Short Description

This mod adds a medium sized vampire castle to Skyrim and various screenshot locations (accessible via the carriage in the court or the location access room). It is located in north of Solitude. 
Even though normal house usage and gameplay is possible, it is intended for taking screenshots.

Long Description

Are you a millennia old vampire and tired of living in Harkon's dreg heap of a castle? Are you looking for class and luxury and a place to live your devious, bloody vampire fantasies? 
Fortunately Baroness Nora Karlov had to leave Skyrim on urgent business of the realm, and she was kind enough to grant you living rights in Karlov Manor during her absent. 

This mod adds a medium size manor to Skyrim. It is kept in a dark fantasy baroque style fitting for a vampire character or similar. The castle is located west of Solitude lighthouse, or accessible via the console ("coc ACCastleEx").
The manor features a large living area with various rooms. In an underground area you'll find thrall dungeons for your bloody needs, as well as crafting areas. Furthermore, this mod adds a gothic church/chapel dedicated to Molag Bal. Besides the mod adds various locations I used in my story blog "Of Blood and Pleasure" accessible via the main hall and a secret area.

The rights to the game, all official plugins, additional files and the Creation Kit are property of Bethesda Softworks.
Used external resources (listed below) in form of textures, models, sound effects etc. are property of the original authors.
Please do not distribute or offer this mod for download without my permission to do so. Any upload to the Steam Workshop, Bethesda.net, ModDrop and any form of console ports are prohibited.

Many of the used assets are from a store called "DAZ3d" (https://www.daz3d.com/shop/) which is effectively a stock database for 3D assets. Those can not be uses anywhere without acquiring the respective object and license from the store. (List below)

There is no new location in the north west of Solitude. I can't find it.

open console and type tmm1, you will see it on the map, or type coc acmanorkarlov

You can still access it via the game console.

Type "help Amelie" and you should be given a location name that you can teleport to via "coc [Name]" with [Name] being the ID given in the console

ESLify no, as far as I understand it, this system only works for very small mods, such as armor mods.

ESMify yeah sure, but you have to do it yourself using Wyre Bash for example

Made an account just to download this mod, because it's amazing. Thank you! I'm yet to find the trophy and crafting room, the manor is immense.

However, biting the cattle of this mod will make my character unable to move for some reason, forcing me reload.

Good afternoon, is it possible to add to all beds the ability to sleep on them? many without being able to sleep in them. I WILL BE VERY GRATEFUL!

It's possible yes and I'll try to include it for the next verison, but the next update will be a while off.

I second (or third, or fourth) that request. I can sleep in them using Simply Rest Anywhere, but it would be way better if a mod like Go To Bed recognized the meshes and my toon could do the "Hey this is me getting into bed and sleeping" animation. And get the well rested bonus for sleeping. Also be nice if followers would use the beds automatically.

hi very beautiful playerhome i am a non vampire . i missing a cooking pot msaybe a idea for cleaning up the kitchen area. its all so grey and dark . but the rest of the home good and beautifull. one thing in the cellar there are graves where you can not interact with.

No, this is primarily a screenshot location. 

I think only the church of the main manor has its own acoustic space

I don't know. I enjoy exploring it. The locations are all connected together. That makes them feel like a whole new world space or even a DLC, you know. But the lack of ambient sounds makes the exploration less immersive. That's for sure. I already added some charming mysterious dark music to some of the interior cells, and it really makes the difference. Not sure about the exteriors, I don't want any music there. And I lack the knowledge as to how to add the ambient atmosphere sounds. That sucks.

 

Anyways, are you still working on this mod? I also noticed some of the doors are just nothing, they do not lead anywhere. I guess Villa Adraa has a few.

You know, your mod is sickening! It's awesome. The amount of beautiful details and the whole atmosphere is mind blowing. The lighting is probably my favorite thing about your mod. Knowing that you still have more things to add would be great!

I understand, but as said before I consider this a screenshot location and usually play with my Skyrim sound off during screenshoting. I may add some more sounds in the main manor as this is the only part I consider viable for gameplay.

Yes I am still working on this mod though there won't be an update in the near future.

Most of these doors are just there to let the location appear bigger than it actually is and it's unlikely that I'll add new rooms to them.

Think it's possible to add some specularity or gloss to this green hedge? Would look better. It is static it seems.
