Also ever so slightly related to the above, since I've been giving the black-haired girl there, Tracy (whose "real name", as in birth name, I've decided upon being Nozomi Theresa), a makeover (face edits, hair, makeup and warderobe). I ended up redoing her teen and child appearance that I keep around for backstory pics and such which are nice to have for characterization or the occasional CC photo I might end up making. Right-most is YA, her current appearance so to speak. 

 

      

 

For that matter since Thalia and Alexis also have been updated (though Alexis more so than Thalia), I also redid their teen appearances for essentially the same reason.

SG5150's CC has been some of my most used CC since I started writing the Simsfather.  Using her crime scene CC, I also had fun generating a mock newspaper headline to pair with the scenario below.

I'e been following along with your story and I think all your pics are well done, and really sell the setting. Great job on both the crime scene and the newspaper.
