It directed me to devious devices but in order for that one to work I need to download a long list of other mods. Is this accurate? Yeah, that's accurate. I also suggest DD NG as well since that is the latest version and whatnot. I don't use SE, so I'm not really in the loop regarding it.

I do plan on switching to SE/AE eventually, but it's taking more time than expected. Also, I keep forgetting, and I'm also working on reinstalling Fallout 4 and getting as many of the mods I previously had going beforehand, so that's taking some time. But at least it's easy-ish to convert to SE for most mods.

I was under the impression I had the SE version of the game. That means I've been downloading some of the wrong versions of the mods lol. Good to know! Â Oh cool! I recently got all the achievements in Fallout 4 and played with mods for a bit on console.
IrisDeveraux Posted March 22 Posted March 22 So, in order to play this mod do I need to have the AE version of the game or can I run it on the LE version of the game?

You can run it in LE, since it was originally made for LE. But it can be converted easily to SE/AE.

I have been trying to find someone to help me install this mod but I'm not seeming to have any luck. I feel like I am way in over my head. I get overwhelmed very easily. I have all the mods that I'm supposed to have installed but none of it is running right...I don't really know what to do at this point. I don't want to give up though.

For LE, there is an order to install them in, at least for my mod. Â Mod manager - Your choice. I go with Mod Organiser 2, personally. SKSE FNIS CBBE/UUNP bodyslide - To build the DD meshes Additemmenu - To obtain my mod's items. Sexlab Sexlab Aroused ZAZ Animation Pack USLEEP: nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71214/? Devious Devices LE - Contains the main 3 .esm files you need. Devious Rubber Masks Rebirth So just install your mod manager first, SKSE next, then download/install FNIS, and finally download USLEEP. These are standard for many mods. Next, download CBBE or UUNP bodyslide, or even go BHUNP if you want, but it doesn't work with the main DD mods, so you'll need a conversion pack, and there isn't a singular one. Next, install Additemmenu, ZaZ Animation Pack, then Sexlab, and finally Sexlab Aroused. These last two are two different mods. This lot is what you'll need to get DD running, although Additemmenu is just to get the items you want for later. Now you install Devious Devices LE, and make sure you select the body you chose (CBBE or UUNP), and just continue setting the mod up. Then finally just install my mod. Once all that is done, run FNIS and after that, Bodyslide. Use that to build the DD assets, and when all that is done, launch the game through your mod manager. Hopefully this will help. I tried to be as explanatory as possible, while keeping it simple to understand.

Unfortunately I deleted some of them to download updated versions of the mods so now the character animations no longer work. I'm tempted to just delete all the mods I have installed and try from scratch but that might be a bad idea. I don't even remember where I found all of them. I'm not seeing a Devious Devices LE, only SE and NG
IrisDeveraux Posted April 1 Posted April 1 Also USLEEP doesn't work cause I don't have the DLCs. I have no idea how to get them on Steam. There is no option to buy them

You may need to run FNIS, and if you already have, best do it again. Oh, and I think you may want to look into a FNIS extender mod, which will give you more animations than what it normally gives you. This one will work:Â https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/100672 And yes, you do need the LE version of the ZaZ Animation pack.

monsta88 Posted April 2 Posted April 2 HyperonicX, you are 5 years too late to switch to AE already, why don't you do it? It performs so much better.
HyperonicX Posted April 3 Author Posted April 3 10 hours ago, monsta88 said: HyperonicX, you are 5 years too late to switch to AE already, why don't you do it? It performs so much better. There are SO MANY mods I need to convert or replace, and while I am (slowly) trying to do so, I honestly doubt that I'll ever switch over to SE/AE. But the biggest problem is trying to get head meshes right, since they like to stick to the ugly vanilla ones instead of the replacers I've attempted to use. monsta88 Posted April 3 Posted April 3 2 hours ago, HyperonicX said: There are SO MANY mods I need to convert or replace  Yes, it is a pain, but it takes only a couple of days. I had to check about a thousand mods to upgrade them to AE, find alternatives when I couldn't, etc. SE/AE and especially NG versions of old mods perform exceptionally well, no more scriptlag, memory issues, thanks to the 64 bit executable. Then a few more weeks and lots of new games until you iron out the kinks and you are ready.  I also kept my LE installation for a long time, but I never, ever started it up again, I ended up deleting it. Same happened when I went from SE to AE last year. I still have my SE installation, but I never played it since.  Another advantage, that a lot of new mods do not work on LE anymore, or the new versions of old mods don't support it (like Legacy of the Dragonborn).  So I encourage you to do it, it is much better.

It's taking me years to get it done because I'm also playing other games, while also working on getting Fallout 4 reinstalled (and mods), so it all eats up time. If I didn't need sleep, that would help.

IrisDeveraux Posted April 4 Posted April 4 It seems like the catsuits, hoove boots and gloves don't work though. It might just be me having that issue though.
HyperonicX Posted April 5 Author Posted April 5 8 hours ago, IrisDeveraux said: It seems like the catsuits, hoove boots and gloves don't work though. It might just be me having that issue though. If they're not working, then you need to build the catsuits and pony boots in bodyslide, since they use the same ones from Devious Devices. As for the gloves, there may be a slot conflict. Using nifskope and either the Creation Kit or TES5Edit, check to see if they're the same. If they are, then you'll need to check in-game within the MCM menu for Devious Devices, more particularly to see if the slots that are there are hidden using the Device Hider part. (I default mine to 60 so it doesn't cause conflicts elsewhere.)
