Chamberlain Hills inspired apartments
Apartment complex based on Chamberlain Hills from GTA 5, also inspired from Baldwing Village, from Crenshaw.
It's a 40x30 lot with a laundry shop and a small restaurant, used all the expansion pack's and content from TS4.
Original main building is from: Florwalsims
Was created for some type of guetto story and it's my first uploaded lot, if it has some good reviewing i ll add some other good lots i edited/created.
It can be used whitout CC, but it may lose some graffities and also not necessary objets.

I'm creating some content of my Goddess Billie Eilish, in this topic I'm going to separate in particular all stuff about my Goddess Billie Eilish, I'm trying to keep everything organized, I'm slowly adding the downloads.
I couldn't find the full original flames designe of the red and green outfits, so i can't do better for now...
I couldn't find the animes pictures of the orange jeans pants in the right side and i prefer to put billie signature than i guess the david signature.
The Guitar is too small for be able to place billie signature...
I'm unmotivated to continue creating billie's outfits, the sims 4 only uses 5 outfits for each event and billie eilish wears 1 different outfit a day, and also has 7 different hair colors, the sims 4 only let sims with 1 hair color, i tried to create 1 billie by hair color in age, but i feels weird seeing multiple different versions of billie eilish at the same time, my brain just accepts to see her as 1 person.... Maybe things change with sims 4 future updates...

The second file in this series! Ever went to any of the spellcasters houses and wondered why they don't have any photos up? Why not show off their magical prowess? Well look no further! Or.... Maybe you just want a pic of that sim after you've "gotten to know them"... I won't judge. Gemma makes an appearance in just the family photo. I will try and keep the couples together and the teens just in the family photos. Yes, I know I can age them up but they still look the same to me so they will be there just in the family photos. Both a Base Game version and the pack version. The pack version is the smaller version as Realm of Magic only has two wall paintings. Both small...
PS: I do not have all the packs so the townies after Cottage living will not make an appearance. Nor the ones from Cats and Dogs/ vampires as I am not a pet person, nor do I like the vampire mechanics in this game. That may change in the future but just in case. Base game will probably be last as it has the most townies to makeover.
