OSex/OStim is fast but almost none of the usual mods (like defeat) recognizes it. So nothing for us atm.

But i'll keep an eye on it. Maybe in a year or two...

Heh, told you it too soon ?

I beat Subnautica and only shat myself 74 times.

Any idea what's happening here? Weird aura around NPCs and horses. Only happens at night. Kinda popped up out of nowhere after the last update.

Looks like R.A.S.S. wet shader, swicth to droplets only in the MCM to get rid of it.

Just finished the list,  ran the texgen, dyndolod, xgenlod, and OA.  No issues their went to start game and insta ctd you don't even get to see the logo screen, looks like I'm going the have to tear down to find issue

Question, why are the following patches not in the list?

AOS patch for Cathedral Weathers

Rally's Raven Rock patch for Blended Roads

Ancient Dwemer Metal SE patch for Dwemer Pipework Reworked

Maybe I missed them but I feel like I looked pretty closely. Are they oversights or just not needed? Or maybe bundled into other patches?

Quick question for anyone familiar with Nemesis versus FNIS.  I don't do creatures or FUTA -- just humans.  Do I need to do both FNIS and Nemesis?  Or is I only do one, which should it be?

Much like you, I hadn't really looked at it. Humm, if OStim truly does become a SL replacement that would be very interesting,  because if I'm not *mistaken* OSex can already be used to handle all Flowergirls scenes though a checkbox in FG MCM.

That would open up a whole lot of more mods with one setup, and no need for patches or edits right out of the box. I'm going to have to keep a very close eye on this.

Had to sleep on this one to figure what you meant ><. I set mine up based on existing players, and I am wondering if 2.0 would work with an existing save. Will give it a try. I would though, put the MLU patch in the 'for a new game patch' since it will only work with that particular option bundle.

Heh, the joys of rushing through the first round of installs, means you have to go back and re-read all the stuff you missed. (Currently on my third pass ><)

Not sure about that. The later added NPC might then not get the effects from MLU.

Right now i'm trying to figure out why 'Anna's Proudspire' is missing a room. It had worked fine before...

Well, that depends on whether the MLU patch will still work without resources.

What room is missing from proudspire? Pretty sure clevercharff's solitude overhaul was used in past versions of the list, So I don't think that should be an issue. The only thing that comes to mind (depending on the missing room), would be the two hearthfire addons, though that could be something of a stretch.

Also, believable weapons feels, like a step backwards. Like going from like going from a, well, I can't think of any 'appropriate' comparisons, but let's just say a lot of the textures are a lil too more haft, less hurtie parts.

That's realistic though.  Huge hammer or axe heads would be impossible to wield correctly.  And wide paddle like swords would be hard to use as well (depending on other aspects of their construction, might be OK if they are fairly short but then you lose reach).

I understand that realism can be debatable in a game whee you cast spells and shouts against dragons and such but I prefer the more realistic look.

@wollboi, post 5514; does it only occur when its raining (or when swimming)?  I had to change RASS wetness to raindrops only when I had that issue.

Anyone else having issues with male clothing showing metallic/shininess/reflective?  This only occurs on certain male clothing; not everything.

I'm seeing the same, but as I'm only using bits and pieces of the list I was going to try and narrow it down later. Would be nice to know hat's causing it.

Finally finished updating the list and no new update posted!  Hurray!!  Now let's see if I can finish with Bash Patch, xLodgen, and the rest before a new update is published!

Oh, I know. But this is skyrim, not the real world. I like a lil extra blade with my pain delivery tools. Plus some of his blade choices for the axes in particular feel a little too small.

Huh, my first thought was wet function redux gone horribly wrong. My second thought would be some kind of shader out of whack?

Hey I think it's RASS, I had the same thing recently and just disabled the rain one to rain drops only.

There are or were several videos on youtube of blacksmiths actually making swords from various games using correct metals and what not as well as the final product, including somebody actually using them or a target, in most cases a block of wood on a tree stump, most would be basically unusable by a human or at least unusable in the way the game shows the being used, here is one guy has made some of them, though I think he used tool steel rather than weapons steel in making them https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGca03sbLq7OUnXMdvRHyBQ/videos

A lot of those videos are from other games or non-game fantasy, and are less realistic than Skyrim's weapons.  But still Skyrim hammers and axes tend to have way to big of heads and the swords tend to be wide and paddle like, except that the grips are sometimes too thin. So I definitely prefer the realistic weapons mods (and in the past used Leanwolf's mod)

Skallagrim has a good video about Skyrim weapons - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TcsLd3dVNz8

Huh, deja vu. Made a similar post about this not too long ago on another site while doing power armor weapon development research.

So, the problem with most fantasy/anime weapons is that a) they're often made of fantastical materials and sometimes in fantastical ways, and b) They're usually meant to be wielded by those with superhuman strength and agility. One of my favorite examples of b) is the space marines from warhammer 40k. If you look at their actual size compared to normal people, you understand why some of their weapons have weird proportions.

In the case of your youtuber, half the weapons he's made were meant for people with superhuman strength and agility. The Buster Sword for example, weighs in at 90-100 lbs, but at the same time, was not meant to be wielded by a normal person. That being said, some of the swords, particularly in anime (_)@#*(%&@#*()%&@#*() bleach), are very nonsensical. Some of the 2h axes and maces in skyrim have a similar issue, but part of that is offset by some of the more fantastical materials used to make them. It depends on which end of the spectrum you look at them from. However, at the end of the day, I don't play and mod skyrim for its historically accurate weapons. That's more Nioh's department.
