The final boss has an instant-death attack that is set for maximum priority, but is gated behind the number of Heroes facing it AND a health-gate. It's the same deal for the Sleeper, a maximum-priority attack that transforms the crystal into the second phase, locked behind an extremely low health gate. In theory, you could combine these effects to cause enemies to undress on their turn when under 50% health, and could do more like increasing damage taken and dealt, though it'd only happen on their turn. Even better, the Countess and Lucia prove it's possible to have multiple transformation states, so you could go even deeper with the concept and have multiple stages of costume break. It'd be hilarious to critically wound a Brigand and watch as they cast five transformation moves in sequence to strip down to match. Finally, the Miller proves that it's possible to transform other actors using specialized moves, so you could have hero attacks that strip enemy clothing... or vice versa. Again, this is all theory-crafting. It'd be a mountain of work to actually set up this kind of system. 1

Check that you replaced it properly. Looks like it can't locate the sprite sheet and is just filling the blanks with white. I had this problem with Xelsword's replacer when I removed the dark-eyed variants because the modfile text document referenced the sprites that I deleted.

You screwed something up, and the game can't find the .png. Is it in the right place? Named correctly? Did you do anything fucky when installing it?

Modified Mods.rar These two mods require loading above LL to take effect. Why two? Because the Antiquarian and Occultist don't conflict with LL... in a way I can fix. Occultist is fine, no change needed, but because the Antiquarian has a brand-new skill, her mod changes the base localization files, which would break LL's changes to such. I can't fix Localization files, it's beyond my expertise. It's possible to just ignore this and run both mods in tandem, so just place the one whose custom text you want to work on top of the other. 3

When I've had similiar issues, I'll open files in GIMP and export to overwrite the files. That might work.

I know it's not one of the official ones and it's not one of the really obscure unofficial ones either. That reminds me - I might seriously rework her combat, idle & walk art and animations at some point to be closer to the original concept of her dragging the heavy sword along the floor behind her as she walks. I'll need to see how it would flow into the attack sprites 'though. If it doesn't fit well then it won't get done.
