Doesn't help that I borked a significant part of my current skyrim install and have only just validated and rebuilt my (500 or so) follower files into one merged file. My fault entirely, should've taken a backup before messing around. Random Sex is safe though, the code is source-controlled on GitLab.

I had this and I think it was SkyUI that wasn't up to date I downloaded and installed the latest version of SkyUI beforehand; I was updating all of my mods to work with SKSE64 2.0.12, courtesy of the Crap Club- I mean, "Creation Club" update. I know I didn't have this mod installed beforehand; maybe that's my problem, but I fail to see how, seeing as how people are saying they got it to work with SKSE64 2.0.12 (which I'd still like to know, by the way). As for not following the instructions... I figured that out. Activate by checking the checkboxes (which I tried, but can't do because they don't work, at least not for me and a handful of other people; I assumed that, in lieu of the checkboxes not working, try to use the hotkey), deactivate by pressing the hotkey (but don't try to reassign the hotkey, especially if you use a gamepad, which I also figured out).

Hope that extra bit of info helps :S That's a head scratcher. Your symptoms are those I've seen when the skyrim version gets upgraded and SKSE is out of sync. Any reason why you're not using the latest Skyrim version?

I'm doing this on VR, and using the newest version of skyui and the skse that is available for VR. Otherwise id be using all of the up to date versions. i downloaded them a few days ago so they are still up to date sadly :S Im assuming by latest skyrim verison you mean the skse?

Ahh, I see the problem... Random Sex is not supported on VR. I don't believe SexLab is either (could be wrong about the latter, if I am I can try compiling against the VR SKSE and see how that works).

Sorry i hadnt thought that this mod just might not be compatible yet with vr. I thought i had read somewhere that it was but i might have seen wrong. Currently it runs on a specific skse version that is public. The game runs with sexlab light and is essentially tesVSE plus or minus some mods that are made just for vr. Jyratx Posted March 3, 2019 Posted March 3, 2019 See, I'm not using Skyrim VR, and I'm having EXACTLY THE SAME problem. And no, it can't be an SKSE64/Skyrim SE version compatibility thing, otherwise many of my mods that rely on SKSE64 would not work (Jcontainers, for one, Sexlab Framework itself for another). If one knows how to rollback an update properly, many serious issues can be avoided. The issue is that this mod requires SKSE64 compatibility, and has not been updated for SKSE64 2.0.12 (which is now defunct, thanks to the new Crapclub update). Meaning that this dude now has to update for two new versions of SKSE64 or more, depending on how long it takes him to finally address this issue. I would consider asking him to remove SKSE64 version compatibility, but I wouldn't be the first, and in any case, he probably wouldn't, seeing that he hasn't already.

Is there any way to compile your dll against SKSE_VR? I'd do it myself if I had the sources. That would be an immense help. SL mods in Skyrim VR are always a bit problematic because of the point of view issue, but this mod, since it is all about NPCs having sex, is just perfect for Skyrim VR. That's why I'd love to get it working! Thanks!

(There is spell named SexLab MCM & there is context menu named SexLab) 2. Using spell I don't see any option to finish installation so I assumed it's menu -> Where is only one option avalible (all the time) -> Install / Update 3. After installation (which takes roughly 5 minutes) it says the installation is now complete. 4. I try to go into RandomSex menu & I'm still getting the message ->Use SexLab MCM to complete SexLab install. I can do step 2 & 3 all over again and I'm still stuck at that message... Any help please? Except that when people are sitting on the chairs they are having sex just "inside" this chair or another furniture. And this happens almost every time, because most of people are sitting in the tavern or another places loke store or smth. Is it bug of Random Sex or a bug of SexLab Framework itself that it doesn't check that NPC is currently collided with some big object like chair.

That is a Sexlab error, specifically with actor positioning. The giver usually goes to where the receiver is for a sex scene, which can result with the scene happening through static objects. There are various workarounds, with mixed results. Having animations with furniture tags, setting NPCs to always use beds, that sort of thing.

It's in the same load position it was before, not really any new mods that it would conflict or interact with. I'm wondering if I'm having some problem pertaining to the late March update, since the last time I ran this mod was in February. I did download the latest mod version, and everything needed for it is installed as well, so I'm kinda at a loss. I'm gonna monkey some more with my load order, but if anyone has an epiphany, it would be greatly appreciated.

There's not much that can be done with your particular problem, as it's an inherent problem for Sexlab, and pretty much any previous and future sex animation framework for any Bethesda game using the havok engine. Even AAF on FO4 has these clipping through furniture problems sometimes.
nightofreaper Posted May 8, 2019 Posted May 8, 2019 I have played with this mod on, and works with "my home is you're home" mod. My followers do have sex or masturbate at random time. (You need to change the interval of sex in option 1 and change the arousal in option 2). Also an issue, with custom houses: Is that Random sex, also scan mannequin for male part, is there a way you can remove mannequin to be a scan option?. It really makes a stress on the scripts.
Prymerion Posted May 17, 2019 Posted May 17, 2019 This is really a very good mod. I was looking for something like that. It is simple and gives exactly what I want - a sexual life in Skyrim. I have some small suggestions that you may consider and enter: a) forced and consensual sex: the script should check the arousal of "attacker" and arousal of the potential victim. If both of them are above the threshold, sex is consensual. Otherwise, it's rape. It determines the choice of animation. The menu can also be used to indicate whether people with high morals will rape or not. b) Optional setting on the menu for creatures such as horses or goats (in general, animals) not to be the "attacker" only used victim;)
Calydor Posted June 17, 2019 Posted June 17, 2019 After getting the latest SexLab up and running this is the only one of my mods that remains broken; can't be activated ingame and all sliders have reset to 0. Is there a patch coming, by any chance?
