Let me remind everyone that, although LL is happy to serve as a clearinghouse for mod requests it will not be a part of piracy. Said piracy to include, but not limited to, evading paying mod makers through Patreon, et al. This Rule is not "soft" or negotiable. Anyone who does this is subject to punishment.

For me it looks like a recolored Version of Tinaa Slobodnik's Victorian gown or one of her other dresses. But I do not know where to download, because tinaask24 has removed all of her work from TesNexus during the last days and there is no alternative download.
