I've noticed something interesting, that I thought I'd share in case anyone else has had it happen.

 

The limit to Slavetats body overlays is 12 it seems, regardless if you have a higher number set in nioverride.ini. Which probably would be more than enough for most, even if they run mods like this one where tattoos get added automatically. But, if you're playing a character who just happens to have a lot of tattoos regularly (which I like to do), sometimes the cuts and bruises and stuff can get applied, but you can't see them in the Slavetats MCM menu if you're already at the 12 tattoo limit. Which can lead to an issue where, even after the W&T on your character goes back to zero, the cuts and scratches and whatnot will still stay applied and might get stuck. At that point, going into Racemenu and removing them seems to be the only option. Or the only one I've found, anyway.

 

Not really a bug report or anything, just a quirk I've noticed that I thought I'd throw out there.

The stagger and moan occur during W&T increases. The moan scales to the level of abuse. There's a switch for showing WT messages but I now see I somehow forgot to hook that up ...  next release!

I assume he's talking about the mfamily/ffamily synonyms, in which case -

It is pretty much up to users to edit the database to their own tastes - if you don't want a certain flavour of message you should edit the database to match your tastes.  The default is pretty much "everything included" - it is much easier to remove lines than it is to add them.

 

I think the lines you are talking about could mostly be removed just by changing the synonyms.txt file so there are no references to family members.

Those. I was looking in the wrong database. Presumably those are you contribs?

I'm trying to imagine what substitutions could make these lines make sense:

"{PRIMARY} {MOANS}, 'Yes baby, cum in my {PUSSY}, just like you do for your {FFAMILY}!'",

"({PRIMARY}) Tell me I'm the best fuck you've ever had! Better than your {FFAMILY}!",

 

They imply "otheriness", some form of forbidden or taboo coupling. Not sure they would make sense, even with "husband" or "wife"? What if the character isn't married?

Quick few question, you could modify the frequency of description themes somewhere, right?

The Themes.txt file is what i assumed to be the correct file to modify the frequencies, but they're all set to 0 in the file. Am I looking at the correct file? How would I turn off BDSM themes off completely for example?

 

And another question, I was hoping to change anal w&t effect from movement decrease to stamina decrease, rather than have both vag and anal be movement affecting, what would be the correct command to replace movement with stamina penalty?

No other database. Yes, I did mean lines like "I bet you even fucked your own father, {BITCH}, he says. I blush, my clit throbbing at the thought." Assuming deleting these synonyms won't break the game, I would just remove them myself. What's the file-path to them? Thanks for the reply.

That would break the mod. Sorry. You would have to actually look for the lines and remove the individually. 

 

I could post an alternative dB with those all removed if you want. This might be an issue for others as well.

I like json_validator a lot. DOS can read the first couple characters of a UTF-8-BOM file, which is what notepad saves by default if you choose "utf8" but the parser cannot (won't) read those first couple characters and bombs out.

So I downloaded Notepad+, which is what you recommended anyway, but I thought I had a shortcut. Boy, was I wrong.

  I was trying to do the right thing, converting all the ANSI files into UTF8. I only got as far as converting the "Femaleactor_Female"

directory, and now I have to go back and RE-convert them from UTF-8 BOM to normal UTF-8.

   I keep getting the feeling I've missed a step.

I could have saved tons of time.

Turns out, NMM was sticking all the jcontainer files (skse, scripts) into a single directory.

I manually stuck them into the right places.

  THEN I read your patch for SLSO is already built into this new version, so thanks for that.

On a brand new PC, using US version of Windows 10, and the latest Notepad++ (64bit) ... the editor opens in UTF-8.

I'm not the one imposing a no-UTF-8 BOM rule, Earen the author of JContainers is.

I literally had to use Google to search the old mod forum to pull up this conversation.

Stop using NMM. It's the worse.

Ok, so I found what I felt was missing, and perhaps this would be way to much, you sir, are the expert, not I. So I feel like when my PC's abuse ratings are high, and then she has a consensual scene, maybe as a prostitute trying to get money after being raped for several days and left with nothing, that she would not enjoy sex quite as much. Is it possible to have a set of descriptions that fires if the abuse is higher than like... a 5 or 6 on the abuse tag? Heck even if it only fired on abuse 7 or higher. A lot of times once my PC is beaten in a bandit camp, by the time she gets free she has been raped so many times her abuse is about maxed and she is pregnant. I feel like she would be a bit hesitant of consensual sex after all that.

Hello, i have a small problem or question. i cant lower the Daedric abuse... i tired to lower it with skooma (100 bottles) i have all other states 1 except the daedric part (actually i even dont know how  i have raised this part, i havent meet a seekers or daedric persons yet) i also tried the auto heal option without success. can i heal it only wiht somethin other? shrines, soulgems or bathing in blood? dunno what i can do anymore.

Are you showing actual abuse in MCM ? Or just the Daedric tats. ?

I wrote a section in the bottom of the description that talks about troubleshooting this.

1. Did you touch the settings in W&T in Apropos MCM? If so, then export your settings and post those first.

 

2. You will need to generate both Papyrus0.log and Apropos0.log files. 

 

  To generate Papyrus0.log:

 

  Just follow Ashal's instructions for "SexLab Troubleshooting Instructions" regarding your Skyrim.ini here:
 

 
  Once you have that setup, launch the game and wait for as many hours as your current Apropos W&T settings for "Frequency Wear Tear Degrade" (in your version the default is 12 hours).  Quit the game and locate the Papyrus0.log whose location is indicated above in Ashal's post. The Apropos0.log will be in the User subfolder in the folder that contains the Papyrus0.log.

 

Post both logs.
