No, everything is free except ~17 latest outfits have temporal extra textures sets for patrons

You don't have to pay anything, as Melodic said. The posts on Patreon are locked (forgot why, there were some problems or something), but each outfit has a basic free version, available on Melodic's discord (link in his signature).
