I try not to look but I can't help myself. I have absolutely NO skill in making faces. racemenu is limited. And outdated.

But, there are literally hundreds (thousands?) of mods to choose from to get that *special* look that you want. I use Fair Skin for UNP/CBBE and the presets that come with it are a good start to making pretty characters. You just need to do some digging to find the right mods for you. And don't feel bad about your abilities at making pretty characters. There are so many people with mad talent that make gorgeous characters- and I don't consider myself one of them. Still, I like my characters well enough.

Heck if you look just a bit there are a ton of body presets to be had (I am sure one would be close to what you want). There are even a handful of head meshes out there. That's what I have done Batheile endowed body preset and RANs type-B headmesh. Those two get me real close to what I want and after a bit of tweaking of the body and some minor face sculpting I am a happy camper.

You can literally sculpt the head down to the tiniest detail??? and where are those head sculpted down to the tiniest detail? here's some npc heads generated with crap kit, with subdivide of femalehead.nif and edited tri more details than vanilla old stuff, but that's nothing compared to newer stuff and there's the clone problem only 2 redguards in whiterun, and they have... the same head (giving a scar to one that don't make her look different than the other) none of the afflicted have facial morph (someone forgot?), so they are all the same there's a dozen nord heads for bandits, warlocks... if you spawn all of them in qasmoke, there's clones here too and taking care of each npc one by one with racemenu... those npc replacer that don't generated elven head with nord tri or whatever, they don't take care of the 2000 npcs and having a dragonborn that look good while your npc suck... that suck

I'm not aiming to make every character beautiful, I'm working to make them all distinctive in looks and some in abilities like making some with more health but slower, others with less health and faster, also to give as many of them as I can custom, modded outfits, weapons, spells, etc - I'm even doing all the bandits and others like the Caller and those generic enemies in many dungeons. I'm looking into what I can do through RaceMenu to do even more with each character. I've even thought about mixing up body types! So far I have about 16 characters done, so I'll have to do it and release it in parts like the cites, towns, and such. Trying to also get permissions for all the outfits I want to mashup and use. It's difficult to not fall into a pattern when you do these kinds of things because everyone has particular tastes. I'm not satisfied with my characters because of this. I think they end up looking too similar. I'm trying different things now and looking for as many face parts as I can find. Might end up needing to make them.

What is of the utmost importance to me, these faces have cheekbones.
