Try reinstall mod:

1. Uninstall mod and launch the game, create save and get out of the game.

2. Install mod.

Just started a new save. However I am on horizon and have to spawn the item in with esp explorer.

FutaFEV might not be compatible with Horizon, I'm not sure.

Hello. Just installed the mod.

 

I went to Concord (it's a new game), killed the bandits there for the first main quest (saving Preston). When I looted the bandits (removed their armor from their inventory) the male ones had a penis (on top of their underwear). I'm not using any separate mod for male nudity (only CBBE, and only for females as far as I'm aware). Is this normal? If so, is there a way to fix it?

 

Oh and my own character is female (obviously, otherwise I wouldn't have downloaded this hehe!)

There is a big gap between the character and the futa dick and balls.  I use CBBE and Bodyslide if that matters.

You have a couple of options. Make the body fit or make the dick fit. I didnt want to change my characters body, so I open up outfit studio, load my femalebody as outfit, import a dick, move it to fit, delete the body, export the dick. done.  You can do that for each of the sizes, it's pretty simple.
