty scripts folder can also be deleted).

Welp, totally screwed THAT up.

I'm going to repackage it right now.

Just some things I noticed;

- Anus and bowels are being used as synonyms, but some sentences don't really work because bowels is plural. Not the worst thing in the world, but it does happen.

- Sometimes the animation and text don't really align; the animation is facesitting and the text is about throating.

But all in all your updates have been a great addition! It really adds to the immersion.

Thanks for reporting.

1. The same problem occurs with the synonym {BALLS} where you have, for instance, nutsack and testicles.  The most likely way I'll handle that will be to decide on either plural or singular and trim the other synonyms out, but I think that's out in the "polish prior to 1.0" phases of the project.

2. This comes down to the animation tagging.  Oral is a stand-in for both blowjob and cunnilingus.  @GoldMembr has a personal version of the database where he's using the Foreplay tag instead of Oral for Cunnilingus, but I felt that causes other problems.  I've mentioned to @gooser that I'd like to see Cunnilingus as a wholly separate sex act type that would take precedence over Oral (so that a blowjob would now be Oral, while cunnilingus would be Cunnilingus).  He's got plenty of other stuff to work on, though, so for now it's an oddity that'll just need to be put up with.

Item 2 could potentially be handled by a UniqueAnimations assignment.  I eventually plan to collapse UniqueAnimations down as much as possible, though.

That said, if someone wanted to own and publish an extension to my DB that was centered around UniqueAnimations, that's an area I don't have much interest in.  @GoldMembr published what might be the start to something like that a few pages back in the comments of this mod.

Is this futa/dickgirl compatible yet? I dont want it to say "strapon" when im boned by a dickgirl

One of two solutions:

1.  Modify the {STRAPON} synonym and copy of the contents of {COCK} into it.

2.  Make sure your futas are tagged male, rather than just being females with schlongs.

Hello an thank you for continuing this mod.

The apropos edit works with this version just as well with the LE version.

I noticed there is a limit on how many words/characters can be used in for each stage.
Is this hard coded? Or could it possible to expand that cap? (1.5x to 2x)

I've found it a bit of a struggle to not quite fit enough text in to articulate a proper descriptive scene. Having to edit a more descriptive sentence into a shortened cliff note variant of context.  Now, I'm not trying to write out a paragraph with each timed msg but having double the allowed characters would help build a better descriptive narrative to the scenes in each scenario's stage.

Your question is more appropriate for the main Apropos 2 thread, but I know the answer, so...

The problem you're running into comes down to the fixed size of the display widgets.  With it in mind that there are cases where ALL of the widgets might be displayed on screen at the same time, the intention of the fixed size is to prevent them from overrunning and overwriting one another.

There IS something you can do, though.  Check out the Apropos2 MCM, and go to Message Widget Settings.  In there are some settings that affect things like widget width and font size that can be used to display more of the text you want to see.

In what order should Apropos2 Rape Descriptions NONCON edit Version be installed correctly? Should that be installed first and overwritten with this mod or the other way around?

Ok, so:

1.  Are you playing Skyrim LE or SE?

2.  What versions of SKSE, JContainers, Sexlab, and SLA do you have?

SE and should be the latest of those unless they have updated within a week

The versioning is only important because it's possible you have an LE version of something running on SE.

Did you deploy the SE patch for Apropos2?

I was not aware there was a patch

Ok, it's in my signature.  You have to swap a single file out.  Let me know if it gives you any problems; I can DM you a pre-patched version of the mod.

That should fix your problem.

I think.  :)

Great mod. Descriptions work well. I do have a question about Aprops2 itself though. How do I complete miscellaneous quests from this mod? I have one to do some.....questionable things with a horse. But, after the deed is done, nothing happens. No completion prompts or anything. Any ideas as to why?

Sort of.. I've played around with these limits an spacings. What I was meaning had more to do with the editor itself that allows me to read the db descriptors for con/non-con and rewrod/modify them. As I noticed a variety of inconsistencies in some of the scenes involving living creatures being referenced as dead. An I decided I would expand or elaborate the depth of some descriptions to provide more material to digest.

What happens is the word strings + synonyms in the editor, if it's too long of a sentence structure it shows a yellow marker, or red.  Which usually breaks the description from even being brought up by Apropos during a scene basically skips it entirely for a different shorter message. I was mostly wondering if that limit was expandable is all, if not. It's not a big problem as there is enough room to creatively piece a shorter sentence together. I just thought if it were possible then you could build a more tantalizing message that could lend a bit more detail to the scene's.

Next question. If I wanted to create a db description for a specific animation itself, rather than say a default all in one descriptor. How do I go about defining that so it would be picked up by Apropos, as well the editor?
