Unfortunately, patreons have not received an AEP update.
I was mistaken about the time for the public release of RedAppleNet.  Apparently Ksuihuh is going through an illness and I have no doubt this is slowing things down.  Send good thoughts to Ksuihuh, good thoughts might not do anything, but they can't hurt.

I've played around with this mod and I love it, but I have some minor objections to camming side of it. Streaming VIP shows should probably be gated behind having like 1000 followers or so, and/or have some different scaling to how much money it gives cause holy heck you can just make an account and make over 1k in an afternoon while being completely unknown. On the other hand, doing a regular stream seems to give just as much when you're just a 5 minutes old account, and when you're a superstar. Seems like someone very famous would have more viewers and therefore more donors.

Oh man, a lot of my sims get their financial start streaming because it is so damn lucrative. Plus it doesn't have the same cool down that a live show does. So my routine is usually live show, chat with subs, vip show, chat with subs, vip show. Then they focus on whatever because they just made a round 2k. Not to say I wouldn't enjoy the more immersive aspect of building the fanbase to make the VIP shows more lucrative, but at that same note, shouldn't both show types be affected?

 

Something I'd personally like to see is the ability for a sim to request a VIP show over AEP, and then be able to select from the known streamers in your save. It could even use the same animations, but end with me paying out to the streamer.

 

sad to hear the mod author is ill, I hope they make a swift recovery. I've really enjoyed their work.

I don't know if everything works as it should, but can confirm that I have had male performers on AEP before and they have made money camming and doing shoots

As someone that *is* a Patron of Ksuihuh. There is No Update, neither on Patreon or their Discord server time of this posting (this may change). I'm not sure what PCNG is playing at or trying to imply. But, sending a link to another's Patreon for credit card information w/o context is NOT a good look.

Well you haven't CHECKED his Patreon lately because there's a new release to the RedApple.Net career that's only available to Patreons at the moment. That's how I found the BLOG ENTRY

 

Next time, you might try GOING to his Patreon before making AN ASS of yourself by posting stuff like this ?

The latest post was on 4/21 and today is.... *checks calendar* 5/25. it doesn't even relate to AEP, it's for Red Apple Net, which you can clearly identify from the post's heading. I don't know why you're acting like a month old post that you can't even read is some kind of revelation.

Check yourself. You don't think I didn't do due diligence before calling you out? Time and Date. That blog about their Health while ongoing was NOT Current time of your posting. That was posted at the time of their RedAppleNet Update in APRIL. Maybe, you're late to the party but, that information also was already communicated about here on LL and that status has not changed at this time in MAY. Meanwhile, here you are posting a Link that leads to someone else's Patreon, where they are asked to provide their credit card to read, as if there was something more to add. A Patreon I'll remind you that in your own words you stated you were not a member. I'll table my part of further discussion after this. But, If you can't see how that might rub people the wrong way or how your intentions might be misinterpreted? YOU are not only the donkey but, a whole pace of them.

Alright, It's already been pointed out that your screenshot was neither up to date or in relation to the AEP Mod itself. While it may have been News to you from your perspective of "Hey *I* didn't see that before". It was hardly current events if you were following any of Ksuihuh's other Mods, which again was the RedAppleNet Update in April. Which if that slipped your notice is understandable but still not exactly noteworthy. What is of note is that you were made aware that the Mod Author's health was not well as early as March during inquiries about the Mod's status during the latest Modpacalypse caused by the March Update. A status that has not changed nor has been communicated otherwise by the Mod Author time of this posting.

 

Yet, here you are in late May w/ a link that says UPDATE ((Unlock to Read.)), which in and of itself is *mostly* innocuous. However, following the link to the Patreon immediately asks the reader for their credit card to be a member. Now as a Patron already *I* can of course toggle around and read that post no problem, see that nothing New has occurred in over a month and continue to patiently wait for the Author themselves to communicate any progress should they be so inclined. Non Patrons however may find that being confronted w/ a request for payment to be distasteful or worse. Especially, when your presentation w/o context gives them the impression that you are posting w/ authority, as if you were the voice of the Mod Author, intentional or not. Of course, one can toggle around W/O paying and kind of. sort of get the gist like you had. But, as you clearly demonstrated by immediately throwing barbs at me when I rightfully corrected your information, that is hardly reliable now is it?

 

I've now given background and explained what the contention w/ your earlier post was or could be. I've nothing more to say on this other than we should all continue to be patient until Ksuihuh, communicates w/ us themself.

 

TL,DR? You posted a link to someone else's Patreon which immediately asks for money & w/o all the facts. Others might not find it as inoffensive as you do including the Mod Author despite your intentions.

Might take some another amount of time for the all the mods to show up in either Patreon or Public.

Well the thing is A LOT of people (Namely new players) don't even know Modders EVEN USE Patreon & as such won't even think of going there (Some don't even know OF Patreon OR that it EVEN EXISTED)

 

But apparently based on what you posted, the screenshot itself pretty much summed it up AS I HAD IT AT THE TIME AS THAT IS WHAT CAME UP FOR ME & there really isn't much (If any) "New" news to speak of & we're just going to have to wait until at least June or July (And becoming a Patreon of his isn;t really going to speed things up either) 

 

That said, it would be easier if those who see any new news to actually share the news here on LL where EVERYONE comes to get their mods. This way, we don't have these communication breakdowns & misinterpretations over what's current & what isn't

A couple of things of note and then I am done w/ this exchange for now.

First, Not EVERYONE comes to LL for their Mods, shocking I know. But, there are plenty of places on the Web that while not as readily accessible or popular in your sphere, you can find what you're looking for, even the less mainstream of subjects. Second, the Majority of Modders who have Patreons to Support...WILL have it stated, Usually at the start of their Forums/ posts w/ their Own links to such for even the casual user to find. Especially, the more popular ones, it is the RARE exception that a Modder who wants any of that potential revenue not to do so. Rarer still the need for someone else to point others in that direction. Which brings us back to, finally, the actual issue at hand that you, for whatever the reason, keep missing. 

Respectfully, You are not the Mod Author. Yet YOU are posting links to "Updates". You did so w/o so much as trying to DM or communicate w/ the Author or anyone close to the Author to confirm. You are causing the communication breakdown. The Misinterpretation. That's all your doing. This could have been damaging in so many ways and it went completely over your head. Furthermore, when this was pointed out to you, what did you do? You doubled down and have since been trying to have... what? A Giraffe or something? Are you having a Giraffe, mate? Bygones, some are better at others w/ keeping the users of LL Up to date w/ the Mods they have produced. Others not so much. While sometimes inconvenient, sometimes frustrating, at the end of the day that's well w/in the right of the Mod Author, more so when waiting on Free content and something outside of their control has happened. It's one of the blessings/curses of being on a site like LL and not venturing to support those Patreons, Kofis, etc. Granted and I can not Stress this enough OF COURSE payment for said pursuits is Voluntary, that waiting on free content relationship goes both ways after all. But, if you believe giving someone even a meager bit of financial support when they're going through a bad time won't help? Regardless whether it "speeds things up" or not it certainly wouldn't hurt. 

This is where I'm going to end the discussion on this subject before it completely derails the forum on this Mod further.

Now if you want to keep braying at me further @PC Naughty Gamer by all means my Inbox is Open and I look forward to... ignoring it.. maybe.. I tend to do that  w/ most of my internal communications as a lurker here on LL though... so that's not shade. To the rest of this forum I'll second @DOOMbunny666, contribute to the Patreon when it comes off pause or don't. In the meantime, how about we let Ksuihuh speak for *themself*, about any updates to the AEP Mod to LL should they choose to do so or not.

As Procian says, clicking on a treadmill or weight machine (perhaps others) provides the "Keep In Shape" bubble.

However, keep in mind that this mod has not been updated in some time.

Unfortunately, Ksuihuh's last patreon update was in April and Ksuihuh's patreon is paused until later in June.  I'm sure all of us are wishing Ksuihuh to get well soon for their sake and their mods' sake.
