This is a standalone recolor of _TANK_'s great Porn Magazine Mod.
I decided to create some readable magazines based in the universe of my ongoing story Alina and Jalisa Take the City. The file currently has 14 swatches, each with a front and back cover and 8 different pages inside. These can be purchased at any bookshelf and each swatch comes with their own description.

Soft3 Body Top Mesh

"Soft body" now named Soft3 since I couldn't think of anything better is an overhaul of the female body (top for now) intended to provide just a little bit more fidelity and flexibility to your sims and all while fitting seamlessly into the world and hopefully without taking a major performance hit.
There is no included texture for now so the nipples will do that weird blank thing but the uv has been modified to allow for compatibility with most skin details and overlays since that's what I've been using.
There are a few files to download and each serves a purpose in the Soft3 project
Soft3_Body - This is the base nude body (Top for now) and is recognized by body selector (WW)
Soft3_Sliders - There are a lot of sliders out there so I'm just going to keep it in house and make my own for compatibilities sake.
Soft3_Clothing_Override - Maxis clothing remodeled around the Soft3 shape, meshes are either modified or remastered.

Hope you're all fine
After many years playing sims, it is the very first time i am sharing something with the community, makes me a little bit nervous
So this build, is a rebuilding of an existing lot from enikobalogh ( The Sims 4 Motel and Bar Lot (customcontent.net)
The story of a Motel that had to divers its activities to attract custumers again, First a restaurant, then a streap club, but things didn't really happend the way the tenants used to plan it, soon the motel became the place to be for hookers and drug dealers, and the explosion of the meth lab on Room 4 just ended the business, since many years, this motel is now abandonned. Some homeless friends decided to move in and started a weed business, the rest of the story is up to you guys.

Musk Mod

(This used to be the page for three body worship traits, but is now dedicated specifically to the musk lover trait. You can find the Muscle mod here. Gainers and feeders will be back when I get the chance to give it the overhaul and update it needs to be up to snuff to my current nodding abilities.)
This mod is for the sims that love to have low hygiene, and love being around others with low hygiene. It tunes down their autonomy around showers and baths in lieu of sniffing their own pits and reveling in their own smell.
Firstly, this trait is not a personality trait as those slots are limited, nor is it a reward store trait, as frankly thats a boring way to add traits. Your sim can opt in to being a musk lover by having them "sniff their pits" at low hygiene (Found by clicking the sim.) they can also be made into a musk lover through long term exposure to musk- spending time at low hygiene, or being around other sims with low hygiene. The lower the hygiene and the longer the sim is exposed, the faster the revulsion turns into arousal.
Musk lovers replace the grungy and filthy buffs for musky and raunchy, which do mostly the same thing except makes them flirty instead of uncomfortable. Being musky or being around other musky sims steadily increases their arousal and romance gain with other musky sims, but also makes friendship, skill, and career gains increasingly slower as the hygiene decreases. Being musky around other musk lovers makes sex pretty much guaranteed, but since they won't autonomously bathe you'll need to be mindful of the hygiene before going to work to make sure they don't stink up the place.
The mod also comes with the "Constant musky odor" which causes showers to break and hygiene to plummet, yet something about the odor causes sims to be very flirty.

Hi everyone .
I present to you my body overhaul project .
The goal is to have the maximum amount of slider packed on each spot for you guys to really enjoy your CAS and not having to choose between sliders wich is really frustrating .
So no more useless left and right profile with the same ones .
Most of my slider are original and created by me , but some slider are just too good and popular
so I pack them with mines because
not everyone know how to relocate sliders with Cmar's Morphmaker
( You should try , its easy to learn and convenient to use )
I will remove any of theses repacked sliders if its problematic for the creator .
Credits to all of them .
It is also a body parts project as you can see I made another post for it wich display the Hamburger pussy series for the moment .
Since the site limit the file upload , this project is split in 3 description parts actually .
The files are organized following each location or hotspot control :

It is a long post to read but there is a lot of content so its worthed your time I guess )

For installation : put the files in your mod folder .
One file for each slider spot .
(Replace them individually when I update ; always get the file with the highest number after "V")
For[BB] :
The [BB] default top must be installed as intended by the creator .
"Mod folder >!!BB>!!!!BB>[BB][Female]Top_hokusai26retouch".
Exctract the !!BB file .
Put all the "!!BB folders" into the mod folder if you dont have BB mod already .
( theses folders are for the load order )
If you have it already just replace the BB_female _top you have with the [BB][Female]Top_hokusai26retouch .
( putting all the default body parts or skin that you have in that last file is great : load order )
( Always only 1 default file for each body parts ; eye , top , bot ect )
Remove any default female top if you have another one .
Remove the other creator's slider compared to each location from your mod folder .
Shoulder , hip , chest , butt , calves , thigh lower and upper arm ( the last three are packed togheter on the thigh file), belly , waist , feet , and neck .
Or they will conflict and dont work .
Male slider are packed along chest , neck ,Thigh, belly/waist and shoulder file for the moment remove any male slider you have for theses spot .

Dont play without it .
You can find doubles even if they have other names with the build in conflict detector .
You can find the problem you can't find with it .
Isolation of broken/unwanted/finding cc is ez too , just make a sim without any cc , then put broken cc on it then go in tray importer to check what CC's the sim have on him and locate/erase them .

The best results are achieved when using slider slightly , because they stack on each other and some modify the same region
so you can end up with a too thicc sim very fast , use them with care and see how they blend together.
First of all it is a community project , lot of slider were done by Brillant ideas suggestions or addressing Great slider I didn't
knew about .
Feedbacks , ideas , or pictures of your sims are greatly appreciated that is what keep me going and give me motivation .

Here's a small kit pack of wall art for your Sims. I needed some smaller art pieces for the apartments in Evergreen Harbour. A lot of the art I had seemed more suited to larger walls and spaces, but I have been working on some smaller apartments. So, I created a few pieces that will work on smaller walls, so I present Cubman's Small Home-oh Kit Pack (homo, get it?)
Pack consists of 8 pieces of homoerotic, and NSFW art work for your Sims walls. You'll need Get to Work, Tiny Living and Backyard Stuff for these to show up in game. All items can be found in the catalogue by searching for "small home-oh" or cubman.

A característica básica do mod é permitir que os Vampiros matem os Sims com uma mordida.
Primeira mudança da nova versão: o mod não substitui mais as interações Maxis, as interações mortais estão todas em sua própria categoria para evitar conflitos com outros mods:

Alguns Sims reagem se pegarem seu Vampiro matando outro Sim:
Sims não ocultos, alienígenas e sereias: podem atacar para matar um vampiro que matou outro Sim se eles tiverem o traço corajoso, aventureiro, cabeça quente ou bom e o relacionamento estiver abaixo de 60.
Lobisomens: Maxis parece tê-los feito muito orientados para as pessoas, então eles sempre atacam um Vampiro que matou um Sim, a menos que tenham um relacionamento muito alto com eles (acima de 80) ou tenham o traço maligno (Greg é excluído).

A Força Vital também é drenada durante um evento específico que só pode acontecer à noite: o Rebanho pode ser atacado pelas sombras porque suas defesas estão baixas e eles estão entre a vida e a morte. Outros ocultos não podem ser transformados em Rebanho para evitar conflitos com barras de motivação, mas você pode tentar transformá-los!

O Rebanho pode ser libertado por: outro Vampiro, uma mordida de Lobisomem ou o Rito de Ascensão de uma bruxa. Os Mestres reagirão a outro Sim libertando seu Rebanho.
Quando você liberta um Rebanho: se o Rebanho foi adicionado como companheiro de quarto, ele é removido e foge. Se o Rebanho foi adicionado à casa, eles serão removidos e fugirão, neste caso eles se tornarão famílias ocultas, você pode recuperar esses sims convidando-os para outra casa ou exibindo-os com MCCC. Se o Rebanho tiver um bom relacionamento com a família, eles ficarão como companheiros de quarto ou como membros.

Existem também 3 funções de NPC que você pode atribuir na estátua de Vlad no centro de Forgotten Hollow:
Eles seguem os pré-fabricados da Maxis configurados para Forgotten Hollow e o objetivo é dar mais conhecimento ao Vampire GP para alinhá-lo com RoM e Lobisomens.
As funções dos NPCs vêm com autonomia personalizada:
Bom Vampiro (Caleb): libertará autonomamente todos os Rebanhos, reagiram se virem outro Vampiro transformando um Sim em um Rebanho. Não pode transformar Sims em Rebanho, não pode matar outros Sims
Vampiro Neutro (Lilith): restaurará autonomamente a força vital de Cattle. Irá atacar um Vampiro que transforma um Sim em um Rebanhona frente deles. Pode matar outros Sims, mas não pode transformá-los em Rebanho. Fica do lado do Good Vampire NPC.
Vampiro Grão-Mestre (Vlad): o mais interessante (autonomia habilitada apenas em Forgotten Hollow), o vampiro Grão-Mestre pode e vai transformar Sims em Vampiros ou Rebanho de forma autônoma. Então, se você, por exemplo, definir Vlad para o papel e visitá-lo em sua mansão, pode acontecer de ele transformar um Sim em sua casa em um Rebanho e roubá-lo de sua família (o Sim ativo não pode ser um alvo para essa autonomia)
Você pode atribuir esses papéis aos Sims interpretados e designar mais de um vampiro para o papel, mas só precisa de um para cada. Também é um recurso totalmente opcional.
