I'm pretty sure the top is the black version of this one by nitropanic, it doesnt have pasties though, but those should be easy enough to find as an accessory, I think erplederp's CC collection has some. 

I also used the top for a rave-type outfit for one of my own sims

Almost. The poses are part of a group pose pack and I think were supposed to be on an ottoman or box and not a couch or bed, that's just details though because what I wanted to say was that I didn't use the teleporter for this, but T.O.O.L which I've been using for a long while now and is much more convenient to use for adjusting positioning of sims quick and easy (and without having to go to build mode and risk resetting sims' poses when you place a new teleporter statue). I still keep the teleport anywhere statues, as they still have some niche use for posing, but really the T.O.O.L mod is so much better to use, and also is very useful for builds as well.

To add to this, I think I may have finished the video I was working on, kind of peters out towards the end unfortunately, though I think as a whole it's still decent enough. 

EDIT: I ended up making some additional edits to the video and reuploaded it, ending is slightly better now I think. Also decided to just loop the one song instead of switching to a different one.
