gregathit Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 It is possible that another mod is interfering. Remember that the lowest mod in your order "wins" if there is a conflict. It (the conflict) "should" show up in tes4edit, but stranger things have been known to happen with Oblivion.....
Yojiru Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Yeah, it's not showing any conflicts but I'll look. Hm, there is one red, it's on the argonians, and I have ahtata argonian replacer too, could it be that's what's causing chocolate elves to not work properly?
gregathit Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Also check to see that the variants you are looking to use are marked playable in the esp. If they aren't you won't ever see them......
Yojiru Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 The race is showing up fine, it's just that they only have a small selection of TWO hairs, but I'm messing with this replacer to see if it's what caused it, since MBP does something with argonians too.
gregathit Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Yes, the re-placer could be changing something (race or some such) that would negate you having access to other hair types. EDIT: What re-placer are you using by the way?
Yojiru Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Nope, disabled it, even though the conflict went away, only the chocolate elf is experiencing the issue, she can only use corean hair 25/26 despite all other hairs being active. It's argonian ahtata that was causing the conflict, but it didn't seem to be affecting Chocolate elves.
gregathit Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Did you make a clean save and then retry it? Remember the mod info is stored in the save game you reloaded unless you clean save 1st.
Yojiru Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Here's where things get really weird, I had a chocolate elf CM pack that was for the original chocolate elves, not the MBP ones, turned that off and it disabled the race, so it doesn't even show up, despite BP2CH having it. This is confusing. And yes, I did. EDIT : I think I figured out why. The hairs it's showing are the ones CM use, and even though BP2CH has chocolate elf in it's ESM, it requires an extra esp which I did not know of. Gonna try that, but damn I feel like a dumb ass.
gregathit Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Don't beat yourself up! There are literally a hundred (if not a thousand) things that can go wrong in modding! I am constantly screwing with (more often than not "screwing up") my game. Keep close track of what\when you install things and what they may be overwriting combined with making periodic backups is the key to avoiding the "dreaded" install from scratch headache!
Yojiru Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Yep, adding the chocolate elf esp for MBP added the actual race, and it works perfectly. Ugh, I don't know how I missed that. Thanks for the help though.
KillingSun Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 I use MAO and sensual walks with xeoex. My load order at the end looks like this: xeo xeovwalk bashed patch I activated HDR and I replaced the default imperial eye meshes with ren's eye meshes. Everything works.
Yojiru Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Since I have MBP++ and MBP++ Chocolate elves + x117, I've noticed there's no chocolate elf mini/lop mini. Does another mod add these or do they not exist?
Kageryu Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Okay. I cannot get sensual walks to work at all, even when using the xeosp++ with vwalk built into it after disabling xeovwalk. What am i doing wrong??
asdfasdf Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Ok, I did a small scan sample, but will not claim to have read all 49 pages so apologies in advance: The TESNexus link on the first page is bad; for a file it just has a link to filefront, and that filefront link is dead. Where should I be looking for the most recent version of this?

gregathit Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 you can browse and find and install all three parts....or just install one. Your choice I guess.....

I've got MBP and it's working fine. It's the XEO that I'm missing.

RobynHood Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 I have sensual walks and all the NPCs seem to be moving nice and feminine but for some reason I'm not. I tried putting in the NoMaaM BBB Animation Replacers, the idle breathing works but not walking. So MPB and such have walk animations as part of them? Also, I use Crowded Cities and Roads and when the 'regular' female khajiit show up they have purple bodies. I know that means I'm missing the textures for them but I'm not sure how I can correct it. I'd appreciate any help anyone can give, should I post this in the technical help section of the forum? gregathit Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 What is the xeorace.esm and xeoracex117.esm? Which order did you install MBP/MBP++/x117 and then Xeo in? Did you instal XeoSP and then Xeosp++? It is not enough to install xeosp++ without first either installing xeo4 or xe05 or preferably Xeosp first. You load order doesn't look bad at first glance (I would move Lovers with PK.esp down to just above Lovers with PK Extender.esp however). Also in case you are interested there is a x117 friendly version of city life (see post 2 - have to scroll down a bit : http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=2596 MBP doesn't have idles as part of it but your exosp++ may (I know there was one version floating around that did it until the sensual walks update came out). If you installed sensual moves then it has changed all the females to the feminine walk not MBP. To change the way you walk (I assume you are playing a female) grab: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35551 or something similar (make sure your installing the kf's into the proper directory!)

If RobynHood wants a female walk the female player' date=' I'm most unhappy to say that NoMaaM isn't the right choice for that. NoMaaM only changes standard animations. For changing an animation for the player only you also need an esp file. I recommend Real Walk for Females by Mur_Zik. A good trade-off for a heroine. But if you like one specific walk from the sensual walks mod, and if you can figure out the name of the file (go to the meshes/characters/_male/specialanims folder), then you can simply copy this file over mur_zik's file "0Realfemalewalk.kf", and then your character will use this walk (make sure you keep the "RealWalk.esp" activated).
