This all happened when I tried to convert Sexlab defeat to SE.

I uninstalled and remove everything about Sexlab defeat. 

When I scan FNIS, that happens.

 

HELP ME

 

according to defeat: some ppl might have a working port and are willing to share it. Your problems are comming from 'follow me for sex' and not from defeat.

So, first time posting anything, but it's driving me crazy more from a coding standpoint than anything.

 

I have managed to convert and successfully run everything from POP to even DD Integration. It seems like the ddl's impact is dependent on how/when they are used since I get some odd glitches from time to time, but never anything that really breaks the game. However, my issue is primarily with DD Expansion.

 

Now, here is my sad tale. I convert DD Expansion, and it loads up fine right? Worse, I manage to get SD+ running and even get into the menu options... then, after a few minutes I get a CTD. I'm 100% positive it has to do with the DD Expansion since the game works fine when I remove it and SD+. The strange thing to me is that it has none of the .hkx/.dll files or even a .bsa, so only dealing with .nifs and the .esm should be simple right? The question I have is: When I convert in the CK do I need to activate other mods for some reason? There was some comment about that earlier. Thanks!

anyone know if Sexlab Adventures and Dangerous Nights 2 are compatible? both have night assaults integrated into their mods...wondering if they will conflict with each other.

 

also, do the lip animation work for Sexlab framework? I have expressions on cause it works, but with lip animation on, my character's mouth remains static. I can see that the partner will sometimes move their mouths, but not my actual character.

 

wonder if that's also a .hkx file I need to convert...

Just a guess but maybe if you turn off sleep attacks in Adventures although Adventures runs smoothly enough you should try the sleep attack options in it if you haven't. They are a bit more simple but don't fail at the rate I experienced with DN2. Overall I am quite impressed with Adventures.

So I'm trying to update Random Sex (I've already ported it over and everything works OK, but there's a bunch of improvements I want to make), and I'm running into a couple of missing scripts when I try to compile my scripts against SexLab. The biggest problems are NiOverride and MfgConsoleFunc. I have already downloaded Mfg Command for SE, but the script there is named MfgConsole, not MfgConsoleFunc. I'm not sure if NiOverride is even available for SE yet.

 

Any ideas?

ok, guess ill turn off DN2 and try Adventures out.

 

edit: nevermind, figured out the Lover's Desire is a debuff, not an actual spell. So then, are any of masturbation mods ported over to SSE?

 

edit2: nevermind, found out Aroused has masturbate option~ weewoo \o/

Are you sure about that? Like I said, I have DDI and A both working apparently... I have the menu running and all. I'm not saying you are wrong, just I'm not having ctds on anything but X after converting everything. If you have some test I'm not running I'd be happy to see if I just haven't stressed the mods enough. I'm more confused only that one gives ctds for me and the other two dont despite the file structure being relatively simpler.

Yup. Thus the sadness that DDx is giving me grief for some reason when the other two seem to work, yet DDx appears to be less complex (no .hkx files). Got the menu to pop up, asks to enable on-death stuff in DA and various options are available. It has the HUD notification too. Haven't been able to test it much since DDx crashes the game first (I've tried DDx minus SD+ too so I can't confirm/deny if SD+ has anything to do with it). By and large I've been able to convert just about anything that doesn't have a .dll file without much trouble. The DDI or A (don't recall which) has a .dll but it doesn't seem to be critical to the mods.

DDx is crashing because all DD mods work together, so if you only install the 2 before, they dont work at full potential. As soon as you add DDx (even though it looks simpler, its .esm gains access to the previous .esm files and thus to their data) so it crashes after a few minutes because the .dll files are being accessed. You cant just install 2 of 3 DD mods and say its working. Youll need to convert the dlls, theyre causing the crash. since meshes or animations cant cause crashes by themselves if converted properly. I doubt that she will port her mods though, theres like no sign at all.

Yes nioverride in the racemenu mod current Sse release, perhaps we can coax him to release it separately again, like it used to be on oldrim before he included it in reacemenu mod.  I use ECE which is currently incompatible with racemenu mod beta, so ive not tested racemenu.   id love for it to work because that means we can have SAM with all the sweet features, and the extras Vector wanted to add but the old Skyrim engine couldn't handle.

Well, the 2 .dlls of race menu are merged into one file called skee.dll. The scripts still have the original names. I found out, that some mods can detect the SSE version some not and sone did it partially. It depends on the way they check for it. I don't care much about it. Some mods require it for options, that I usually disable, because from a certain point the big breasts are scaring me....

For example SGO does not detect the SSE Version of the NIO and quits the service. Estrus Caurus/Spider detect the scripts, but say the dll is missing. I had to remove them because the estrus tentacles freeze the game and without they don't make much fun. In Milk mod economy the breast scaling seems to work without complaints, but I didn't try it out. My problem with all 3 working together in oldrim usually was, that they multiply each other and the Breasts got REALLY big. For now I have only an oldrim port of MME running with the disabled visual breast scaling. BTW: MME works without touching the ESP's. Estrus Chaurus/Spider work, too as ong as you have the tentacles disabled. and from what I have seen, the Estrus anims also work, except of the tentacles.

How hard would it be to change references from chargen.dll to skee.dll?   Never looked at a script file, so dont know if its as easy as changing the name of the dll or not.

I don't know much about scripting. I can just talk about things that I have seen or read. I have the same problems with other mods and SkyUI. The SE Version of SkyUI has a different name and a different version number. Everytime I open a menu I get a lot of error messages about that, but everything works fine. Janocz Named Save complains on startup, Scent of sex complains about the .swf files. But both are doing their Job. Scent of Sex depends on UIExtensions that is not officially ported. And it has some minor problems with the MCM setup, but in game it works a bit faster than in Oldrim.

On the other side some mods that I tested don't gave me any error messages, but refused to work at all or crash the game.

Odd I am not getting errors from SkyUI but maybe just our choice in mods? Anyway the errors I used to get in Oldrim were solved by unchecking the relevant menu boxes in SkyUIs MCM. The error should give you a hint if yours are the same type I used to get.

may I ask how you got Prison Overhaul working? I did all the proper conversions you listed, but when I brought it to Creation Kit there were a ton of errors. I thought this was normal and saved it anyways.

 

when I go in-game, the option for jail makes the arrestor(?) go behind my character, but after that, nothing happens. My character and the person arresting just stand there doing nothing, and my character can't be moved. I'm guessing it's a script error going on...(probably what happened in CK)
