No, the mod is totally independant.

Two things, make sure you moved the meat to the platter and not the spike and do not exit the conversation, wait for the fade to black and the client to despawn. 

 

So you would serve the meat, talk to the client, select the one conversation choice and touch nothing, do nothing until after the fade to black.

Hopefully, a quick simple question

 

I downloaded 3.9 when it was available at the start of January, and I also have Pama's latest 3.1.3

 

Will those work together OK?  And if they will and you later update 3..9, will that need a new game, or could I just update the version I have?

Hi

I am having trouble recruiting Simza. I have Simple Slavery ++ Se installed, but none of the characters in that cell have the option to buy her. Otho in the Ragged Flagon is there, but when i talk to him there is also no dialog to purchase her. Is there a way i can use commands to force buy her?

For whatever reason, in my last playthrough I wound up buying her from the elf steward instead of a slave dealer. I almost didn't notice the dialogue option.

Ignore the reference to the slave master from Simple Slavery, its an old, out of date references and never worked with SS++, you need to speak to Tipo in the Ragged Flagon or one of the town guards for Sizma, please note if you ask a guard about her, you then buy her from that same guard, even though the quest will tell you to go to Tipo.

I've got the same problem I believe, CTD whenever I enter the fort, I've been looking over things and all, I'm using ZAZ animation pack CBBE HDT V.8.0 SE2023. Is that somehow not the right pack? I'm very confused at this point. I'll add my crash report here too crash-2025-02-07-14-39-11.log

So, as the absolute dumbfuck I am, I had at some point, on the advice of some other mod description, installed these two mods that should help with zaz stuff, called ZAP_No Collision Furnitures 1-1 (SE) and ZAP 8+ faster in and out of furnitures (SE). I disabled both of them and suddenly it worked. I assume one of those two, or both are not up to date with the lastest version of ZAZ. So anyone stuck with the same problem, I'll put some keywords underneath this so it's easy to find in the search.

If you have a CTD after entering the fort, then you have the wrong version of ZaZ. ZaZ 8.0+ is required. This has been mentioned many times in the thread.

After i lie on the plater pretending to be food, nothing happens i continue to lie there and carnifica simply paces around and i am unable to move.

 

BTW when i activate the plater am supposed tp get aan option to "delete the device" ?

When laying there press the spacebar, chose the option to get up and speak to Carni, the delete the device option is part of the device so it should be there.

That would be an issue with Pama's deadly furniture mod not Ravenous most likely, off the top of my head, do you have anything that modifies the death cam, those end to cause issues and anything that means death wouldn't trigger a reload of the last save?

Dont think i have a mod that changes death cam. will look into it thanks. Also is there an alternative to doing the vip quest and being spit roasted ? i dont have any other quest avialable. is it the end of the questline?

Being roasted on that quest is only one possible outcome, its recommended to quick save before speaking with the VIP at all, so if you do get picked and roasted you reload to that save and then get an alternate version of the quest you live through.

I did mention that I was already using the right version of ZAZ, it was the other submods for zaz which caused the CTD.

Little help - is there a script in one of your mods that calls for a loading order with a bunch of mods? I keep getting log files from freezes that say

 

  • Missing plugins: CFTO.esp, EFFCore.esm, Holidays.esp, Requiem.esp...
  • ddunequiphandlerscript, fnissmquestscript, osexintegrationmain
  • pamaFurnitureAlignmentHelper, RepeatableSummonEffectScript, SummonCreatureScript, a1R_rep_NamiraDay, a1R_ModManagementQuest, mf_whoresexscene, pamaFurniture_Ques
  • CACO_AltFloraScript, WMFFControlQuest
  • "a1R_rep_NamiraDay", "a1R_ModManagementQuest",

And other dependencies. I have all the depencies listed by your mod installed, but not requiem and holidays and so forth... but I m curious if you know whether a1R scripts are yours? This might be something going on with either into the deeps or ravenous.

I use EFF for followers, but not hollidays, and not requiem....

how did you got these informations ?

 

About these two scripts, do you know what are the lines in cause ?

 

a1R is the tag I use for Ravenous, so I'm sure a1R_rep_NamiraDay and a1R_ModManagementQuest are mine.

Is harvesting "fillets" working under some RNG rules or is there a quest line that has to be fulfilled? I have one partial playthrough that gives them out nearly everytime, and another play that almost never gives them out.

 

@Delzaron please get rid of that ugly Falmer sword. Its a "butcher knife" not butcher sword. Lol. I am sure some modder will allow use of a proper butcher knife model. If I had the time, I would make one for you. Would be nice to have a machine that auto carves fillets without killing......hint hint.

you can harvest fillets on npcs by using the butcher knife.

 

Yes, replacing that falmer sword by a better model would be nice.

I get the butcher knife does it. I am trying to figure out why fillets are added nearly evertime for one playthrough, and almost never with the other.

 

If there is nothing in your mod that states you must be so far in the quest line for that to unlock. Then it must be a mod conflict or slow script do to papyrus loading.

I have encountered some strange errors. All NPC conversations will not happen automatically, including the initial disguised food task and the subsequent execution task. For example, when I am lying on the execution platform or plate, the NPC just walks over and does not speak. I need to use the interaction key to her before she will proceed to the next step. It is very strange. I don't know if it is a problem with the new version or the mod I changed.
