[XCL] Prolonged Arousal Penalties

Spending a long time at high arousal can make it harder to turn down sex.

This is a combined version of PAP and the PAP OC module, made for XCL 0.25. I recommend only using this if you'd like the playtest this and report any issues and errors. Don't use with a saved game that had the prior versions installed.

Prolonged Arousal Penalties - For older versions of XCL
Being at 10 Arousal all day, every day, doesn't have much of an impact on your life? This mod aims to address that.

What it does:
If you average 8+ arousal a day for 3+ days straight, you'll start to take penalties to your Willpower skill, making it harder to turn down propositions until you've cooled off for a while. The longer you go on in that state, the larger the penalty to your Willpower; your skill will start to degrade, too, so even when it's restored, it might not be back to what it was when the penalty first hit. Breaking the cycle of arousal will give you a reprieve, but it will come back hard if you haven't kept your arousal low for long enough.
Future plans:
This is part one of the mod, handling your ability to turn down requests for sex. The second part will target the orgasm control skill; the more desperate you are to get off, the less you'll be able to control yourself.
Optional Module: Orgasm Control
Requires the base PAP module. As the base module erodes willpower, making it harder to turn down sex, the OC module penalizes the "orgasm control" skill, making it harder to keep from climaxing when you've been horny and without release for a long time.

Effect and Side Effect CORES

TO INSTALL: Effect cores are bundled in a single zip file, but you should unzip and install them separately. You only need to install the ones you want to use.

These mods contain the code that makes a number of new side effects work in game. They don't apply them to your character--you will need one of the related pills or drugs installed as well.

Effect modules contain reusable mechanics that can be used by more than one pill, drug, or story system.

NOTE: The previous versions of Impulsive Flirtation and related files are available for those still using earlier versions of X-Change Life (prior to 0.25)

An "impulsive flirtation" effect was always hinted at in the Ready-Maid demo, and I thought: "What if it could become permanent, like the "Live-in Maid" effect?

This "mod" is the result--well, actually, there are a few mods here, that all revolve around the effect. You can chose the ones you want.

Impulsive Flirtation (Main File)
This is the core side effect mod and effects. In some cases, you'll need to use an Action Point to prevent yourself from flirting, or, when choosing a non-flirty option, you may "forget yourself" and flirt anyway. So far this covers:
Catcalls Coworkers Doing pill demos (making them all more like Ready-Maid, where you're compelled to flirt with the client)

Demoverhaul - ReadyMaid
This started as my demo overhaul for ReadyMaid, but, so far, it only changes how gaining permanent side effects is handled, making them less likely to get picked up (unless you're doing many ReadyMaid demos in rapid succession), and adding the possibility to gain the Impulsive Flirtation side effect, permanently.

DatDude Demo Patch
This patch adds some tweaks to DatDude's Demo Experiments, and should (if memory serves) allow you to pick up the effect from the Pool-Cleaner demo, and have the impulsive flirtation effect cause you to flirt during those demos.

Drug - Flirtatious Femme
This adds the Impulsive Flirtation effect in pill form (including some feminization effects...I think). Requires Drug Framework 2 to work.

[xcl] Various mini mods I have created

I have created a number of little mods that I have decided to make available for others to use.

all collector cards - start a game with all cards already in your inventory
bar girl selector - allows you to remove or re-add bar girls you have installed
female body stats - add character id and a couple of other stats to the character creation display
infinite clothes changes - allows you to use your handbag as much as you want during a day
MirrorMirror revised - gives you a bit more detail when examining yourself - mostly side effects and drugs taken (for modded games)
Work Stats revised - displays a bit more data on work stats than is currently available

bar girls pill status - allows you to mass change a bar girls pill status

New-U shows id - shows character id when selecting a New-U body

(Game start cheat) advanced start - Start with more money. Start with potion shop essence. Start with protective serum.

I have made an attempt to patch various bar girl twee files. This does NOT correct all errors to be found in these bar girls.
I have provided the twee files for the bar girls that needed patching. The mod corrects a few problems here and there, such as bad possible names wrong quotes in some places removing obsolete meta requirements and base game version restrictions comments out the girl cum [around] passages. Those are all replaced using the WW Bulk Bar Girls Handling for which I have provided a replacement passage in the zz bulk.twee file. I have a tendency to rename mods to all be in the same area, so you may need to look for the right XCL/ZIP file. You should be able to directly replace the files in the zipped directories.
It is your responsibility to put these twee files into the correct bar girls package. If you don't know how to do that, DON'T get this file.

outfit image shuffler - helper mod for character outfit creators. Permits multiple outfit views for a single outfit.
This is a mod that lets you use multiple images for an outfit. The images will sort of shuffle at random. To create an alternate image, take the existing image and add additional text to the name at the end of the name and before the extension. Example:
\img\characters\outfits\jia\lingerie\BlackLace.jpg to
\img\characters\outfits\jia\lingerie\BlackLace Wall.jpg
To tell the game to use this, add to the outfit's tags: "tags": ["alt Wall"]
You can have as many extra outfits as you want to take the trouble to make.
(as of March 2026 only one mod uses this - Marley Brinx Remaster)
Added NoPurpleAlexia - removes option for Alexia to take a purple as long as you don't encourage her to do so.

Night Mall & Gym Modlet [XCL 0.25.6]

In XCL 0.26, the new access to the house in the mornings means that daily activities sometimes feel more restrictive; sometimes you want to work out but ALSO practice makeup! This mod allows you to visit the mall or the gym in more timeslots.
- Gym: now available in afternoons or evenings, in addition to mornings like before.
- Mall: now available in evenings, in addition to afternoons like before.

Note that only one workout is available per day, so there's no point going to the gym multiple times. Custom gym scenes (like Jia's scene, Jade's with coach, etc.) are only available in the mornings because the NPC's you meet are only there in the mornings.

[XCL] [0.25] Dom/Sub Thoughts - Nighttime Reflections on Your Relationships with Others

This is a simple mod with a simple goal: to increase the player's control on how their character reacts to the dominating and submissive forces the world subjects them to. How the player character treats NPCs, and how they are treated by them, is one of the main themes of X-Change Life, and can have serious gameplay effects if things swing far one way or the other. Not everyone reacts the same way to the same events, and this mod allows you to roleplay your character a bit more how you might want to.

This is done as it might be done in real life: self-reflection. During the evening, if the game's Dom/Sub stat has increased/decreased with an NPC, they can think about what it means to them. Do they let things stay the way they are, letting oneself dominate others or be dominated by them? Do they resist their urges, at the cost of their mental well-being? Or do they treat it as an effect of their ever-changing gender identity?

The mod is, admittedly, mostly made due to a certain stepsister of a character named Alexia. She has a habit of teasing/insulting/berating/abusing/harassing and generally being a complete jerk to the main character, especially if they try to be a woman themselves. By default, this makes the character feel dominated by her (even if just a little). Sure, some people might react this way, but others would not. Now you have two more options: resist the domination and take the bullying as a hit to your mental well-being (i.e. your identity), or flip the whole thing around and take her pointing out your newfound femininity as a compliment.

As well as Alexia, the mod is also set up for stedad, Bruce, Hollis, Mariselle, and Hailey. Some of these characters don't currently have dom/sub events, but it's good to be prepared.

Mostly a result of the game treating domination, bullying, manliness, and general abusive behavior as the same thing, with submissiveness, victimization, womanliness, and being abused as the opposites. This is an attempt to make things just a tad more nuanced.

Or at least let you dynamically opt out of things.

[XCL] [0.25] Valentine Surprise

AKA, the first REAL relationship mod for XCL. Take your significant other on a real date inside the game!

This mod is dedicated to all the people who sacrifice in real life to make an amazing game and mods for an amazing game. And for those who sacrifice their time with their SO so that we can enjoy an amazing game. The list of names is too long, but if you have contributed to this project in any way, this is a thank you for YOU!

Eventually this will be morphed into a proper seasonal event for XCL.

Requires The Wharf V1.18.8 or later to function.

VALENTINE'S DAY SURPRISE
THE WHARF IS REQUIRED FOR THIS MOD
HOW TO USE
Edit the .twee file and change
(set:$FemaleDateName to "Jessica") change this name to YOUR name if you are a female
(set:$MaleDateName to "Tony") change this name to YOUR name if you are a male
(set:$RomanticSpeech to "I love you") change this $var to a custom love speech to be delivered at the end of the night

Think of this like the SECRETary demo... you should distract your partner as much as possible. Spoiling is good too.
Have a meal ready for the "dinner" scene.
You two are supposed to converse in real life a little over dinner.
You are mostly providing your OWN sex scenes.
Date starts by going to the Announcement Board at the entrance to the Pier in The Wharf. You can access the Wharf, by choosing "go to beach" in the planner. "Walk the Beach" takes you into the Wharf.
WARNING: This event only kicks off on the first 1-60 days of a playthrough (or the first 1-60 days after a multiple of 365)... except the initial launch version will have a button to change the season to "Icestravaganza"
You can play through in advance to know what is coming. Or just roll with it and be surprised.

If you do the playthrough, try to guess what your partner will choose as their meal and set up the right meals for dinner.
You can customize the experience as much as you like by editing the .twee
There is a gift ring scene that could be modified for those looking for a unique way to propose. I would HIGHLY recommend having a REAL ring handy, if you do this.
Remember, this mod is all about enjoying XCL with your partner. You do work on XCL. You deserve a reward. Enjoy.

[XCL] Bar drugging [0.25]

Non consent mod with random pill spikings and unique sex scenes. More events unlock depending on how many times you've been spiked, what your ingame stats are and what you have been doing ingame.

Please report if you find any bugs on the official discord.

Features:
10 unique sex scenes when in the bar or club (Spiking can occur whether you are male or female).
6 sex scenes with custom minigames and videos.
Spikings with multiple different kind of pills.
Support for different modes of play: Rarily see an event for more long term play, Infrequently see an event and a 'give me everything now'.
Small story line.

WARNING: contains non consent and in some cases consensual non-consent. Requires non consent to be turned on in game settings
If you find any bugs be sure to report them (preferably on the official discord).
If you want to help write scenes (I'm thinking the english parts not the code part) please contact me on the official discord.

Installation:
Install using XCL Mod Loader. Do not extract the zip file but add it directly to the mod loader. There is no need to install both standard and HQ, both versions are entirely selfcontained.

Shouldn't conflict with other mods as it uses a passage tag when leaving bar and is otherwise almost all new scenes.
However certain mods that overwrite sections of the main game and is not kept up to date will cause problems. Such as forced-bar-visits, double dates and club requests.

Settings:
"Bardrug: Standard spikings"
Is the default level with a max chance of an event at around 10%. For most users it will be around half that as thresholds are harder to reach.
"Bardrug: More spikings"
Exact same thresholds as the default level, however the actual chance of an event is doubled.
"Bardrug: Lots of spikings"
If you used the max setting before this is the setting for you now. Base chance is high and it will quickly grow much higher depending on your various stats.

Storyline option is for a few events outside of the bar and club (although some might still start there). If off basically only the standard spikings at bar and club will occur.

Bar drug extensions:
So you've wanted to make a spike event but can't be bothered to write everything to set it up? Look no further!
With the new bar drug extensions it is now possible to write your own event that will be added to the bar drug event queue. These events will be selected amongst themselves randomly when a bar drug spiking occurs. Meaning all you have to focus on is the actual event and none of the setup. Futhermore bar drugging is only based on passages meaning that your written event will not conflict with other mods.
So how do I do this? All you have to do is simply to write a passage with the [bardrugspiking] tag. If the player have bardrugging installed it will then automatically get added to the queue.

Details:
Two useful commands for writing your own code
$location - gives you the location where the spiking occurred
$bardrugorigin - gives you the reason for why the spiking occurred, ie: the passage tag there were used to get here. Currently possibilities are bar_exit, bar_options, bar_sex_exit, club_options and club_exit
If you write a full fledged event a good idea (basically required unless you do similar stuff in your own code) would be to end with a call to "bar drug end" to ensure the spiking is finished properly and that everything are in a state the main game can work with.

Example:
Here's how I added an x tra pill to the event queue:

As the spiking can accour both as male and female it is necessary to check for gender if your current pill only works for one gender. The female code is basically just proceed with a normal female spiking as there is nothing special this event can do for females.
The first line of the else part sets the pill type. The rest are just that continues the normal bar drugging event but with an x-tra pill instead of the default basic. You can see this passage does not end with a call to "bar drug end" because the event continues in other tags. However at the very end it does indeed end with that.
The file in the bardrug release called DifferentSpikings.twee contains 2 larger examples of this.

[XCL] [0.25] Read A Book! - Update

This is a bug fix and version updated version. This is still Katalin's hard work and effort. Thank you to those contributing to its continuation.

What are all those files?
KTX Read a Book 0.1.3.xcl - This is the main file containing all the code and media for the framework (REQUIRED). KTX Book Strategy Guide.xcl - An add-on containing a single book which is not entirely serious and a little fourth-wall-breaking (OPTIONAL). Resources for MOD CREATORS.zip - An archive for modders containing a template, documentation and a book stat calculator (FOR MODDERS).

I am willing to act as an updater for this if others work on coding pieces, but its not on my agenda to pick this up for full developement.

[XCL] [0.25] Beach Boost

Ever wish the beach had a bit more going on? In the base game, it's already hard to justify going there instead of the mall, to work, or even selling lemonade. Mods only make it worse, with tons more to do at the mall, expanded work content or other activities to do!!!

What is Beach Boost? 🤔

The goal of Beach Boost is to make the beach a jack of all trades location with a wider variety of content, with ways to build your stats, things to buy, events, and people to interact with.

What does Beach Boost currently contain? 😎

🏊‍♀️ Swimming in the jungle once per day, allowing you to reset your fitness timer and gain a small amount of fitness exp. It provides no buff.
A collection of "vendors", some small shops on the coastline, including:
🍋 The lemonade stand, which you can visit once per day to buy some lemonade and gain an action point. Functionally the same as Jitters. 💄 Sunset Looks, a shop with a selection of makeup, particularly makeup that's long-lasting or water resistant. Has two different sets of products for sale, one of which is randomly chosen every day. Sunscreen is always available at half its normal price, and other products are offered at a discount of roughly 25%. Conflicts, future plans, and thanks 🙂
This mod has no known conflicts. In its current state, it's unlikely to have many or to get messed up by game updates. I do want to add more to this and have various plans or ideas people have brought up in mind. [XCL][0.25] Laundry tracker

This is a small mod that will tell how many items need washing, helpful for deciding if you want to go do washing, or visit your favourite gym buddy in the morning.

[XCL] [0.25] Petname Princess

Simple mod that changes all NPC's so their pet name for you is Princess. You can easily customize your pet name by changing "Princess" to your desired pet name in this line:
(set:$princess_pet_name to "Princess")

Adds the ability to set the Petname in the options menu.

It takes sleeping overnight for any changes to $princess_pet_name to take effect. Doesn't change existing Pet Names... only sets the new ones.

More Useful Body Pillow [XCL 0.25.6]

The Body Pillow is actually useful now as Jia, Rae, or Scarlit!

When female, owning the body pillow has a 50% chance of providing a random +2 buff to a single stat every day. This status will overtake buffs from wearing pajamas, but is less powerful than pregnancy related debuffs like cramps or morning sickness.

Should be fully compatible with any other mods and future updates now that a passage tag is implemented.

A simple background image pack, used to decorate each day of the Female Player Character's fertility cycle - in Creampie Overhaul.
This image pack is only usable with the test version (0.2.0 and up) of Creampie Overhaul
The test version of creampie overhaul is a very exploratory work in progress and only available on the XCL discord.
Image Themes
It is very likely that this specific pack will be updated once i find better fitting images.
My goal is to eventually have all images have a contemplative note (not looking to the camera, essentially lost in thought about their cycle) mixed with feminine visual cues.
Work in Progress Rae is still missing 3 images and repeats the current available 4 Scarlit has images that have some awkward cropping and i hope to find better images soon

SUMMARY
Finally our beloved stepdad can cum in us! I just hope there's no consequences...

This mod allows stepdad to creampie you during sex when you're in your own body, and then has scenes and paths onwards from that. You'll have to engage with him a lot to make this happen, and it will take a while to find all of what's in the mod.
My intention for that was to make this more of an extension to the base game, to progress his relationship with you, which is why the progress through it can be pretty slow.

- I haven't touched the breakfast / chores on-ramp in the playtest, as thats in dev and I didn't want to break it
- Other mods: I don't play with mods so who knows what'll work

[XCL] [0.24] Porn Tolerance Mod - Porn Addict Rework (Compulsion)

This is a very lightweight (very work-in-progress) mod about reworking the Porn Addict Compulsion to have some actual consequences for highly masculine PCs. Fair warning, it was very heavily vibe-coded. So, if you have any personal qualms about AI-usage... well, no offense, but why the fuck are you playing XCL?

Requirements
v0.24.8 from the gitgud repo | Playtest v0.24
(I can only guarantee the gitgud repo, at this time. Try earlier versions/ the supporter playtest at your own risk.)

Context
As someone who finds it difficult to RP a reluctant character, especially when it comes down to a highly masc character getting curious about being turned into a woman and willingly fucked, I wanted to have a way to self-sabotage that didn't break my RP/require major suspension of disbelief.

If you're good at the mini-games, good at closing sales and dodging demos, good at dodging getting spiked at the bar/club, don't feel like your character would ever be dumb enough to gamble with Bruce or Dredd to risk taking a Breeder/Insta-Strip (lmao), and you don't have other mods that can force you to transform consistently in a narratively coherent way, you probably find yourself getting stuck in a loop of accidentally succeeding as a full masculine character like I do.

I wanted to find a way to help address that problem without needing to force my character to make catastrophically poor decisions that were impossible to justify, or ending up in positions that escalate way too quickly (Secretary mini-game, many of the demos, Purple Alexia, etc.).

It dawned on me that the porn videos don't currently have a tolerance system, despite the Porn Addict compulsion providing the framework for one. I was disappointed that X-Change porn (in base game) only serves to further an already ongoing feminization after you've lost a decent chunk of masculinity. Well, I wanted more from the porn given how sexy the clips are.

So, this mod makes it so that a Porn Addiction can kick-start the feminization, instead. After all, what better way for someone to get curious about the pill than seeing someone on the pill cumming their brains out, or looking ecstatic while sucking a cock? In the privacy of their own home, while living in a city where anyone they know could swap around at any moment, who wouldn't get a little curious after seeing enough porn of it?

What does this mod do?
You'll have both RP and meta-game reasons to choose the X-Change porn despite the guaranteed -1 to Masc, even as a highly masculine PC. You want to keep your MAX AP buff, but you don't want to risk the heavier masc loss if you fail to get off to Mainstream porn. You can use an AP to bypass the failure, but it still heavily reduces the arousal reduction. I wanted it to reflect how a porn addiction in real life is a rabbit hole that sucks you down.

The more Mainstream porn you watch, the harder it becomes to get off to it. (On an exponential curve increasing with times watched, to the point that even having Male Masturbation at level 10 won't net you more than a 10% chance of succeeding at the dice roll.) The Reflex mini-game also scales with this, but it's unfortunately one of the easiest in the entire game. Ironically, it's actually far more fun because your mandatory 20 seconds will likely be over by the time you've managed to fill the bar, as opposed to how your normally have to constantly stop-and-go with it. Basically, use the dice roll if you want to get the most out of this mod until I find a solution for the reflex mini-game being too easy. If you do manage to pass the check, the more you've watched over your entire run, the less arousal you'll lose (scaling all the way down to only 1 arousal lost based on the amount of porn watched). X-Change porn will get you off harder and can even overcap cum loads, so if you have a mod that raises the max load count, i.e. arousal, it'll work with that. If not, it's just an unnecessarily big number currently to convey the addiction better. If you cross over a certain number of watches, you'll now be at-risk of losing masculinity if you fail to get off to Mainstream porn. (-3 if you fail the check). Obviously, you can force pass the skill check with an AP point, but you still won't clear your arousal. A high masc character (>90) is no longer prevented from watching X-Change porn if they have the Porn Addict compulsion. However, you are guaranteed to lose 1 masc if you use it at all. Replaces and expands the nags and much of the dialogue surrounding porn usage based on your Porn Addict state to indicate your PC's growing desire for more "taboo" X-Change porn. Each X-Change video has 10 unique lines that replace the original "you gain arousal watching this" that would show up when clicking on a video, based on your masc/fem tier, and your current body state. It's a 5-band tier, scaling down from 100 100-80 | 79-60 | 59-40 | 39-20 | 19-0 These are meant to represent the reaction of the PC and their slowly eroding identity, so you'll see their thoughts shift from aroused repulsion, to a submissive acceptance. Basically, it's a spectrum from, "God, why is this so hot?" to "Yeah, I want to be her so bad right now." These are mostly AI-generated lines, but I plan to go through and overhaul them to my liking soon. I wanted to get the system working first. There are also general lines for all X-Change videos, so you have a 50% chance to see your stat specific line, or to see the general line. I figured that would help keep things a bit more exciting if you click on the same video at the same tier. A little trick to compel the player themselves to want to watch more of the in-game porn.

Installation
Use the Modloader (if not using the gitgud repo version) OR
Drag and drop into your mods folder in the game's root (if using the gitgud repo version) X-Change Life/mods/Porn-Tolerance-Mod/PornToleranceMod.twee

Bugs/Compatibility
Please let me know if this mod conflicts with any current major mods. I don't think it should, given that it's almost entirely contained to just using the computer and the Porn Addict compulsion.

I have only done the bare minimum of testing on the female side. I plan to spend more time improving that side of things, but hopefully it functions as smoothly as the male side. Admittedly, this mod is currently more focused on the masculine PC for the time being, but I absolutely plan to expand on that.

It also uses the "around" function as much as possible, so even if there are any critical bugs, they shouldn't be catastrophic (I hope.)

Future Plans
I am still currently working on expanding this mod, and I plan to do much more with it. I want more dialogue, captions, functionality, porn videos/categories, but I feel that it's currently in a place that's worth sharing around for feedback/bug-testing. Primarily, I would like to introduce new porn categories and radiant dialogue/captions, as I believe that would be the easiest expansion.

Once again, I have only done the bare minimum of testing on the female side. I plan to spend more time improving that side of things, but hopefully it functions as smoothly as the male side. Admittedly, this mod is currently more focused on the masculine PC for the time being, but I absolutely plan to expand on that in the future.

cheats FiFenix's Testing, cheats and other mods

These are my first mods:

Improved start: Allows for a quick (cheat) start for Money, Essence, and Protection. Also has a sales daily bonus for faster sales job and a cheat button that is mostly for secretary but works on other places. The "Recharge stats" button will give you 10 stamina, 10 willpower, and 10 wit, it will also set action points to the max allowed and set cheated to 'no'.
I'm using this mode to quickly test other mods and to test how to make mods in general so it has some useless things like showing the stats in the "Examine your self".

Duration Gamble Effect: This effect adds a 50% chance to extend, or a 20% chance to shorten a pill duration whenever you climax.
I tested it with "Custom U Machine", "Pregmod", "Spike Fun", and others. Not sure if it's dependent on other mods, like the Drug framework, because I used Spike fun as reference to see how new effects are added.

!!! This is my first attempt it may cause issues with other mods especially with the Improve start's random bullshit.

Update and modernization of bar whore mod.

- Changes freedom cost calculations to scale up with the number of times you've paid to leave.
- Adds compulsion to sell yourself for sex
- Fixes a bunch of old bugs
- Option to strip to pay Dredd as an alternative to the gloryhole
- Integrates pill effects from Spike Fun (pretty much required, hence the _SF)
- The pill Dredd gives you can now be a clone pill, and rather than being a custom pill is a pill with a bunch of Spike Fun side effects
- Updated to work with the new morning menu
- Will now detect if an NPC gives you money in alternate ways during sex and consider that whoring in the bar. Like in the Bar Drug events
- New hook into the stepdad events based on his attraction and respect toward you
- Some sexual activity with stepdad from this mod will apply the same effects the base game does, marked and contributing to expenses
- Stepdad may react differently depending on your reaction to his groping
- New detection system for leaving the bar. If you whore around and skip the bar_exit check there's a chance Dominic will track you down at home
- You can now ask NPC's for money to have sex with them during catcall events
