Is the option to undo it interesting to you? Yeah, like I understand the branding and tattoos because those are permanent, but the lashing marks could at least fade more. And there could be a 'magical' way to get rid of the other two, using something like the temple or something like that.

Also, consider making npcs able to use the public pillories. I think that would make the map feel a lot more lively!

Also, I think that the slave customization broken? I tried customizing a slave and they ended up looking weird afterwards

They really end up looking messed up in the customization screen right after you pay for the transformation. That is broken. But they should be looking normal in the dungeon
