Feel ya. Inspiration and motivation literally below zero.

But I'll get a new pretty powerful pc soon, might have a chance to make a decent looking pics, and maybe even something f4 releted ^_^

Maybe this is the chance to start something new if you feel like it, new characters, new story etc. Maybe include the characters you could save.

Oh dear, I feel your pain. ? So sorry to hear your saves and files are gone. However, I do agree with Alter - perhaps this is a chance to start something new once you get a new PC?  Maybe even do shorter series, like Emma's adventures? (I'm totally not secretly hoping to see more standalone stories with her or anything )

If you need any help getting back mods, textures and whatnot just let us know. I'm sure many people, myself included, will gladly share any files that you might be missing.

And even if you do decide to take a break from stories in order to get your inspiration back, all of us will be eagerly waiting for your return. Take all the time you need. ?

Writing this entry I've been thinking like "gosh, wtf am I doing, who cares", but now I really feeling better and motivated! 

Sorry to hear that, crw.   That thing happened to my Prince several times. Glad to see you'll continue to work. Many hugs.

Damn.... This really sucks to hear. I really hope you can find the inspiration to continue or start something new, whether you recover your data or not. When one door closes, another one opens :)

I feel really sorry to hear that Crw. Well all know the theory, to have two or three copies of our data, on at least two different physical media.... But mistakes and accidents can happen fast.
I hope you don't lose your drive as an author, as your work was truly remarkable. See that like a forced change of support, as if you had migrated to another game earlier, having to recreate your faces/characters once again. You'll need time to recover from it, but you'll keep a special place among us storytellers.

Same here. I guess the password/key to his cloud was in his main computer ; and that he lost that computer. What seemed like a small mistake ended up as quite the short coming.

I was so proud that all my backups already saved me several times before, that I relax and well, that's how it ends.

I loose it in a first time, but now I guess I'm good and already have several ideas.

However if I may venture an opinion...

Your blog was in my top 2 as far as favorites go.

Your visuals are second to none, and although I didn't always "get" the story... It was always unique and enjoyable!

I do not believe anyone would hold it against you if your future entries are a little different than before.

So what if you cant get all the textures or mods the same!

You are not someone, I believe, who is dependant on such things ?

I look forward to anything you publish in the future, and I do hope this does not hinder you from doing so!

Damn that really sucks to hear. If you stop the number of blogs that are even worth clicking on around here will drop by like 23% ?

Hope you do end up finding a way to keep going and yeah that might mean a new start but that can be fun too! Some of your one offs and standalones were among your best work and a new beginning without being shackled by what came before can be a great opportunity!
