There's not many but there are some decent FFF animations around, the ones I've used in this one are by E404P, lupobianca and Zorak if I remember it right.

Thanks a lot, dear - sorry I m always so very late updating and checking WW animations. CAS puzzeling and Buildandbuy is often so faszinating. WW is a kind of pause and "at the end of the day at the mods" filler...  and a little reward to me as the mistress of my simsys too *ggg

That's so not true. You're not the only one whose gone quiet, but I (most of us) figure there's a reason for it. I'm also anxiously awaiting the return of R-Lo's posts, but I'm not asking anyone to post, as I figure they will when they can / want to. I can almost see the tumbleweeds about to roll by, but as you said previously, people tend to visit the site less frequently in the summer months.

 

I never thought of Oliver as gay.

It just seems so definitive. You know best whether or not he's gay, but I always just thought of him as Oliver, something more undefined, and something that just is. Similarly, if Oliver has both sexual organs, are his partners necessarily pansexual? Can they not be gay, and just accept that he also has a vagina? I don't know, I just never stuck Oliver in a definitive category, that's all. I just left it open.

@YourFalseHope In the politest way, I think you need to take a breather and remember that the internet isn't real life and it's hard to work out someone's tone from a typed message. Sometimes if you come into something in a negative mood, like you did by complaining that no one noticed your absence, all you're going to get from the situation is negativity and come away feeling drained. 

 

I'm gay and I don't understand what any of these new labels regarding sexuality or gender like "gender neutral" or "pansexual" mean, and many others don't, either. You can't be insulted by someone not being clued up on the latest terminology and calling a Sim with a vagina a "she."

@YourFalseHope: Well, if you don't feel comfortable here, than it's probably better to go elsewhere (where you feel more accepted). However, I noticed only friendly reactions towards you. It's difficult to notice that someone isn't around for some time, that doesn't mean that we don't like you or so. Afterall, it is summertime when people go out on holiday. But, I do sense some major insecurity with you. (but correct me if I'm wrong) We cannot take that away. So hopefully come back at a better time for you.

For the record I was just scanning through at night looking at the pictures admiring all the creative things people do with their sims, never even read the names, and was distracted by homework as I was doing this all, so in summation the goal wasnt to insult you, your sim, or injure anyone. Its the same kinda slip I make once a week when my female professor asked me a question and "yes Sir," slips out instead of ma'am.  Conversely you coulda just said "I dont wanna share that cc with you," instead of starting an entire diatribe about a simple mistake. Have a nice day.

So this is a pretty easy one.

 

A man who is attracted to other men is gay.
(Likewise, a woman who is attracted to other women is a lesbian.)

 

Genitals do not determine your gender.

 

If a man is in a relationship with another man... it is a gay relationship. If a man is attracted to another man, but one or both have a vulva or ambiguous genitals... they're still both men, and it's still gay.

 

If a person can't see a gay man as gay because his queer body doesn't match the arbitrary expectations of what cis people expect a male body to be, then that is queerphobic. (I will not sugar-coat this)

Quite alright, as someone who identifies as pansexual I never seek to address/identify anyone by anything other than what they choose to be be addressed/identified by.  Thank you for understanding my mistake. Hey everybody! 

Sorry I've not been in the chat so much, the hardware problems have made it difficult to join in and it's been very depressing ? the new machine I ordered last week turned out to be a huge fail as it didn't have enough power to run TS4 so I had to send it back and get a refund, felt like a huge dummy and felt a bit lost, 

I'm extremely lucky to have some wonderful supporters who've been kind and understanding to keep up their support during the downtime and some have gone well beyond an extra mile to help me to get things back on track faster! ❤️

I have a new computer arriving tomorrow and it's a heavy upgrade on the current one, I've had some wonderful advice in choosing this one and I'm looking forward to doing things on a higher level than before! ?

Thanks everyone for keeping the thread busy while I've been inactive and I can't wait to dive back in with everyone ?

 

Although my computer was rebooting constantly I've managed to organise my files after the Windows was upgraded and start rebuilding my reshade, 

I found the reshade repository with all the older versions so I didn't get stuck with the new look which I struggle with ?

 

Here's how it's looking so far and I'm really looking forward to seeing my world in a higher setting!

Thanks All! It arrived safely a little while ago and feels very luxurious in my hands and slimline, then it opens up and stands at a very respectable size! 

Im moving some files across at the moment and will properly test it tonight! The anticipation is killing me ?
