Captive Tattoos (LooksMenu Overlays / Facial Tattoos / Males / Females)

anyone know why some of the tattoos are changed from what they were? for example the Every Last Drop Tat that used to be an upper abdomen below the breasts showed that text with an open mouth, now its some small tattoo that shows up elsewhere on the body

How do I use this mod? I tried to apply tattoos, but every time the game crashed. After applying the tattoos, the character stops moving, or falls constantly, no controls work.

Wish a Jedi mod master would create a mod that applies bruising, whipping marks black eyes, handprints, tattoos, anal and vaginal bleeding or such to companions/followers, slaves and the player automatically without the need to use looks menu.. After being violated with the mods Violate or S.E.U. you know similar to the Get Dirty take a bath mod that applies dirt to them and the player. Possibly just change the textures in Get Dirty take a bath mod?...

I thought it might too, but says only for player. And you need sex attributes which I do not use, sex attributes penalizes you for game sex.. why?

Hello, I am trying to get this mod to work. Whenever I use the "SLM 14" command and go to extras or body the "SlaveTattoos" think doesn't appear. I have CBBE and LooksMenu installed and the most recent F4SE. If there is anything you would recommend to get it to work, please let me know.

I was having the same issue, and it was due to an incompatible version of Looks Menu. If you are using the pre-"Next Gen" version of F4, you need to use an older version of looks menu than 1-7. or at least that's what fixed this for me.

I've used this mod for a while and have loved it. It's great!

 

For a little while now I've been using Serene Skin with HiPoly Faces Redux. great mods. Though I've ran into an issue. 

 

That being when using the seamless overlays (or any Serene overlays for that matter) from the extras menu it causes the face overlays from this mod to appear invisible. It's not a texture resolution issue as when I disable the overlays for Serene Skin this mods overlays work/show up. This is the only overlay that has this issue. All the other face overlays work fine with Serene.

 

I have the same issue when applying the HiPoly Faces Redux neck seam overlay.

 

I know it may be weird to post this here instead of on the Serene Skin/HiPoly Faces Redux pages, but this is the only mod that seems to have issues with them. Again I love this mod, and the body overlays work fine. Just the face ones act weird for some reason.

I think its because the seamless overlays is at the most front, so your other overlays is hidden by the seamless overlays

That would make sense. Though I'm not sure why it only affects the overlays from this mod.

 

Is there a way for me to edit the order of the overlays? If so how would I go about doing that?

Hiya JB thanks again for this awesome work.

F4SE 0.7.2
Looksmenu 1.7.0.1 

All the newest versions, But for some reason, the facial tats, just do not show up at all. I have tried base presets, and downloaded presets both. when I used to use it, I could at least see a neck tat, but now nothing. Any ideas brother?

I will check it out tonight. The purple texture means it's not finding the tattoo. But, at least from here, everything is correct. We'll see. 

 

Late confirm almost 2 years later, but I believe that's the case.

Tisseman's Nuka Ride - The Previous Girl 1.0 wholly replaces the textures.BA2 from JB's Captive Tattoos up to July 2022, but as JB updated Captive Tattoos later up until April 2023, overwriting with Tisseman's texture BA2 meant that the game simply could not find any of the new textures. This is evident because the newer BOS designs show up as purple skin.

Disabling Tisseman's replacer immediately made all the textures show up again.

 

I fiddled around with all this as I was trying to import my Commonwealth Slavers character with heavy Captive Tattoo overlays into a more Vanilla new game, but the purple skin occurred. I scrolled down the overlay list and found some of the tattoos purple, and I wanted to see if the forums had anything to say about it. It was a good thing a lot of the purple ones were labelled BOS and JB made mention that they were the new ones, that really pinned down the issue.

But I remember that I edited some of them with Photoshop and those you can't open with Gimp for some reason. There is an online tool but I don't remember the name, with which you can open them all. Paint Net I think.

 

Remember to save them in dds, BC5/DX5 format with mipmaps enabled.

Tattoo After Rape patch — fixed a bug where captive tattoos were not deleted after paying. Just added 300+ tattoos to the quest array. Based on Renewed version.

 

Haven't tested it much, but I don't think this patch will be problematic since I didn't do anything besides the tattoo array.

 

Requires a clean save. Clear it via Resaver to avoid future problems.  It's better if you start a new game.

is there a way to select more than one captive tattoos? instead selecting only one captive tattoos at a time. it would save so much time scrolling after adding only one tattoo each time

are you using 1k or 2k face textures? if your not using any face textures reinstall it and pick 1k
