No.  This is essentially a completely different mod.  If you want to play 8.0, you'll have to start a new game.

For some reason Andrew is stuck at love level 8. When i get his love up to 100% i get a notification that he loves me more but it resets to 0 and he's still level 8.

I think that is the highest it will go.  After you get a tour of the playground, there is no more quest.

You should have to do anything but take it off.  You shouldn't have it to begin with.

Exactly that. PC bonds with the slave when they taste him cum then there are lengthy quests to break the bond. IE gathering and taking ingredients to the college specifically to cure the slaves of the bond. I understand that its adding a LOT of good game play but it struck me as weird to intentionally bond with the slave then turn around and break the bond.

I play as a Female Breton at Level 50 at this point in time & have just started having the weird problem below:

 

Would anyone maybe know?, why after having, Sasha, Jenn, Linda, Valerie & Mia travel with me around Skyrim for quite some time now, They now keep saying stuff like "Master did you hear something" or "Mistress, I have a bad feeling about this" & also "Master, I heard something" while we are in the wilderness, They keep drawing their weapons & looking around for someone or something (It's driving me crazy).

It only stops when i go into towns or cities or when i go into an interior.

 

Please, Can anyone help me find out the cause of this, before I end up feeding them to my dragons  ?

Please try the new version.  I am no longer making any changes to this mod and do not have it installed to try and reproduce your issues.

 

The lines you are describing are when danger is about and is a vanilla issue if there is no real danger.  The three slaves you mention in your PS are not available for Slaves.  However, the new version has several more that you might like.
