Hello! I have all 3 packs and use this mod pretty frequently, though I admit it's pretty broken...!

 

From my experience, the 3 packs are needed to access different features so:

 

• Without "Get Famous" you won't have access to the record porn feature since you would need the video station from the pack to edit and upload those videos (a camera does come with the mod for you to record with but I'm not sure it'll work since recording might also come with "Get Famous"). You also won't have access to gaining fame from camming or the Starlight Venus Awards that takes place in Dey Sol Valley, the world that comes with "Get Famous".

• Without "City Living", I believe you won't have access to any kind of social media features (like camming in the first place) since it was that pack that introduced all the in-depth social media features like posting to Simstagram and being an influencer as a career.

 

Unfortunately, with only "Get To Work", all you can do is access the photoshoot invite (which hasn't worked for quite a while).

 

Long story short, most of the mod won't be accessible without the other two packs, unfortunately.

Do you have all of the packs the mod needs? Specifically, if you don't have the City Living pack then you probably won't be able to access any of the camming features like AEP .com unfortunately.

btw, Personal Video Studio doesn't work with Basemental's Venue List, since they didn't include it. In Sims 4 Studio, open up Basemental's Venue List.package and add in:

I didn't DM them about it, because I'm shy, but yeah, this'll work. 

 

Using the Vivux 9000 camera to record pornos, purchasing a Personal Studio, hiring actors and camera operators, those all work well. I dunno about other features, as I simply updated the XMLs to work with the game version I was using; I did not change/add-in any new features, as it's not my mod.

 

I didn't change any of the Python code, either. Nothing seemed wrong with the code, but, I admit I didn't test every single feature of the mod, as I kind of just play the game and forget that I'm actually testing. Whoops, sorry if anything is still broken. Please let me know if anything is broken, I'll have a look again and try to fix it.

You didnt actually fix things did you, just stopped the lastException. As those features still worked for me . only the photoshoot event not.

Any idea where I'm going wrong? I have the Photo&Co - NO CC lot build on the empty lot of the sunny valley. I want to do the official route. My sim goes to work, and is gone. What do I do, to go with?

Hello! 

 

This mod doesn't allow you to follow your sim to work (work is just a rabbit hole) or photoshoots (at least not anymore). To do the photoshoots, your sim has to have a live cam channel which can be gotten through the computer and requires Get Famous. Once they've started camming, they have a chance to get invited to do a photoshoot as an active event (objectives, etc.) just like any other activity or work day.

 

Unfortunately, though this part of the game has been broken for a very long time and won't be usable again until there's an update.

People won't listen. It's two years out of date, ofc it doesn't work, anyone who has been moding with sims for more than a month would understand mods that long out of date are no longer compatible.

This is what i hate about modding. Authors release something great and then, they dont maintain it anymore.

I really wish that authors would leave it for others then to continue.

I have that mod. Though i can not go with my sim into that building. Kind of lame. So it's just a rabbit hole.

Just went onto Ksuihuh's website today to see if there was anything about an update and the page no longer exists, so I think it's safe to say AEP is no more.  A pity, a couple of private shows a day was a real easy way for my Sims to make a couple of grand (it's what my Sim I have doing the Reapers Rewards did for money, so she could focus on the event without worrying about bills).

The Mod is three years dead dude. It's bugged because it was meant for an older version of the Sims, which was two years ago, at best.

 

People need to give up on this mod. It's broken I wish someone would remove it, as I'm tired of notifications for this obsolete mod.

You'd have to have the Get Famous expansion pack. If you have that, then you just need to go to the computer and look for AEP. There should be an option to make a channel. If not, then I'm afraid it might be busted for you...

After creating a channel at 'LiveCams' and getting enough subscribers your Sim will start to get fan mail from the fans. If you want your Sim to get naughty items, you will need to download a couple of CC. You can find a list of the items with links in here.

there isn't a hyper link to all the items.

Hey! Unfortunately, this mod is pretty dead in terms of updates and functions (though it can still work). My guess is that the link no longer works, so it may have been removed (unless you can add it to the package file).

Unfortunately, events like shooting a scene or having a session at the photo studio are broken and have been for quite some time. This is what happens when a mod doesn't receive updates for such a long time.

As far as I can tell, the rabbit hole career (your Sim goes off to work at AEP), live cam stuff (found in the AEP menu on in-game computers, may not work with all in-game computers) and shooting homemade videos (with the "Vivux 3000" or whatever the camera is called) are the only things that still work.

Обожаю этот мод! Как здорово, что хотя бы компьютерные опции, а также "домашнее видео" работают... 
Мне нравился мод тем, что его можно было использовать модульно - хочешь ходи на работу в нору, хочешь купи видео студию, а хочешь можешь просто использовать "домашние" опции - регистрация на сайте через компьютер, обычные и VIP стримы, а также запись домашней "клубнички" с последующим редактированием и загрузкой в интернет для "пассивного" заработка (гонорары как за книги и т.п.).

Надеюсь хотя бы заработок на сайте и домашнее видео все еще работает (в принципе, это почти все что мне нужно именно от этого мода)...

P.S. Очень надеюсь, что автор Ксюша сможет вернуться к разработке... Или мод продолжит разрабатывать другой автор модов...
